Chicken wrap is dry but the chicken burger is quite nice

terrible customer service. made an order at 10pm on deliveroo 40 minutes passed and still on preparing order so called. the man was rude and impatient and told me he shut everything down it’s not his problem and put the phone down.

The chicken was too dry and over-fried …

I'm ordering set number 4 with additional bit, always pay £20+ as take away. Done the same today, ordered 3 pots of baked beans only to discover at home that it's off, smelly and its even have boubles in pots! When they got fresh food, it's tasty but in last few months there are problems like meat with is off (happened twice). Today was my last visit.. what about top your food ratings if you sell old off ones?

My order never came tried to call restaurant no answer when I got there there were so rude and didn’t want to help

Strongly recommend you avoid !!! I Placed an order via just eat and I never received the order , I had to come to the shop just to make a complaint because they put their number on busy so they don’t have to pick up!. You can’t even call just eat and it takes days for them to get back to you, the shop owner would not cal the driver or call just eat , he kept on repeating call just eat even though I said you simply can’t , he was 0 help. I have been coming to this shop 10+ years and I can honestly say I am extremely disappointed. With the whole situation but even more disappointed in how he handle it. I wish i could say i was surprised but I am not as even on a previous visit I witnessed customers not receiving their orders properly. It’s a shame but the owner of this shop doesn’t really care but he’s happy to take your money. I would highly recommend you don’t visit this shop or ever consider ordering anything from them…. Unless you want 0 food or missing items. You can bet I won’t be coming back here again.

The food is really tasty but you keep making mistakes with orders. The last 3 orders have had items missing

10/10 chicken shop. The chicken wings and burger were cooked fresh and were very flavoursome. By far the best shop I’ve been to in a very long time and I’ve seen my fair share of chicken shops!

Nice bbq chicken burgers and wings

Very disappointed tonight tbh .request to swap out sides for a drink was completely ignored. It’s pretty odd not to offer drinks as an option on a meal anyway . Cheese poppers had split and the wings were almost all drums and were not of the usual standard.

They didn’t read notes and in top of that they didn’t include my chips in the meal. There wings chicken wings are very low quality chickens that when you remove the crispy layer you will see that there a lot of black marks on the chicken which shows it’s poor quality. Also I would like to add about the delivery charge, it says it’s free delivery but I was charged £3.99 for a 3 minutes drive from the shop to my address. Would definitely not order from here in the future.

The price was cheap, ordered the chicken fillet, was decent to be fair, has 8 chicken wings also and they weren’t too bad either, quite a good size, only problem is too much batter, I can’t stand all that oily batter puts me off, very oily, other than that not bad for the price.

Unfortunately the chicken we ordered was way too salty and oily resulting in soggy chicken pieces. The French fries were really nice and crispy but this did not save the meal.

sent an incomplete order, unable to rectify as they don’t have there own drivers, except to have extra next time which is pointless for today or reorder so double charge for 1 meal!, won’t be ordering again which is a shame as the food up till now was always good.

Paid £20 for bucket of chicken, drink and hot wings. Got hot wing meal instead? Tried calling and NO ONE answers ever! The driver just shrugged and said not my problem!

Opposite the Lidl. I only tried the wings so far. They were hot & delicious, nice crispy not too spicy. 3 for £1 or 6 for £2. If you need a quick hot snack this is the place to go.

When food arrived, the order was incorrect (chicken burgers instead of chicken pieces) and both burgers and chips were all cold. Unclear if this is truely the resaurant error or driver.

Good tasting food for fair prices

Instead of larg chips we had normal on a bigg order, order was 30 min minimum later them the original time given cannot process refund for the missing chips veary unhappy

Second time they hsve messed up my order. They didnt deliever my wings i paid for and i got no refund
