Yet again a £40 order witi half the items missing and what did arrive you wouldn't even give your dog. Clearly a store managet and staff that couldnt care less.

the driver was too busy on his phone to actually delivered to the right house. the order that was delivered isn't mine. I ordered a 10 piece bucket and got delivered the 6 piece bucket instead. this is pathetic.

this has not been delivered. itvwas ordered at 5.30. courier at kfc at 5.50. we contacted KFC at 18 53 to see where itvwas and they said it left them ages ago.... 7.42 and still not received

was delivered to my mum. she hasn't rung me so must be OK.

I took advantage of their latest offer of mini fillets @ £6.99. This was for takeaway and a verbal order order over the counter, I don't like automated systems.

Wow - the best crispiest skin on an original meal. Seriously, have never had it as good. However, the Hot Wings were virtually cold. Shame, might have made a 5. Served quite quickly and reasonably clean.

Food never arrived as when ordering via the app it chamged the delivery address back to my last used address and therefore i did not receive the food...This is no fault of the driver or restaurant this is a fsult with the website/app...Inwould like a refund.

Very poor, the bucket with the chicken in was split in half. Only half of the order arrived. When I called the restaurant the staff on the phone was very rude. I want a refund am very upset. I always order but never been this disappointed like today. Spoiled my Saturday night.

Popped in for lunch, the place was so clean and fresh looking, well done to the staff its hard to find a clean and well looked after fast food service area. The staff were great. The food was great. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, we also did not receive this delivery. The person on the telephone was unhelpful and disrespectful. They did not take accountability for the failed order. Nor did they attempt to rectify it.

Overpriced and under delivered, indifferent service. Why oh why do they display fantastic photographs of the food which when delivered looks nothing like and is put together by someone who can't be bothered. Chip portion really poor considering the price 😕

Firstly you get a delivery time. then because they run late the time gets changed so it looks like it was on time. Secondly never had chicken wings as a part of a 4 piece colonels meal and the fries were cold. Poor do on this occasion.

Deliverer was lovely and my order arrived on time. Whoever packed it at the restaurant missed a can of pop and the chicken (on the bone ones) was disgustingly greasy. I mean I'm under no illusions that it's a healthy meal, but it was literally dripping with grease and really affected the flavour. Oh and they gave me the wrong dip.

Ordered bucket chicken and it was so salty and couldn't enjoyed at all. Hence we have shared the feedback to the staffs and they've told and admitted that the oil hasn't changed for the chicken. We have had worst experience in this KFC.
