the food was so cold I couldn’t eat it

Large happymeal big Mac meal no Minecraft toy in delivery and large quarter pound meal and a double chilli cheese burger as well absolutely stone cold order took ages to get here too need to speed up your service and £6.43 for refund is absolutely shocking too should of been refund the whole lot

Slowest McDonald's ever been too lol. Guy standing with the orders and just chatting away for 10 mins.

the food was 2 and a half hours late .. stone cold, I rang Macdonald's and they couldn't help told me my food was sitting there and the driver didn't turn up for over 2 hours Macdonald's didn't even offer to make a fresh order just sent the cold food .. will not be ordering off this app again

food didn't get ordered there was a car that turned up but I was told by him that he didn't have my food

So bad. Kept extending the expected delivery time all while saying the driver is at the restaurant waiting to deliver my order. I rang the restaurant 4 times until the call cut out but they didn’t answer. When the food finally did arrive, all the items were cold and I’ve had to microwave them. food quality is so poor, delivery time was very poor, burgers smashed up in the wrapper with sauce everywhere and the cheese all out the side onto the wrapping. Only gave me £6 back from an order of £24 :(

My order never arrived and then at 11:23, it’s saying it got delivered an hour ago

So late. Had to leave for work at the hospital without any food after a full day at medical school. Kept pushing the estimated time back and screwed me over. Very poor

Doesnt travel very well and my drink was upside down in the bag. Thankfully the bag being water resistant gave it a seal meaning it didnt empty into the bag. Better eaten in store but not bad for a maccies

I don’t visit McDonald’s often but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Despite only a handful of customers in the restaurant the food took 20 minutes to arrive. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than working, while the seating area was filthy, tables uncleared, food on the floor, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The poor service and dirty environment make this location one to avoid at all costs.

honestly the worst mcdonalds in the area. we have consistently bad meals from here and only gave them another order because we had a £10 off code but even with discount was not worth the money. chips were cold and stale but other items were hot so had nothing to do with the delivery time. the chicken on the wrap was rock solid and almost inedible. even the apple pie was cold

Called in for the first time in many years , service was ok , tables weren't clean , fries were warm . Only partially full , group of usual hoody teenagers, hands down their trousers, sitting on tables as no respect, in & out of toilets , obviously up to no good .. won't go in again. Sorry

Hi just called in to get 3 meals it's a joke 2 meals no frys asked and payed for double cheese burger got a single burger didn't notice untill we got home in taxi and the price we paid for this it's a total disgrace not happy at all my 2 children were not happy .

tea came without milk, put on notes as doesn't give the option, asked to call due 2 shared housing and ensuring we get the food...they don't read the notes !!!

Whatched my food go to 2 different areal before arrived to my address!! Food missing and stone cold not even good to eat!! Im guessing driver has messed order up but shouldn't be allowed to take multiple orders to different areas!!

Went today with the kids sat at the back of a table on the sofa bit. Ordered food came out wrong so my son went to ask for it to be changed. He was waiting 10 mins then I went up and complained, kitchen staff one was on his phone no orders at the time . Staff member said she would re ask them do it. I asked her bring to our table, waited longer for her to glace by us then walk off. Asked for a refund she fount it funny smirking saying we weren't at the table when she glanced and didn't look round the pillar properly . Kept on arguing with me very unprofessional and needs training on customer service and table numbers ! Normally good here but this ruined it

Everything that I ordered was delivered correctly, it wasn't very warm, but it rarely is, but overall it was just a short blast in the microwave to make it enjoyable

We had to wait 25 minutes for our food, the fries were hot but the big macs were cold. The table we sat at was filthy, my husband cleaned it with a serviette and hand sanitiser. There was food all over the floor. The whole place looked filthy including the toilets. Will not be going in there again.

I ordered food at half 10 and didn't get it until 10 50 and when I got it my burger was half eaten from the worker who put it in the bag
