Ordered through Just Eat and no food was delivered (we have a ring door bell). Rang McDonald's and Just Eat and no one cared. The manager of the Newcastle-Under-Lyme branch didn't care at all and even told my wife not to be so lazy "and get some food out next time". Absolute disgrace.

Warm, on time and complete. Almost got the dips right which is an improvement on forgetting them all last time. Delivery driver was polite, friendly and prompt.

fries were very soggy for some reason, and the quarter pounder with extra onions and no pickle came with just sauce on burger. would have gone another mc D's with the benefit of hindsight

I thought “no, don’t do it!” After a number of bad experiences of missing things but I didn’t want to cook. Everything came, even the dips which is rare (shouldn’t be but is ). The iced smoothie was lush and very welcome on such a hot day-I just wish it was full!

items missing, they even charge you for sauces now and still don't even put them in the bag 😒

Ordered no onions and although there was a sticker on everything saying no onions, there was onions. I picked them off as I really dislike them no biggie just a nuisance, but I worry about people with allergies who ask for things, if a label says they’ve acknowledged the request but still on it anyways.

Order arrived with half the items missing including the fries, clearly some bad staff and management run this place. I'd avoid if you value your money

everytime our order comes we have something missing or no sauces! we cnt eat a chicken sharebox with no sauce! i even wrote un the notes section not to forget them! EVERYTIME!

Dodgy practice detected! The medium sized drink had a small cup pushed inside meaning we only got a small drink, not a medium. Check your drinks to make sure you are getting the right sized product.

No straw for milkshake and no dips sent

So annoying that the dips are missed Everytime! You pay a premium for delivery and a service charge. The chicken selects are meant to come with dips. We pay for them. It doesn’t take much effort to add these to the bag does it ?

I ordered a big mac meal a wrap meal and 20 nuggets all I got was a Cold wrap, chips and a 2 drinks, can't remember the last time I got all my order and not sure how it's always so cold, never ordering from here again

The driver delivered to wrong address at first

Ordered a crispy chicken meal and a cappuccino for delivery. The chips tastes like they were days old, cold and chewy the coffee was stone cold , the chicken was chewy and tased horrible worst meal I’ve ever had.

Missing multiple items from order

half the fries were missing, the ones that I had got tasted like they were old and had been microwaved, no sauce on the burger, gave me the wrong dips too. every time I order for delivery from McDonald's I'm disappointed to say the least

Fries were old and no potato, they had clearly been sat under the hot lamp for a while, they were cold, the bun felt stale, the issues were clearly from the restaurant as deliver was pretty quick, very disappointed

My fries were freezing and my burger was horrendous. It had ketchup all over it and was drowning in ketchup to the point where I couldn’t eat oh as it was so sickly. My burger was also missing onions and mustard. It was so bad and I expected better.

Nuggets were cold and instead of extra cheese on a burger you sent it with no cheese? Also no dips. Almost £30 spent on complete rubbish.

I really dont get why you guys cant get dips right. the simplest of things in the world. you offer them... add them when we ask for them. everything else was okay but honestly, its a dip... its on the receipt... how simple do you have to be (managers not colleagues) to continuously get this wrong. next time i dont get my dips (simple to you, honestly simple to me but so annoying when you continuously get it wrong) im going to take it further. Do better.

Driver didn’t give me chance to get out side and get my order before he drove off tried to ring him

The last two orders that I placed with the Trent Vale branch have both had items missing. How wonderful that this order was complete, in time and the delivery driver patiently waited whilst I checked that everything had been supplied. Newcastle under Lyme branch from now on.

It's not right that drivers are aloud to drop more than one delivery off especially when they are not even in the same area

Food is freezing cold, said the driver was on route but didn’t move for 15-20 minutes absolutely shocking

Driver pulled up to house, messaged to tell me to come and collect it from his car as it was raining I responded and so no he can come to the door to which he marked it as delivered and drive away

I am very disappointed - we received everything EXCEPT for a Big Mac, a Hot chocolate and A Cola! There was also no way to tell which cokes were Full Fat Cola or Zero. There is no system whereby this can be made right by the Restaurant as our only option is a refund on the items missed. The Delivery DRIVER was polite, well mannered, on time and genuinely fabulous!

Second time of having to order and the driver takes it to the wrong address. I have put my postcode and address correct and it has been delivered to another street with the same name. Just eat and it’s drivers are all useless and I won’t be using them again

Missing a large fries. Ordered large Diet Coke, medium came. Ordered 2 different sauces and none came. Every time I order it is wrong!

Cold fries that tasted like they’d been hanging around forever. Nuggets that were overdone and tasted stale. Cold apple pie. Disappointed, especially considering the time it took to prepare my order.

If you like waiting for 15 minutes when there is nobody in the restaurant waiting, this is the place for you. Staff are more interested in chatting to each other than sending out orders. I've frequently had to wait even longer because they "just realised" they'd run out of hash browns or fries when I've been stood there 10 minutes. Mcflurries and iced drinks are melted (but at least the machine works!). Interesting how staff get their own orders within 2 minutes of ordering though. Self service tills are usually out of receipts. For those people ordering online and saying their food is cold - that's because they pack the food and leave it on a trolley until it's collected. They don't keep it under heat lamps. I've seen orders there when I went in and were still there when I left 15 minutes later.

Food got here late. There was items missing. And everything that was delivered was cold.

Please read if you have time i wanted to give a full context of the situation. So i go today Friday 7/06/024 at Mc Donalds Newcastle Under Lyme i order, 3 medium caramel iced frappe , 1 large caramel iced frappe, 1 medium lotus iced frappe and 9 chicken select. I waited a long time for my order to arrive and when my iced frappe arrived it had almost no caramel at the top, so i requested for more which one of the staff did. I take my order home to discover they gave me the wrong chicken order and instead gave me chicken nugget. I was already upset about the wait time before but i took myself back to change my order the staff who served me changed the food without an apology and i requested what’s my bonus for walking home and coming back when you gave me the wrong order and he made as if he couldn’t understand me or i wasn’t speaking English until an Uber delivery driver repeated the same thing to him again and he argued that they don’t give free stuff. I told him i won’t be here if they didn’t make a wrong order and i told him it’s just a form of apology and he could give anything ketchup, mayo and i will be happy with it but it’s the way of apologising to the customer that’s important. I made this very clear but he kept tell me they don’t give free stuff and requested to see the manager. He walks up to a young lady speaks to her briefly and she comes towards me and stares at me in a condescending way. I told her clearly and not here to make a scene but usually in my experience with MC Donalds in the past when a wrong other is made they compensate you and she told me it’s company policy to not give free stuff. I repeated the same thing i said to the staff and which is it’s the way of apologising to customers for your mistake and it’s not about free stuff as i am a customer, paid for my food already and had to go home and come back. In all i asked the Managers name and she said Chelsie and i left without making a scene very disappointed in the customer service and the way i was being looked at as if am mad in what am saying. I personally won’t recommend going there , i won’t be going there anymore as they left a sour taste in my mouth .I believe staff need extra training in how to handle such situations as it could be violent if it was a different person. I wish i took pictures of the chicken nuggets so instead i will add the picture of my order below 👇🏾.

Food cold and cappuccino pouring out through the paper bag. Just Eat refuse to give refund for empty cappuccino even though photo evidence supplied.. Blanket refusal of refunds underway with them. Had no other choice than to open a case with paypal to get refund .

After spending £32 someone else's order has been delivered to me, that's work £12 it's absolutely ridiculous
