Mcdonald's Restaurants in Corby

Went on lunch break for caesar wrap, staff normally quick but doing multiple uber delivery, paid n had to leave without wrap as took too long.😪

How hard is it to put in the sauces that you request? 15 minutes away so would be stone cold by the time I got back so in the bin now

Horrible. Ordered food. Half came missing wouldn’t get a refund, customer service is atrocious, the security wasn’t much of a help either. Kicked us out? fix yourself up man

Like the title said, absolutely bad customer service. Gave us a burnt patty, charged us 35 pounds for literal air the order they sent us an order worth of 25 pounds 2 meals missing, called told us they know that didn’t give it us so therefore we got a refund for 1 meal. They didn’t give us our other meal. Absolutely bulltshit we got charged for it but didn’t receive it. The receipt said it was 20, the app said it was 15 but the value we got charged for was 35£. Are you kidding me? we went to the place absolutely tramps. The lady was rude, gave us an attitude and proceeded to argue with us, the security wasn’t much help either, looked like they were high, got kicked out and told to call uber as it is “their problem” but clearly the quote on quote whatsoever called “manager” ,who didn’t know how to do her job properly, kicked us out and scolded us. Ubers problem my ass man u messed the order up not uber🤦‍♀️

Worst experience I’ve had today!!!! I often go to this McDonald’s with my girls to have lunch and usually was a good experience but today NO! A big NO! I ordered a meal for me and a happy meal for them, they forgot to put the fries for my order (which is not a problem if you forget) so I went to the counter to tell them to give me my fries, the young lady there looked at me like I did idk what, she went at the making table where, I guess here supervisor was and told her that she did put the fries on the tray, she looked at me and she said the same thing so I went back to my seat to check again, obviously the chips were not there, finally she gave me the fries and went back to my place. After a couple of minutes that young lady and another lady just show up at my table saying “this is the lady that said she didn’t got the fries” this should not happen for a medium size fries!!!! Idk if it was racism or whatever but that never happened to me before!!! Everyone was looking at me like I’ve stolen something!!! This is not normal!

Cold and Burger missing. So today 5th Feb at 12 o'clock I went to corpartion street mcds. Ordered 2 big tasty meals with bacon, was busy so was expecting hot cooked food. Got home, which is 2 mins away - to cold food and one of the meals was actually missing the burger?!!! It had the bacon 🧐🧐🧐 Even the burgers were cold, but once you get back home they know you can't be bothered to go back up to the town. I now know why I avoid the town mcds. You can watch them all chatting away in the back with no interest in the job they are doing. That's £15 I won't see again.

I was sitting close by when this happened I saw 2 girls around 14 yrs old eating when a security came up and started yelling at them because one girl had her hood up then when she asked why he screamed and didn’t give an answer when they left he followed them out and continued screaming the whole town could hear him he also threatened there parents when one of the girls called her mum for help.

Walked in, every table was piled high with rubbish. We had to ask for someone to clear up. Surely this should be done as they go and sanitised? Some really horrible teenagers swearing and throwing rubbish? Not great for our children to hear or see. Food took ages, but they were quite busy so we didn’t mind. Only to have cold food to eat. No salt. No sanitizer. Grubby delivery people not wearing masks. I think McDonald’s HQ would be thoroughly ashamed of this site. Disgusting all round.

Absolutely awful! I ordered large coffee and a burger with no cheese and extra pickles, not only did I get a small coffee size but they put cheese on my burger with no pickles or sauce but I was waiting for about 10 minutes to receive something I couldnt even eat!

Hello, the food was great last night but one thing that made the food 3/5 was the ice cream was melted bit apart from that it was great Thank you 😊

Visited this McDonalds branch 3/3/2020. Went to use the ladies toilets and one of the two toilets was revolting. Someone had obviously been poorly in and around the round and left the mess. The other toilet was engaged for 15 mins. After repeatedly asking the person to hurry up as there was a queue forming out came a man and a woman totally drugged up!! After using the toilet I found the soap machine was broken and no soap! I reported the dirty toilet issue and also mentioned there was no soap. The employee said she knew about the broken soap dispenser and it would be fixed the next day. Not good enough McDonald's!!! You are serving food and customers cannot wash their hands!!!!!!

This is a very busy McDonald's. I have to say very efficient. The place is also fairly clean considering the traffic.

Do not go to this Mac’s with kids as the toilets are used go drug use power on floor pills on floor beer cans On complaint to management was told that they now and asked a cleaner to go and clean up and then he dispersed

Rather disappointed to still be getting usual half measure of cappuccino. I pay for large cappuccino and its always just over half full. My wife has regular size and hers is just over half size as well. Often same with McFlurrys half measures. Cleaning staff seem to be getting paid for standing chatting merrily instead of working etc. It doesn't give good image to be honest. Shame as we do still stay loyal to McDonalds.

This ticks all the boxes in terms of fast food Great menu Good value Well trained server's Open long hours Plenty of seating Good location in town

Easy to buy food with the touch screens, and helpful staff. We only wish they they did not play music so loud and restaurants are noisy places anyway without this. Much better if it was turned down.

Luego tomó mis nietos nadar en el mcdonalds recién reformado. Lamento decir tiene un aspecto ya una pena, ya que sin duda cuesta mucho dinero. La comida estaba bien pero bastante rebelde y perdido con niños sin supervisión joven que me gustó el sonido de sus propias voces.

As it is typical McDonald you know what you will get there. What matters here is service and i was quite happy with it.

Not any different to any other one, clean and tidy .but they do make nice coffee.kids love it so you will never disappoint them with a visit

I'm not a big fan of McDonald's but the 2 restaurants in Corby are both slow and I had plenty of issues when I have ordered from the drive thru.

Good big mac burger. Always tasty. Very convenient. This is recommended (as are all Big Macs!) I would visit again

You get what you expect full McDonalds menu at the price you expect to pay unless you are lucky to get one of the flyers that offer a discount

Good to pop in for takeaway breakfast. I love the sausage muffins and they do a good coffee which is always hot. Don't go often but enjoy when I do

I took three of my grand kids to eat here and we all ordered something different and everyone was very happy with the food and service. The service is very good for a fast food eatery.

24/7 so is great for a midnight snack but like I say it's McDonalds you know what you are getting and it's pleasant enough as far as fast food chain restaurants are concerned

You know the food before you go in to a McDonald's so it's the service & location that count.This place does just fine on all accounts. Nuff said.

Today I visited the McDonald's restaurant in Corby and clearly stated that I want a 'sweet chilli chicken wrap' only to get home and realise that the employee had given me sweet chilli chicken mayo burger, in my opinion a wrap and a burger are completely different things and I suggest that employees should carefully listen to customers rather than just guessing which is what this me ever of staff had clearly done,

I had to go into this place as My grandchildren wanted a Happy meal ?Only to be told your too Early for Happy meals we doing breakfast? Yet I have been into many Mc D's up and down the country Is it only Corby that Has such hard time table ? Children Don't do breakfast But happy meal yes really think the Manger should have a rethink and help out his staff with the odd Sorry and Thank you It just maybe help but It BREAKFAST

got my food and it was the correct order. nothing beats a big mac, with large fries and a large chocolate milkshake. can't compain food was super fast and i got my meal. happy julie :)
