missed items from my order again

Food was never delivered but marked as if I had received it

things were missing from my order, I'm not sure how it happens, someone must be having a bad day or something so i didnt get a refund, but it definitely left an impression on me which will likely impact my future purchases if i order from here again.

chips were cold chicken was lovely

Missing half of the order, won’t order again as restaurants said I had to drive to them to collect what was missing. Shocking customer service.

I ordered bargain bucket 6pc chicken and I only received 4pc chicken not impressed

But food was cold and the salad box seemed to be half the amount it's usually is for rice and salad no beans as usual and it was stone cold

Driver got lost and we had to go out and find him even though the location had been pinpointed. The driver did not stay in one place in order to let us find him, however was apologetic when we finally found him.

wrong food came and items were missing it happens 99% of the time i order from just eat

Waited 2 and a half hours for our food after the arrival time kept being delayed, for the food to not even being prepared yet and no courier selected to pick it up. So we cancelled the order and decided to get a refund because at this point we were starving

abi is an amazing fast speed worker with amazing customer service

Burger missing from the order bag wasn’t stuck down properly so unsure if not put in at the restaurant or taken out during delivery

Why am I not surprised at this place you can even get a 12 boneless bucket correct what are your staff actually doing there because clearly you need to train new ones up to get orders correct! You don’t deserve one star

Awful service today from Millie. Had an unseasoned mini fillet and a half-filled regular popcorn bucket, when I asked whether it could be filled up I was responded to very rudely. She sounded irate and frustrated, throwing the popcorn chicken back down on our table carelessly and aggressively telling us “we’ve already counted it and it’s filled to the amount it should be for that box”. However, our friend sitting next to us had her popcorn box filled to the top. This service is incredibly disappointing; my girlfriend is in the industry and knows the correct amount of popcorn chicken that goes into the box, and the attitude I received from the staff today was completely unnecessary when I was nothing but polite. Won’t be returning

Order was over an hour late , and no way to contact the restaurant

I go here for lunch during college most days it can be a bit quiet but the service is fast and the food is always hot and tastes good 👍🏻

Staff were amazing. And took good care of my family. Food was brought out to our table and condiments were handed to us. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

There was no fries. Also I have ordered additional sweet chilli dipped bites and it wasn’t sent.

When the food did turn up it was not in a sealed bag. It was all chucked in individually. No food and hygiene was used. Some of food was open. Anything could have contaminated it. Very dissatisfied.

The number on address not given to driver who had 5 orders in his bag so it is no wonder food was luke warm and it wasn't what I ordered. They sent wings instead of fillet strips.

A decent KFC with helpful staff who sorted the dreadful seasoned fries when the machine could not. Prompt service and exactly what you expect and hope for from a chain place.

Waited over an hour for my food. When it arrived chips were cold, chicken was cold and soggy and beans were barely warm. I paid nearly £17 for one meal!

Its sunday when I order i dont think its busy ?. Or just staff not doing their job ? Always late in delivery .

First time using the drive thru here and it wasn't good. Ordered a large popcorn chicken box and got given a medium. Our rice box meal was missing a extra chicken tender. The servers were polite and friendly but that doesn't make up for the order being short. Won't be going back!

The fries had no flavour to them what so ever I use to love the new spices flavour but now they taste plain and not very nice.

This is the third time I have had a takeaway from here and drove home (20 minutes away) and had sides missing from my order. I don’t bother ringing as what are they going to do? Suggest I collect and drive back. They always miss the gravy, won’t be going back there now had enough

Ordered online for pick up, arrived at 10pm... long wait for the food (15mins) which was good .. If you like KFC it's as you would expect
