Service is shocking. Only 3 working on a Saturday. 30 minutes waiting so far. Expect it to 45 minutes by the time a get food. It better be good.

Absolutely terrible, the restaurant advertised 30 min delivery. The time kept repeatedly getting put back, it finally arrived after over 2 hours, missing the bbq sauce and had brown cold dry chips. My partner checked the just eat app and they were still advertising 30 minutes delivery the while 2 hour wait. There was no way to cancel the order. I will never use burger king again, I want a refund. Just eat is terrible so are burger king

The food came out in a good time, but they served an overcooked, burnt patties for a double cheeseburger that made them hard and crunchy. They were quick to rectify the problem, but those patties should have been counted as waste and never served.

I mean, could you move any slower? She stares at the order screen like she was deciphering a coded message. Tried to explain I was missing a burger then the burger making henchman comes along ready to pick a fight- between the 3 of them I couldn't get a word in - before realising I wasn't a moany customer (I am now) and apologises for his mistake. Left waiting a further 10mins, with missing burger in clear view, the code breaker continues to stare at the screen. Slowing packing. I patiently waited for her. I had to ask about the burger and oh yes I'll get it for you, my god, could you be any slower. Get a wiggle on. We have places to go!! I may have been reliving the hangryness whilst leaving this review. Back to my family, my food cold. Great.

Avoid like the plague. Got a whopper meal. £11 and the chips were drenched in oil, burger tasted grim. Avoid

Very busy as it's a service station but the food was spot on

So incredibly disappointed . Worse meal I’ve had for years. We’ve just spent £28.17 on utter rubbish. Tasteless thin dry meat Patti ( what happened to flame grilled!) one measly slice of tomato , NO onion or pickle! The bread stuck to the roof of my mouth. Ate half and left the rest still hungry. Certainly doesn't look like the photo displayed. The fries also disappointing. I have never given a bad review ever, anywhere!

Burger King at this Welcome Break NO Longer accepts Blue Light card. Staff member says that they stopped accepting the card about 3 months ago. Other Burger Kings at service stations are still accepting the Blue Light card, so what's going on?

Terrible, over an hour wait for a burger. 2 staff serving, 5 min to hand out each order. I strongly suggest you give it a miss! Most orders were wrong and no tomato sauce! Absolutely useless. If I was the staff I’d have walked out.

I was the only person waiting but they still made a very bad burger. No sauce, dry bun half arsed effort. BK is usually ok but avoid this one. MCD at the next service

I fondly recall when Burger King burgers were the crown jewels of fast food. Those were the days! But alas, how the mighty have fallen. The recent experience left me yearning for the flavourful zest they once had. Today, they lack taste and the love that once made them special. Both burgers we ordered seemed to have forgotten their ingredients: a meager slice of tomato and a mere two pickles each. With the exorbitant prices they now charge, it's just not worth the nostalgia. Saddening, truly.

Spent sometime doing the feedback on receipt to be told by the counter they don't accept it. Even though it states you get rewarded for doing the survey!!

21 30 it is impossible to order and it is open until 22 ... I do not recommend it

This Burger King ticks all the boxes for a crappily satisfactory UK motorway services. In short, we were entirely satisfied with the mediocrity of everything, from the fries to the burgers and the decor to the view. There is a particularly unexceptional bend in the road over which the restaurant is situated, which we all agreed was absolutely unremarkable. Highly recommended 100% average experience.

Although I like beef, I wanted to try the vega burgers once. So I ordered a vega whopper and vega royal chicken. Both were absolutely disgusting. Service was fast though.

Likes; location, busy efficient and friendly lady (dutymanager maybe), food tasted great, range of sauce available, kitchen clean Dislikes; big queue of customers caused delays (maybe 10 orders), dining area a bit messy Overall did the job of keeping me awake

If the girl and boy behind the counter got off their phones they would have realised they had forgotten to put the chips in the frier and so though the burgers were cooked we had to wait for the rest of the order. Not a word was spoken to us by the staff.

Disappointed, ordered Angus Steakhouse without bacon but when I opened on my way, it was with bacon, total waste and disappointment, I should have opened and checked infront of them before leaving. I contacted burger king and they advised me to go to the store and claim the problem, such a ridiculous advice how I can drive back there from Cambridge. Burger King customer service is useless.

Easy parking food nice staff friendly

I don’t usually right reviews but I will this time!!!. I payed over £13 for a burger meal with a regular extra fries. It was near enough stone cold and I live 5 mins away. I was actually appalled by the food for the price. The temperature of the food was a hygiene risk and not fresh!!! And was reheated in my oven when I got home. But I have to compliment the lady serving at around 9 this evening she was switched on and very polite. Good job to her 👍

Everything OK until I looked inside my coffee cup, it was half full. I asked a staff member if this is the usual amount and he said yes. Who buys half a cup of coffee??? Not happy and staff were not really interested. So as promised I will post the pictures.

Waited 20 minutes for a burger and large fries on a Thursday tea time. Young kids for staff wandering around without and sense of urgency. Burger was flat and cold with no sauces on. Fries were not a large. £10 for that utter rubbish. Needs a shake up by a decent manager. Not a good advert for Burger King.

20 mins for a burger with 1 person before. Not fast food. Also soda was warm and was told after collection that they had no ice. Would not go there again

Service was quick but the Black Angus burger was a poor excuse for a burger. The onion rings were neither crispy nor particularly edible, and the soft drinks had no ice . Expensive and not value for money

Delicious burger and fries were hot. Well presented. Menu a little fiddly and it wasn't cheap. Reasonable choice.

Service was quick and food was excellent. Crispy chicken burger was proper crispy and generously sized. Felt safe and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Slightly pricey compared to other fast food chains but in my opinion worth it. Would go again.

What you'd expect from a service station franchise. The bun was so stale, it just fell apart as soon as I took it out of the wrapper. The burger itself was ok, but the bun really put me off.

Went there with friend who wanted simple cheeseburgers. Wouldn't serve us only burgers on board. Would take any ingredients off. Staff couldn't care less. Place was empty. Place was dirty went to macie Ds place was buzzin sorted. Won't v ex going back to burger King in a hurry...

Poor. Heavily salted chips and no attempt to ask if I wanted salt. Self service ordering screen needs improving. Couldn't see how to order 2 meals the same. No option to remove mayo if we want a lower fat option. Tea bags were low grade.

Modern, clean, very easy to order. Add amazing view to the mix and you got yourself the best burger king.

Ordered a meal with ice cream for my daughter, the ice cream was done first and a wait for the meal, by this time the ice cream had melted and the chicken nuggets didn't taste of chicken but some kind of pototoe????? Horrible experience.

Burger King in general. After politicians and other were attacked by people with milk shakes BK saw fit to announce they had milk shakes available. Not funny. I suppose socialists would enjoy it though.

We arrived on the Southbound side and the burger king seemed to be small and only takeaway, apart from a small, unclean seating area around the corner. We then went around the slip-roads (As directed) to the North bound burger king. The building from the outside looked old and dirty, though the inside changed our minds. The inside was fairly modern. The queues to get our food were very long, despite the service station being quite quiet. The food we received was brilliant! Far better from the food we get normally at McDonalds. The burger tasted more home cooked and the whole area looked more modern. The only thing is the lack of staff, a few staff to walk around and clear tables would make a big difference, just like McDonalds does. Overall, the building could be improved, but, the food should stay the way it is. Very good Burger King, just very sad there is not one in Carlisle yet.

Bad place, food served cold and staff could not care any less.

Terrible. Long,long queues, few tables to eat at. Food lukewarm and not appetizing at all. Due to kfc being closed there were horrendous queues but only 1 operator taking orders. Incredible! Will not go there again and I travel the motorways regularly.

After wait 20 mins to be served we were informed that there were no veggie options for my partner. There was no signs to indicate that a limited menu was being offered and when we final got to the desk the member of staff was very rude and dismissive and made me and my partner feel like it was our felt that no information was offered. I really hope this isn't the burger king standard as the food is normally good for fast food.

The usual BK, just under staffed and no front end leadership. Service too slow. Food fine. Whopper still the best

No vegetarian food, only chips. Chips not up to usual BK standard. Restaurant dirty and they did not even have a tray for my food. Disappointing.
