The chicken tenders had definitely been sat for too long before being added to our order

Missing items and still no contact back.

Order says delivered but has never showed up

45 minutes later than suggested at the point of ordering and arrived cold

half the advertised ingredients were missing - no sweetcorn or slaw

food was like warm, order time kept going up so order was late and delivery driver refused to come up to door

driver decided to bag my food and never delivered it

one of the Pepsi max drinks didn't come.

Delivery was good and food was tasty. Was good value for money.

my order took longer than advertised by 20 min I did not get my full order the extra chicken was not included and it was cooled.

chicken was really dry put more in the bin than was eaten chips were cold and soggy straight in the bin

my burger and fries couldn't have looked more different from the picture! And the soggy, floppy fries were freezing.

I ordered a £30 order and received the wrong order which was only £16 we rang KFC to complain they said get in contact with the driver with no information how to contact them! Not the first time this has happened ordered once and never received it!! Never using this service again :(

Quality of food was awful. Everything had spilled in the bag and two sauces mixed together. Pretty much inedible

Over an hour late from the delivery specified. Kept jumping from 14 minutes to 25. Driver was waiting over an hour to the food to be ready, good quality food but was definitely colder than it should have been.

I asked the restaurant to not add lettuce and supercharger sauce and it arrived with it on so I have to take it off because I don't like it I wish there was a option to remove those items from the burger

I get kids food from here. Prefer the drive through although it's closed a lot or has cash only options that can be annoying. Also often get wrong food or take the money then tell you to choose an alternative meal. I don't prefer using this branch. could do more to improve their service. Update on this review. My pet hate is receiving a bucket meal in a tacky paper bag. £24 for two meals in paper bags feels so grubby and is off putting.

I have just had three mini fillet chicken burgers. They were absolutely disgusting Chewy chicken out of the three I think I may have got to eat warm just eating around all of the horrible bits

Placed an order at 20:25 but as nothing turned up by 21:10 we called KFC and the person we spoke to said that it left ages ago and has probably been stolen. He did arrange for another order to come out but we called again at 21:55 and there had still been no driver to collect the replacement order. Due to the time we said to cancel the order and the bloke said he would refund the payment of £35+. I would like my money back ASAP

ordered a large popcorn chicken with my meal but received a small popcorn chicken instead.. absolutely abysmal service!

There was an item missing- a large chicken popcorn. The chicken pieces from the family bucket 9 out of 10 pieces of chicken were drumsticks, rather than a mix of pieces, including breast and thigh (one thigh)

order never turned up. had message saying it had been delivered at 6.29. at 7 . o'clock haven't received. my code was 0700. how can they deliver to someone else when I have the code

Amazing service by a chap named Conner. We travelled a round trip of 30 miles to visit this Restaurant. On returning home we noticed the order was incorrect, whether we didn't make our order clear or the person who took the order wasn't paying attention is out for debate, these things happen we are only human. I rang the restaurant and spoke to a gentleman called Conner. Right from the beginning it was clear he knew the correct way to speak and listen to the customers, very professional I must say !! He explained the options one of which was to return to the restaurant and he personally would help to rectify the mistake. My wife returned and was met by Conner at the front desk. He immediately apologized for the misunderstanding. He replaced the incorrect food with the correct food and helped my wife with the food back to the car. Mistakes happen, it's how mistakes are dealt with is what matters. Many, many thanks Conner for how you dealt with us that evening. (IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS FOLKS.)
