Chips were cold still waiting on refund for them

Delivery was fantastic, credit to the driver- however due to no fault of their own the restaurant forgot the sauces, straws. And got part of the order wrong

dips weren't delivered and food was ice cold

No double quarter pounder with cheese, no large big Mac, no dips whatsoever.

Food was cold 4 drinks missing and all the dips missing

One drink only had half in because it had spilt in the bag. The delivery driver was very rude too

Given whole wrong order and driver wss rude and just drove off

it took over an hour for my food to be delivered

First one I’ve ordered that was fresh and warm

the chips are freezing cold. no salt at all and we were given the wrong burgers.

Missing items in order and the food that did turn up was stone cold so all of it went into the bin. Demand a FULL refund for my WHOLE order!

Delivery time was going from 3 minutes to 25 minutes, chips were stale and cold, everything else also cold

Arrived very late. Was delivered absolutely freezing cold. I live only one mile away from the restaurant. The food was inedible by the time it arrived. App kept saying that the driver was at the restaurant and delivery time constantly changing. Utter waste of money

Driver got really lost and when tried to help with directions he hung-up rudely No sauces came with the nugget meal... Bounce got extra large chips even though ordered a medium meal...

Time kept getting delayed from 30 mins to 47mins back to 30 ans then the ordered arrived barely warm and the milkshake runny and not cold

driver deliver to wrong address, when i rung up the customer service its worse than stinks, never again, waiting for my money back

the food came warm tasty nice and all the items I ordered were there.

food was fine, milkshakes didn't have straws, order was an hour late, and we'd ordered before rush hour

delivery was good, food was warm. However paid extra by turning my daughters breakfast into a meal so that she could have drink and they didn't even provide the correct drink, instead a drink neither of us like so that was a waste.

Order at 5 nothing by half 5 finally arrived at 6. Chips were cold on all meals and fish was cold and chicken strips and chicken nuggets were just warm

Order was as expected and the usual McDonald’s quality. The only issue was one of the drinks had tipped over in the bag as it was too large for the cup holder tray why do they not have a bag the right size to take the cup holder tray?

Fries were cold, hard and seemingly over cooked. Wrong burger, no dips and no straw. Fab effort.

Why can't we get plain burgers right? pretty much every time I order a plain burger it's wrong. I started out ordering one big mac with everything on and one plain but the plain one came with everything too. So I changed it up to a big mac with everything and a plain quater pounder to ease the transition but no, still it comes with all the stuff on! I have a stupidly fussy kid and youbsre ruining my orders.

For the first time in a long time we received everything for our order, the food was hot and the we could tell the burgers were built with care. Props to the team working today! please strive for this level of service at all times. Happy customers :) the driver was also very polite.

I have not received my delivery yet from Mc Donald, Newcastle Under Lyme ( it says DELIVERED AT 20:51 whereas now it’s 21:11 and there is no sign of anyone here at the delivery point to deliver my order 😔 …

Every time I order delivery from this McDonalds in particular, there is something or other wrong with my order. Sometimes it's late, other times something is missing - most recently, the fries out of my large meal, for which I was given a paltry refund - and I STILL had to pay fees and delivery for the replacement totalling over twice the value of the fries themselves. Once they even somehow misplaced the party from my McCrispy - you know, THE MAIN PART OF THE SANDWICH. Don't get delivery from these guys.

I ordered once yesterday and it’s charged me twice 20 pound and the delivery man was trying to get in my house after as he had another order but I only ordered once he scared my girlfriend when he was trying to get in

Large happymeal big Mac meal no Minecraft toy in delivery and large quarter pound meal and a double chilli cheese burger as well absolutely stone cold order took ages to get here too need to speed up your service and £6.43 for refund is absolutely shocking too should of been refund the whole lot

the food was 2 and a half hours late .. stone cold, I rang Macdonald's and they couldn't help told me my food was sitting there and the driver didn't turn up for over 2 hours Macdonald's didn't even offer to make a fresh order just sent the cold food .. will not be ordering off this app again

Late, 2 items missing and cold food to boot. This location is so inconsistent. Oh and they are charging 40p for extra pickles now which is absolutely insane!

So bad. Kept extending the expected delivery time all while saying the driver is at the restaurant waiting to deliver my order. I rang the restaurant 4 times until the call cut out but they didn’t answer. When the food finally did arrive, all the items were cold and I’ve had to microwave them. food quality is so poor, delivery time was very poor, burgers smashed up in the wrapper with sauce everywhere and the cheese all out the side onto the wrapping. Only gave me £6 back from an order of £24 :(
