Domino's Pizza - Great Oakley in Corby

Collected two pizzas this evening, got home and one of the pizzas wasn’t what was ordered. Called the store and the gentleman that answered the phone couldn’t have been anymore apologetic. He put through a replacement to be sent straight away, understandably the mistake was genuine due to new addition to the menu. Couldn’t ask for better customer service, a real credit to your business putting the customer first. Very much appreciated, thank you 👍

Twice we've used this Domino's and twice we've been disappointed! The first time we collected and took the pizzas home only to find my wife's thin based pizza was over cooked and dry, even burnt on one side! But we put this down to a one off. However, the second time was just as bad with my granddaughters pizza again being over cooked and burnt on one side, to the point she only ate half of it! Domino's normally produces excellent pizzas and when we've ordered from other Domino's takeaways, they've always been fantastic. It just seems to be poor from this place. I should have taken the pizzas back, but it's the hassle of driving back! My advice would be either, avoid this particular Domino's, or ensure you look at the pizzas before leaving the takeaway, after all you pay a premium at Domino's!

Ordered pizza for collection, arrived gave name, told not ready dispite app saying it's ready. After 10mins the person behind counter asks name again told them and says oh it is ready. They just decided to pronounce it in a different way so they ignored me. Now pizza like warm. Hardly any toppings or cheese on it. If google allows I will upload a picture. What is the point of putting a min value for delivery then charge £2.50 for delivery on top. I see you going out of business.

I’ve got mixed feelings about Domino’s Pizza, certainly they don’t make great pizza in the general scheme of things. However, if you’re able to tuck into one straight out of the oven then the whole experience is vastly improved. The Domino’s store in Great Oakley (on the edge of Corby) is one of just a few to have indoor seating. So I’ll pop in on occasion to grab a pizza with my (now adult) kids. We always eat in, in what is a clean and tidy space. Pizzas take about 10 minutes from time of ordering, and the staff are best described as “efficient”…. Not a lot of chatting, they just take your order, bake it and hand it over to you. It’s standard Domino’s fare, and getting the best deal seemed to somewhat of a trial and error. Until recently, they seemed to be pushing orders through their app, in order to get the best price… but on my last visit, I just asked the guy on the counter, and he advised me “any pizza, any size, £14.99”. I’m ok with that. In short, there’s parking right outside the door, we’re usually the only people dining in, and the pizza is vastly better if consumed directly from the oven.

£5.99 for a small portion of Nachos and they turn up so burnt that they are not edible. How on earth did anyone think this was ok to send to a customer. I am now trying to get a refund and apparently it takes 5 workings days to respond to a complaint.

Have the cheek to start adding an extra couple of pound for delivery, then delivering someone else's pizza first while I watch it going cold on the map as they're the other side of town - completely not on. Requested order be cancelled, wasn't delivered. PS: It's now been over 2 weeks and Domino's have left me without a refund, asking me to phone here, there and everywhere - and trying to avoid replying to the open PayPal case. Absolute nightmare company that I didn't think I'd be struggling to get a refund from. Further, the attitude of the staff has been horrific.

Ordered Pizzas and sides to take away. Food was amazing at a great price, staff friendly. Shop was very clean and welcoming. Plenty of parking.

Pizza was not all that to be honest. Dominos have lost there touch on making pizzas. But service was good.

The pizza toppings are sitting on told cold and raw. The pepper's are still hard! Phoned up to voice my concern, and the lady said well I can assure you everything is cooked,said sorry and hung up. I ordered a while ago and it was ok,but gone down hill now.

Nowadays when we look at the pizza looks like no have toppings

Got a call 25 minutes after placing my order explaining that I will receive a refund in 3/4 days because the app was wrong and they don’t deliver to my postcode! Horrific service. I’m now hungry and don’t have the money to repurchase another order elsewhere for 3 days!

Ordered a cheese pizza and was cpvered in mushroom and undercooked they sent a new one out and was still undercooked 😭

Great staff, everyone at this store is super friendly and lighthearted with equal measure of professionalism. Plus the food is great.
