The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Ordered from the mcdonalds app. Food was missing meaning one of us missed out on food. Phoned the store and was answered by a rude unhelpful staff member. No resolution and will now take 15 days through user eats to get money back. Poor customer service

Almost empty apart from me, so first in the queue but no receipt so needed to memorise my number. Food was cold but burnt, fries would have been better than usual fast food ones as they were thicker and still had skin on them shame they been over cooked and left to get cold. The chicken was dry. I rarely visit these places and probably won't again

Truly grotesque venue. The eating area had most of the tables removed and had chairs scattered around. My food was wrapped paper that has ild drid oieces of lwttuce encrusted on the inside and out of wrapper. The chocolate milk shakes tasted 100% vanilla and had a slight hue of brown. For the first time in my life I asked if they coud put some more chocolate flavour in. They gave me a new one (I didn't ask for it) which supposedly had more flavour in but still tasted 199% vanilla. The staff, however, were polite. I wonder if main office knows because I've never seen a scankier chain fast food place in my life.

Disgusting. Brought from the app (justeat) when opened them the chips were brown and gone off. Will never buy from here again

.... why do they cook enough chips to feed a coach load and the chips are left to go cold and soggy. The Manager (was wearing a white shirt) tried to give me cold chips, I refused to take them, he wasn't happy, but I got freshly cooked ones

Went on lunch break for caesar wrap, staff normally quick but doing multiple uber delivery, paid n had to leave without wrap as took too long.😪

Last night, a group of us was excited to grab some food after a long event nearby. We arrived around 10:40/45, and as soon as we walked in, we noticed the manager's expression change to one of disgust, and he shook his head at us. At one point, one of our guys arrived late, and the manager along with another staff member tried to stop him from coming in. When our friend told the manager he was with us, he rolled his eyes and then reluctantly let him in. It was disheartening to feel unwelcome right from the start. When we finally received our food, we were told to hurry up and leave because they were closing soon. The manager's body language clearly indicated that he didn't want us there, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. As a result, we ended up eating outside in the disabled parking space, which felt quite awkward. On a positive note, the food was decent, and I have to commend the rest of the staff. They were respectful, friendly, and showed enthusiasm, which helped lighten the mood. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by the manager's attitude. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as it really impacts the dining experience.

Second time I have given this place the benefit of doubt. You place your order, they take your money and after hours of waiting, they cancel your order. Appalling service and I urge anyone not to order from this place. It's about time people started to boycott these places if they are unable to supply demand and they should be removed from the delivery apps. I'm not sure what it is with Burger King and McDonald's, they obviously think they are too big and are obviously uninterested in customer service because it doesn't matter what customers think. I hope many will start voting with their feet to bring down these untouchable and ineffective franchises for good.

Wish I had read reviews first before eating here! We had a nice walk round the harbour and thought it would be nice to have some fish and chips. Wish we hadn’t bothered, chips and fish not good so will stick to the other restaurants in Sovereign Harbour in future. Picture of the fish and chips looks better than the taste!

First came across this takeaway about 3 months ago. Have returned since, as I found the cod and chips some of the best I've had. I found staff friendly, food served quickly, looked clean, just remember to take cash to pay. Decided to write this, a rare event, as some of the reviews I've seen don't reflect my positive experience .

Absolutely disgusting American hot dog with chille. Was a standard sausage you’d have for morning breakfast in a very small finger roll with a teaspoon of chille. All for £9.50!!!! Called Route66 straight away and guy said nothing, it’s a sausage in a roll. I questioned £9.50 and he went quiet. Said his boss would call me and now won’t pick up phone. Used to be a loyal customer and food was great. Absolutely appalling. Never again.

Visited the canvey island KFC on 19/12/24 evening time this kfc has problems nearly every time we visit the next day you get stomach cramps this is not every time but last night was no exception today bad stomach cramps yet again last time we go in there never again they must have a hygiene problem for sure

Aunque el spud y chile con carnie sabía bien la patata era demasiado pequeña y la porción de chile era pequeña y seca... no vale más de £ 7. Solía venir antes de que cerraran y reabrieran. Los tamaños de las porciones fueron mejores. Ni siquiera puedes conseguir atún y mayo ahora. Muy decepcionado. No me molestaré de nuevo. También podría ir a Wetherspoons

We ordered a delivery on just eat for 21.30pm on Tuesday 16th April 2024. From Melton Mowbray KFC . The meal never ever arrived. We tried to contact the branch but there was nobody to pick up the phone. Paid through my paypal so should hopefuly get the money back.......will go to the store tomorrow to make sure i get my money back. This is the second issue i have had with this outlet....my first order at least turned up but one item missing. Will not use KFC MELTON MOWBRAY again.
