After a long journey, running I to queues of motorway traffic, we was very hungry and decided on a burger King. We now wish we stayed hungry. The fries were anaemic and undercooked, whoppers were dry, bland and dull. I'd imagine ducks would turn there head away at the stale sesame buns. The milkshake was the only saving grace. It was half decent and with the shocking items we have endured then half decent has become our satisfaction level. Oh and no cheese on our cheese whoppers. Disgraceful and embarrassing. Shall never ever ever ever in a billion zillion squillion years eat here again. But may drink a milkshake.

Husband took his burger back as the bacon was cold and asked for a replacement. They took his burger out back but I don’t think they realised they were still in view as we saw them take the bacon off, then hold it in their hands “to warm it up”. They then put it back on the burger, re wrapped and gave it back to him all whilst sniggering. Husband asked for the manager but as you can imagine, they were none cooperative. Disgusting and unhygienic!!!! Sackable offence!!!

I was here only because I had to tables dirty uninterested staff whom only cleaned when the tables were so dirty nobody could sit

The BK is sited on the M6 overbridge at Keele Services; I called on a Saturday evening at about 1945hrs. The place was very tidy, and a staff member was cleaning the tables and the floor. I ordered from the order board, and the Angus Steakhouse burger plus chips, and a vanilla milk shake, were served promptly . The burger was tasty and well presented, and the chips and shake were also very good. I look forward to visiting again when I am next in this area.

Stopped here on the M6 services following a long journey home from the south of England to Manchester. Ordered 4 meals and 4 drinks. Drinks were flat. Exchanged them. Drinks were flat again. Exchanged them again. More drinks? You guessed it, flat again. Didn’t bother going back for more drinks. Two whoppers, both cold in the middle. Took them back. Two more - like rubber. Lesson learned. Back to M&S services we go. Service slow too. Won’t be back.

The burger was amazing, the staff were friendly aswell. Can’t wait to stop again next week. Roll on Saturday when I can have my XL again

Amazing food, Fast service And great staff. FRESH EVERYTHING. Manager in charge very helpful with our big order. We had 18 XL Big king meals. All delicious

I have been in America for the past 10 months. I have missed Burger King’s chips. I stopped here on the way back home and got some piping hot chips. They were delicious, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. They were perfect. Customer service was great too. You are also allowed to eat inside for a welcomed break from the road.

We actually were only going to stop for a comfort break but then decided to have some lunch. There are a number of fast food outlet restaurants at Keele. We decided to go with Burger King. It is situated over the carriageway of the M6 but wasn't noisy. We ordered at the counter and the food arrived promply as you would expect. My bacon double cheeseburger XL was a good size, hot and tasty with plenty of fries. For a change I chose a hot chocolate for my drink and that was very nice. There is plenty of seating and the tables were kept clear and wiped down regularly. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Although not a great fan of fast food I would return again.

Clean, fairly quick on the old service. Toilets good. It's a Burger King, on a motorway and you gets what you pays for. In this case very tasty (Big Tasty!). Coffee OK but not up to Costa standard. No complaints - did the job asked of.

We stopped here at 9pm on Saturday evening, they had no burgers! Also Harry Ramsdens was closed as was Subway! We left without eating and went to the next services on the motorway.

Whopper Meal. Almost cold fries, burger almost cold and tasteless except for the excess of mayo and pickle on it. No hot drinks available, this was same 2 weeks ago. Overpriced poor quality food. Will not be visiting again.

We stopped here for a late supper. Parking was awful (poor lighting, couldn't see the painted direction markers or parking bays). Once inside (the toilets were clean and tidy) we headed for BK. We found it busy and only 4 staff trying to keep up with the orders (they did well and people were patient). Our meals were expensive but fine (I heard a military group asking if they did MoD discount and the answer was ... no). Our table had been cleaned and our surroundings were also clean and tidy. The whole experience was not too bad.

Oh dear, not impressed... i must admit I've not been to burger king to much, but after today it will probably stay that way. I have heard good things about burger king, but i have to say that they are most definitely NOT the king of burgers. I ordered a double cheese burger, small fries and 2 chicken strips and what can i say. First off, the burger... a soggy base layer upon which lay 2 burnt beef burgers, cheese and 2 slimey gherkins. The chicken strips were £3! Yes... you read that right... £3! Do you know what you can buy with £3? 6 small bottles of fizzy drink, 3 family bags of crips and much more! The chips were decent though.

I've been to quite a few Burger Kings and never had to complain - well this one takes the .................. ! Welcome Break my sweet ............... We stopped for gas and decided to "partake" of the delights of Burger King - NEVER again ! Charged £5.79 instead of £3.29 for a straight cheeseburger meal with a "coffee". Note I say "coffee" because what I got was TOTALLY undrinkable - I spat it out it was DISGUSTING plus I had to pay "extra" as it wasn't part of the meal deal. The Burger King at this service station is beyond the word AWFUL - it wasn't clean, the staff were totally disinterested, plus I don't understand why when we went to use the "order it yourself" machine [which didn't seem to offer any form of "coffee"] the cheesebuger meal was shown as £3.29 but because it didn't work we ended up being "served" - use that term loosely ! - and hence the £5.29 price tag ??? TWO prices for the same thing ? Plus, if you want to use the Ladies be aware that there is a male attendant who just waltzes in and out regardless ! PLEASE use the STAFFORD service station - it's brilliant and has a much better variety of food outlets if you don't want "fast food" - apart from the Ladies at the moment are being housed in a portacabin temporarily - so do yourself a HUGE favour and avoid KEELE Services !!!!! Oh yes - I suffered a real "gippy" tummy for 3 days after eating that cheeseburger which tasted incredibly salty - seeing as I hadn't eaten anything else another finger doubtfully pointed at Keele Services. If there was a minus rating category on Trip Advisor then THIS Burger King would get -10. What WAS that stuff they purported to be "coffee" ??????? Yuk.............................

Stop of on way back to London and this was the first thing I had to eat so fact that I got the food poisoning from here. It was quite late as my wife and friend pop to get a couple of bit of shopping like milk as we had not been back home for a couple of weeks and they got a couple of salads why I stayed and waited for them so I had a bacon burger!!! It was only warm and I should of returned it, the cheese in side had melted and the outside cheese was still hard that moment I should of backed it. I just thought to my self I will not eat out of here again and left half of it and went. The 3 hours it took to get to kent I was in a bad way vomiting most of the night and out of action the next day, it's clear that the burgers had been pre-cooked and left as it was quiet late no excuses for this disgusting and lazy so I just wished I didn't of eaten it put better still they shouldn't of served it terrible and very dangerous.

No vegetarian option. Asked and he said ‘sorry nothing in’ ordered kids meals which were like rubber. Asked for napkins ‘sorry not got any you will need to go to KFC for one’ dreadful food & appalling service. Avoid.

Pretty standard Burger King setup. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat; place was clean(ish) and the usual disinterested staff following their script. Ordered a bacon & cheeseburger and was surprised to be charged over £5. When I opened the burger, I realised just how overpriced this was. Small, tasted processed and quite greasy. Not impressed

Pedimos 2 comidas y palitos de queso sólo para encontrar que no era los palitos de queso vegetariano señaló el cartel que decía que no pero como cliente el cartel era un 4 con la "no apto para vegetarianos" es ilegible ponderación! Muy pobre y el tipo que no sé qué día nunca fue cuenta lo pedimos

The service was ok, food good. As vegetarians we are limited in choice if we want a hot meal, but luckily bk do really good veggie burgers

El 'Deluxe especial grande whopper 'burger o cualquier otras palabras venden la hamburguesa con lo hacen parecer enorme. Sin embargo, caben cómodamente en la palma de la mano y parece comida de un niño. Decepcionado

He usado la máquina de pago pensando que este era tontamente acelerar el proceso! También una edad para conseguir mi comida! Sin embargo, cuando llegue era decente y caliente. No soy un fan de la comida rápida, pero esto no funcionó.

Visited Keele Services whilst travelling home from Blackpool via the M6. Located on the bridge between the southbound and northbound service areas are KFC and Burger King. I selected BK to have my meal at. I ordered using the self service machines which were easy to use and was pretty self-explanatory too! The chicken royal that I had was really tasty and warm and I would recommend this place to anyone travelling on the M6 near Keele Services.Big thumbs up!

Called here on our way back from Preston, and was a little nervous that it would be just like our previous visit to a BK (Banbury) earlier in 2015.Glad to say we were gobsmacked by the difference!! At Keele services, the staff actually welcomed their customers, the food actually tasted of a flame grilled burger! And the service was polite & speedy at the same time - well done BK Keele Services - we will be back!

Lovely to find a fast food place where the burger and the fries were piping hot and not lukewarm. Excellent fast service too.

Lauren is thee best cashier I've ever met. She took me in her stride and suggested the most delicious burger I've ever tasted. Bravo

I'm not the biggest fan of fast food, but sometimes it's the only place you can get a quick meal to eat.We stopped off at this motorway service station and decided to have a quick bite to eat, so thought we would give Burger King a try.The staff were very pleasant and friendly, and i was surprised that we could exchange the fries for onion rings. I'm not a big lover of fast food fries, so this was great.The food took a few minutes to arrive as they were cooking it to order which was good, at least it was cooked fresh and not sitting around being kept warm.The food was surprising tasty and filling.
