I ordered a bbq chicken and bacon grilled wrap and got a chicken caesar bacon crisp wrap

I had a missing drink from my order

Whatched my food go to 2 different areal before arrived to my address!! Food missing and stone cold not even good to eat!! Im guessing driver has messed order up but shouldn't be allowed to take multiple orders to different areas!!

tea came without milk, put on notes as doesn't give the option, asked to call due 2 shared housing and ensuring we get the food...they don't read the notes !!!

No syrup for the pancakes in both boxes

Went today with the kids sat at the back of a table on the sofa bit. Ordered food came out wrong so my son went to ask for it to be changed. He was waiting 10 mins then I went up and complained, kitchen staff one was on his phone no orders at the time . Staff member said she would re ask them do it. I asked her bring to our table, waited longer for her to glace by us then walk off. Asked for a refund she fount it funny smirking saying we weren't at the table when she glanced and didn't look round the pillar properly . Kept on arguing with me very unprofessional and needs training on customer service and table numbers ! Normally good here but this ruined it

Everything that I ordered was delivered correctly, it wasn't very warm, but it rarely is, but overall it was just a short blast in the microwave to make it enjoyable

I know McDonald's doesn't have the greatest standard with food, but getting served a burnt burger, or a milkshake that has been concocted with something else isn't exactly a thing you would expect.

Another poorly ran franchised maccys by eddie (lemaca). Gormless staff, undersealed food. Cold before we'd even gone back to the car. Dirty restaurant, filthy kitchen.

Order dìd not arrive for almost 2 hours and came after I had coʻntacted just eaþ and was stone cold. Rang restaurant who told me that it was all about the drìver and I should phone just eat. So I got in touch again.

I've used McDonald's since the 80s. I've used the Newcastle store since that time. I haven't been into Newcastle for a couple of years. Wow what a terrible difference. Ordered on the in store self service teminanal. Given a number 79. The store was quite empty with maybe only a dozen people sitting eating and 3 or 4 people waiting. What could go wrong. OK here is the problem. Order number 22 was being served and 2 of the people waiting were uber or deliveroo or something. Waiting for 50+ orders. My food arrived 10 minutes later (COLD) All the staff were dealing with the delivery orders. And the screen had order number 36 as ready to be collected. Plenty of tables were free, but all visibly dirty with drink and sauce stains. We cleaned a table with napkins and hand gell. The staff clearly saw what we had to do, but we're task focused on the delivery orders to assist with proper cleaning stuff. We didn't complain. The staff seemed stressed enough with the delivery orders. The staff incidentally were polite courteous and totally over stretched. McDonald's need to invest in servicing the deliveries to not effect and keep the wallk in trade.

The food was cold, but as the weather is also very cold and tracking the delivery, it showed that the driver went away from my address, obviously on another delivery, before making his way back to my address, this will account for the cold food

Absolutely horrendous customer service from just eat delivery drivers

Would give less if possible. The majority of the staff are too busy standing around talking to bag food that just sits there for no apparent reason getting even colder than it already is. The food is always cold. No temperature checks are done at all. Don't think I have ever had a hot burger ever. The kitchen area is a diabolical mess even when quiet as is the appearance and dress standards of the staff. They look a right mess. Very little ppe if any. Avoid!!

The order took almost 2 hours from the time I placed the order online until it was eventually delivered. When it arrived all of the food was completely cold. The delivery driver informed me that he had waited 40 minutes for one drink to complete the order in store. Obviously the rest of the food

It states delivery will be between 15-30 mins when you have paid it says 35-50.Just-eat and Mcds are allowing drivers to order stack as many orders as poss. Dont care if your foods cold just ££. Also with service charge your looking at £3 added charg

Took 1hr30 to come despite saying 25-30 min delivery time. Food was stone cold when it arrived and my sauces were missed off again.

Missing food we paid 35 pounds crispy chicken meal never came fries missing i have submitted a refund request but they never came the drinks were all spilt though i would treat my son he didnt get his food mcdonalds and just eat are getting so bad

the order was wrong. you sent a plain double quarter pounder meal, when we only asked for pickle to be removed. the plain quarter meal that was ordered had mustard, tomato ketchup & onion on.
