KFC in Broxbourne

A truly woeful joint. The staff seem to be law unto themselves. Today at the drive thru, there was nobody manning the order point and nobody in the cubicle before the collection point. So I drove round to the collection point to be told that I had to drive round again to the order point. Not wanting to be difficult I got out and went in to place the order. The staff who gave me the food shoved the food into my hand almost angrily... The food itself was salty and almost uneatable. KFC Waltham X is to be avoided at all costs.

Queued for ages ,nobody answered the the smashed up screen , so drove to collection window to be told I had to go round and Queue again. Every time I come to this KFC, the staff are rude, incompetent and do not care.

I ordered via Just Eat a take away dinner and 4 chicken pieces were missing from my order Appalling service. Even Just Eat customer service appalling. They did not answer the phone and did not let me select the right order option to complain bc it was not in their drop down list. They then said they could not refund me. I will stop ordering from KFC and Just Eat all together. Very disappointing.

Shocking customer service and leaving items from my drive through order. Placed my order at drive through with nothing up on display screen. Was then overcharged 50p at the payment window by the most miserable man on the planet. He forgot my drink at 1st then not even a thanks or goodbye at the end. I got home to have chicken missing from my order I immediately returned to confront the staff member who boxed my food he took the bucket from me then all of a sudden 5 colleagues gathered around and I know full well they added the missing item as I double checked my chicken and taken the pieces out of the bucket they then tried to blame me for not counting properly. Always double check your orders and don't expect a polite customer service here or just do yourself a favour and do not get your food from this kfc SHOCKING!!!

last month had to get a refund from just eat because the order was never delivered so went there myself tonight and they charged me for a burger that was missing, absolutely useless, make yourself a sandwich and save the hassle

Went threw drive thru today. The woman taking orders threw the window was rude. When I went to the next window to collect my food, I asked if I could pay for some dips. the man said no you have to go all the way around again to the very first window to order dips, Joke if you ask me!!! I got home to eat it looked like it had been thrown in the box, chicken wings tasted burnt. The whole meal was ropey. Won’t be coming back any time soon.

This goes for most of these fast food chains these day, but especially KFC… Whoever the manager is here, sort it out mate, I feel embarrassed for you and the establishment you’re running. Everything is a mess, the food is terribly prepared, the wraps and burgers turn up looking like they’ve been kicked around the kitchen. There’s more personality and communication in the cardboard boxes the food is served up in, than the staff. I’ve only used the drive through, but from the look of the outside, this is borderline hygienic. To anyone reading, I’d love to suggest a good KFC in the area, but in my opinion they most disappoint these days.

This was an incredibly unpleasant experience. Restaurant floors and tables were dirty and sticky. Food was badly prepared (wrap fell apart instantly). Very crowded restaurant, hard to collect food due the number of delivery drivers waiting to collect orders. The atmosphere was overall quite intimidating and felt unsafe. I will not be returning and wholeheartedly do not recommend this restaurant to others.
