MacDonalds in South Tyneside

How can you miss an entire meal off an order for delivery? They managed to this twice now. So you have to order the meal separately and wait for it to be delivered. Food is often cold when delivered, fries half full and drinks cups were empty on one occasion. Staff are absolutely useless compared to other macdonalds I’ve been to, such a shame.

Absolutely chronic place. Never gets an order correct. Misses allsorts and jumbles everything up. Have these people had no training. What a waste of 35 quid. Still cold even though I went in and ordered to takeaway. What a shambles, Never again

Ordered for collection, half the food was missing. Spoke to manager on the phone who asked for me to come back and would give us the missing items (fries). Got there and issued with the fries. As I had not ate my meal (chicken nuggets) due to fact I had been in the car back and forth to McDonald's for their error I asked if I could get fresh nuggets. The managers response to this was for me to further drive home then back with the nuggets and she will replace them. So now I'm sat here after 40 mins in the car with stone cold nuggets but at least the chips are warm.

Absolutely terrible service. We waited over 25 minutes for a cheeseburger and Fillet of fish. Clearly, they prioritise the delivery drivers over shop customers. Terrible service. Definitely would not recommend.

Visiting from America, wanted to try a British McDonald's as I know other countries have interesting menus. Absolutely awful location -- corporate really needs to come in and clean this up. Filthy tables and floors, food not warm and made very messy, no ice in drinks, mad busy the entire time, and overall just not very nice. Full of wasters and idiots, not a nice place for families. We felt unwell after eating there.

I’m not a fan of fast food franchises but our youngest and eldest grandchildren were hungry so I bit the bullet and took them in. Very busy at the time we visited but our granddaughter said this was quiet. Anyhow, found seats, table clean, floor clean and I ordered via the app which meant the meals would be brought to the table and very quickly ‘Maz’ brought them to the table. She was very polite and hoped the kids enjoyed the meals. (I didn’t realise the fries aren’t salted anymore, a good idea. Both children enjoyed their meals and for once my opinion of McDs was positive.

Ordered in I think they need to get staff in who can actually read an order past few times ordering half the food missing this time £12.67 worth of food missing do not waste your time or money on this place 100% diapointing

took the nephew after school as a treat. i settled for a flat white coffe while he devoured his cheeseburger and chips

The attitude of the lady in the dining area ( been there for years) is appalling. I don't know why they stopped wrap & call, the food is to order but it is cold when it comes out. I thought the whole system was to receive our order hot & fresh. Standards have certainly slipped.

Je note un macdo 03 étoiles car ça reste un macdo. Ensuite je note en fonction de l’hygiène. La il était relativement propre, je rajoute donc une étoile.

This had to be one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had the misfortune of eating, Luke warm, hard fries in a wet miserable night. Luckily Mac Donald’s, I visit regular around the country .

We hadn't been to a McDonalds for a while, and were desperate for a quick bite to eat before visiting my father in hospital. What a depressing place this is. It was a few minutes before we were acknowledged, the place appeared grubby, but the worst of it was the noisy teenagers having no consideration for others, using bad language and coming in on bikes and scooters. The bike and scooter riders were asked to leave by a Security guy (is it usual to have a Bouncer at McDonalds), however they stayed by the door smoking. We couldn't wait to get out, having been made to feel uncomfortable. The food was mediocre - we won't be going back.

This visit was a quick top up to keep me going until lunch, but what I got was miserable staff serving miserable food. Very disappointed with this as in general Macdonalds are usually good. Unfortunately this one does not meet that standard.

Sé que es un Mcdonald's, pero este lugar es uno de los mejores. Personal aquí parece realmente agradable. Es bastante grande, así que hay bastante dentro de una carga de sitios para sentarse. El lugar estaba limpio y la comida era buena. Tenían un bouncer en la puerta aquí, así que supongo que a veces tienen problemas aquí.

its always clean and the staff are always bright and cheerful, when I work up here, I always stop in for brekka. Great place.

Yo soy vegetariana ahora cuando fui yo no estaba y todavía sana, pero no tan sano como yo soy ahora. Soy muy saludable ahora y me encantaba el McDonald's. Ahora lo odio, está lleno de comida basura, que es terrible para la salud y no sólo que trae los niños con juguetes. Lo peor de todo, McDonald's pretende es saludable cuando realmente es muy malsana. Así que gracias a McDonald's fueron a echarle tienen un montón de niños grasas y adultos. Gracias, McDonald's por haber arruinado el medio ambiente. Por cada kilo de carne producida. Es tan malo para el medio ambiente ya que conducir 100 km. Sí que es malo. El gerente debe avergonzarse a sí como no pagar sus empleados suficiente dinero para vivir cómodamente!!!!! N

Normal McD's used the self service order screen got food very fast, clean restaurant person was doing a good job and was on top of the cleaning which is good, food as I say was normal for McD's
