Very well cooked juice and tasty food worth in cheap Price

Inedible. What happened to crispy chicken? The chicken skin was soggy and the inside was was so dry no-one could eat it. Never again

Food was 35 minutes late. Ordered a sparkling water and got still water.

Food never arrived, restaurant refused a refund and the guy I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and disgustingly mannered!!!

food is amazing as normal, but delivery time varies depending on time of day and day, anything from 20 minutes early to 20 minutes late. but a good experience either way.

Other Huckleberry Fried chicken shops have been ok, but this branch fails to live up to the standard. The high prices and low quality food doesn't add up at all. Far from ok, very disappointing.

Decent food quality. The tubs of mayo are generously large. The price point however is not worth it unless there's a substantial discount.

The burgers were decent, but the food arrived late and the loaded chips are absolutely not worth £9. The price overall is ridiculous, only worth buying when there's a substantial discount.

Was due to be delivered between 4.30-4.50 turned up at 5.35pm apparently there was lots of traffic

Very well cooked food. The chicken was cooked to perfection—tender and juicy. The huckleberry sauce was a delightful surprise, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness that complemented the savory chicken beautifully.

Really let down today, the food is normally unreal but today it all turned up cold, really not impressed. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again

Food was good but ordered a can of sprite and received a can of coke instead.

The chicken was ok not that much seasoning but the smash burger absolutely no salt or other seasoning at all it was terrible

Coleslaw was tiny!? Dessert was glacéd doughnut trio I unded up with half a waffle?? It’s not what I ordered or paid for so why send it and think it’s ok! Only reason I see is you won’t change it or refund! GF was Pretty disappointed

Quality and service has degraded. Missing items, packaging whilst eco friendly isn't suitable for all items they have on the menu. For example, the chicken and rice should be in a sealed box. There are bamboo/recyclable sealed boxes which can be used for rice. It spilt everywhere. They were quick to replace but I didn't realise they didn't even put my sauce in the bag (which I paid for).

I used to love huckleberry literally once a week thing, but I don’t know what’s happened to it since they’ve changed the menu. The chickens not the same taste, last night it tasted of fish and I was up all night being sick.can I just ask what the hell is wrong with the staff? I’ve never known somewhere to be so rude when you phone up.

Items were missing. When I contacted they said they would deliver the items instead of doing a refund request. They did not deliver the items, did not answer my call thereafter and then closed for the evening.

Never eat here.. not sure what goes on in the kitchen but it CANNOT be clean. I got violent diarrhoea .. i know it was huckleberry as that was the only thi g id of eaten all day as i fasted. They seriously need to be investigated

Disappointed to see the vegetarian options removed from the menu but ordered what we could. The hash browns was soggy, greasey and stuck together. My partner said the burger was vile with a really horrible taste - I think it was the bun that smelled funny. The chips were all quite dry. What a shame!

Food was awful, the chicken strips didn’t taste like chicken at all, the wrap was all soggy and I sent instructions for cheese not to be in the wrap but the burger also come without cheese which isn’t what we wanted, not happy with the experience

A bit odd, ordered loaded fries which said fries, chicken bits, cheese sauce and fried onions, I got fries with chunks of chicken, unless the coating was breadcrumbs, cheese sauce and onions? thought it was all supposed to be seperate, but nice anyway, and the piri piri fries to die for.

Lovely food, but have a drink missing again

Claimed it was delivered on the Just Eat site, after an hour and 15 minutes. I contacted them directly only to be told the order was missed and that they will send the order out and it will be another 20 minutes. All in all waited around 90 mins. Not the first time it has happened with this restaurant.

I asked for the 2 piece boneless, and instead get two pieces of bone in, I won't eat chicken with bones in, dinner binned! What a waste of money, used to be so good here.

Chicken was great but peri chips have way to much seasoning and so salty, we couldn’t eat them

Ordered through Deliveroo and the people there said they didn’t recognise my address but was clear that they couldn’t be bothered to deliver. When I arrived to collect my order they showed me the address they thought was wrong and was my correct address already up on his phone!! Useless staff, clearly the owner doesn’t care about his business. On top of this the food was flavourless and cold… not worth your money.

Such an disappointment ...So sad to see such shop to go downhill sooo fast This shop used to be the best in the game always fresh always nice juicy and was just nice. Not anymore tho. Between years of 2013 - 2016 nearly ordered every week and was the best. Moved out of the area since and tonigjt thought id get food from here from what i remembered wanted the same food. Instead whatbi got tonigjt was not even suitable to eat. Chips like csrdboard chicken not fresh at all. Taste not the same . Dont know what happened to this shop but will never eat from here again. Just sooo sad used to be the best

Criss cut fries were so crispy and lovely as were the onion rings. The bbq Texas burger tasted nice but the chicken was a little dry and stringy.

Seemed as though they rushed the order, chips very meh, Chicken strips were undercooked soft and not very nice. A lot of food was thrown away or given to the dog

Spicy rice was just plain cooked rice with yellow food colouring, not a single spice added

Pieces of the chicken were unfortunately not cooked and were still pink. The cooked pieces were delicious.

Placed an order on deliveroo for chick n bun which is run out of this branch and out 3 meals only 2 arrived. Called to complain they said would send the missing meal and it never arrived, even after 2 further phone calls one of which they called me to check what was missing. I won't be ordering from here again!!

The food was not as good as usual. The chicken was not meant to be spicy and it was and the sweetcorn toasted off.

Chicken always good! Chips fluctuate! Time keeping.. hmmm! Delivery time changes as you wait, eg. 18:10.....18:30... then arrives at 18:35. Still worth the wait though.

It was on time but the driver pulled up out side sat for a min then drove up to turn around then park across from my address and sat on he’s phone for a couple mins wile I was standing at my door just watching him when he realised I was watching him quickly move him self then me food was a little cold shame because taste was good I would still Oder here agin but drivers need to be more aware of there surroundings and streets for in Oder the food to stay hot.

Actually got a delivery on the 3rd attempt over last month or 2, seems I was sent spicy chicken for sides, yet the one in the burger was fine. Tried benifit of doubt, never ordering again

I have not received my food , they have delivered to wrong address , and now there’s 3 people hungry without food and 31 pound down , it is beyond a joke , I want a full refund or I will be taking this matter further

Arrived during the time frame it said it would, tasted amazing and was hot when it arrived.

I was given a delivery time and i got a notification 1 hour and 30 minutes later to tell me it had been delivered, it had NOT been delivered. Tried ringing the store and no answer. £30 down and no food to show for it. Will absolutely NOT be ordering from here again

My food didn't arrive at all, Just Eat has no option for feedback regarding orders showing ad delivered but never arriving. Store didn't contact me and hasn't answering the phone for 20 minutes. Give customers an option for this, it's obviously not unheard of and having no means of reporting it is doubly frustrating. Had to rate food even though it didn't arrive, site doesn't allow reviews otherwise.

Order not received. On the app it's shown as delivered but no food arrived at my address! I went to the actually shop location to complain but it was shut and another unhappy customer was the already there....... Shocking!

Simple fried chicken. No complaints.

Such a shame as I usually love huckleberry, but the food was stone cold when it arrived. Ended up stomaching some of the chicken wrap and binning all the chips. I live across the road and it was 15 minutes late as well. I did try to contact for a refund but clearly they was very busy that night.
