I ordered Calzone pizza. It arrived and the dough was raw. The waitress took my food away and had it redone.....and retuned after my wife had finished hers. Mine returned now burnt and missing my expensive side dish, I then waited 15 minutes after receiving my bill to actually paying as walking a giant colander around the restaurant was way more important. 100% disgusting and I will never ever ever ever frequent this disgrace of an establishment. To put this into context I have never left a negative review on tripadvisor ever, Avoid and I hope this poor excuse of a dining experience closes.

We visited as a family for Mother's Day and left very disappointed and £107 lighter. From a watery cocktail to cold, dry food. Everything about this place is just disappointing and overpriced! And the service charge that is added on at the end with consent is hilarious! If we wanted to leave a tip we would, tips are earnt, the service wasn't anything to gasp about. Won't be returning!

Not recommending at all. I’ve been here once before and it was disappointing and now I am second time and nothing has changed… I was waiting for 2 pizzas for over 40 minutes as no one placed my order through the system! And no, restaurant was not packed at all maybe 2 - 3 tables were occupied including mine! Staff did not notice that people were sitting without food until I called them. Do not waste your time and monies here!

We were very well looked after by Simon (owner/manager) and his staff, who took care of our dietry and alergy needs.

The lobster and crab ravioli is more like a starter portion than a main. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco which was dumped on the table not even taken the cork out never mind offering to pour it. The waitress then cleared the table even though one of the party was still eating even though we mentioned we hadn’t finished yet. Then at the end of the meal went to use the toilets one was out of order as someone had just vomited and the other was blocked so the area smelt disgusting. Not a pleasurable experience

I'd booked a table at Prezzo andalusia from entering to the final GF Birthday Surprises Dessert we had a fantastic experience. The mains were so tasty but not too filling, leaving room for the mouth tasting explosion of the desserts. The Sangiovese wine was just the right accompliment - a fantastic dining experience ‐ thank you Prezzo Corby.

I visit often for dinner and the team just keep making the experience better and better. Not only do I have the best time, I can see other tables around with smiles on their faces and praising the food! The ambience is always cosy and it’s never too noisy which leaves a good volume for table conversation. The front of house team are always scanning tables and looking out for people’s needs. I find that I’m never left waiting long to order or be cleared but they also don’t feel overbearing! They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs which makes all the difference. Kiezer stands out every single time, I can’t imagine the place without him. He’s consistently going above and beyond for customers! The food is also delicious, I’ve tried a few things of my own selection and also recommendations from the staff and I am never disappointed. My latest favourites are the truffle Mac and cheese and the pork and fennel ragu. I always have to get a side of truffle fries too! All in all, I cannot fault this place one bit and I look forward to my next trip!

The food was alright nothing special. It took about an hour and a half to get 4 starters and meals. In my opinion it was an extraordinarily terrible experience. According to the waiter the wait was because the chefs were cooking the food in the wrong order, sounds like a skill issue if you asked me. Absolutely shocking behaviour from this overrated restaurant.

I can honestly see why this is the number one pizza restaurant in the area. Amazing fresh pizza and we got them on the lunch time deal which was great. Loved it.

20/8/22 Had the most amazing service from Kiezer! He suggested we try the truffle fries and I'm deffo a concert now! The food was amazing as per usual but the evening really was made by the friendly and personal service we received from. We don't live locally to this Corby Prezzo but wouldn't hesitate to return purely for the lovely service ♥️

We were greeted by a nice gentleman who took us to our table in a very respectful and speedy response! We were served by Charlie who was an excellent member of their team who was there every time we needed him and consistently checking in on us to make sure that we were all okay and if we needed anything, he was having jokes with us and being respectful and was overall a great host, our food was later than we expected but nonetheless the food was fantastic, lots of smiles all around and we would definitely come again, great 21st!!

The best two things about Prezzo are: 1. the waitresses who are very friendly and helpful, and 2. the salmon and prawn risotto. Other than that, the environment is nice, clean, and has a decent atmosphere (when busy). Parking is also convenient, and the restaurant is right next to a cinema and in the heart of the town. However, for me, I cannot get overly excited about pizza and pasta, which is 'snack-type' food in my mind. That said, my wife and our friends liked what they had, so to be fair, they would score Prezzo higher than me. It's definitely worth going if you like pizza, pasta and the like.

Fit in a family of 19 very comfortable with great customer service. The food all came out at the same time and still hot considering there was 19 of us. The food was great and there was a nice atmosphere. Everyone went home happy and full.

My husband an I decided for a bite to eat, usually end up I. Fast food places but decided to try Prezzo instead. Greeted by friendly wait staff, sat in a lovely booth near the kitchen (it’s open plan cooking area). The staff were very attentive and took our order after about ten to fifteen minutes (we couldn’t decided on what to have, too much choice!). We ordered two starters: Garlic Bread with Balsamic onions, and the pizza dough sticks with chilli and garlic dip. Very tasty indeed. The garlic bread dish was just divine, the perfect amount of caramelised onions to cheese and garlic. The dough balls were delicious too, there was 6 so enough to share between two of us. My husband ordered the burger and I, the lasagne with a side of fries. The burger looked amazing! Two patties, plenty of cheese and bacon in a golden bun. My husband said it was the best burger he has had so far and would certainly order this again. The lasagne was lovely, plenty of pasta to meat ratio. It was tasty and went down a treat. I had a side of fries and they were nice and fresh. Drinks, two wines, a Pepsi and liquor coffee to follow. It is a wonderful place to eat and to have a date afternoon away from the teenagers! Would definitely be returning to enjoy a meal here again and trying other meals on the menu. We had defence discount card too, so our bill was cheaper. 100% recommended visiting Prezzo in Corby, staff were excellent and the food delicious. Thanks for a lovely early evening date!

When my mum suggested Prezzo for a family meal, I agreed, but I wasn't initially looking forward to it. Previous visits (more than 18 months ago) had been disappointing and the place was always empty. I was surprised it was still going...However, we arrived for our meal last night and from the very start, the atmosphere of the place had changed. It was cleaner, brighter and much more organised.Charlie, our waiter for the evening, was great and he couldn't have done enough for us throughout the evening.Our food was delicious - 1000% better than a previous visit. I had the calabrase burger. I'd highly recommend it.Everyone enjoyed their meals and desserts.We had a great evening and will definitely return!

Absolutely superb afternoon at this extremely accommodating restaurant. Attentive service from start to finish. We had our 5 and 2 year old grandchildren on board and the great staff made us feel so relaxed throughout. Food was incredible and all served at same time. Usually love this place, but disappointed today. Seated at a table, and was given cutlery for less than our party, had to ask for more, ordered a drink and had to wait over 20 minutes (had to remind them!!) Food served on cold plates, so food went cold really quickly. Food tasted really nice as usual, but service and food temperature was a let down, will be back, fingers crossed things improve next time!! Hopefully just a bad day, usually really enjoy coming here...

despite a promising start it all went downhill after being seated.Order taken and then we waited. Was 6.30 so not busy so did not expect our starters to take 40 minutes. When they eventually turned up, if you expected your stuffed mushroom to be of the field variety, be prepared to be disappointed, 5 what only can be described as button mushrooms with an indescribable greasy slop was what you get. The calamari was like thin strips of rubber band that neither tasted or looked like calamari.The dip was overpowering which with hindsight was probably a blessing.Another 25 minutes until the mains. Although I could see it sitting on top of the serving area, no heat lamps so when the pizza made an appearance it was cold.The past a dish was at least hot.The waiting staff were pleasant but are clearly overwhelmed. The place needs a good clean, sort out the light fittings and remove the remains of whatever flies have been left on there for some time.

We ordered drinks and food. Food was lovely, drinks were lovely however trying to get the food and drinks was a mission. Took us 15 minutes to flag someone to take our order in the first place. Then they never came back for us to order more. I think they wanted to go home or chat among themselves. We could see our drinks at the bar but we couldn’t get them. Lovely restaurant but bad service left not getting what we wanted from the meal.

We decided to have an early evening meal here following a visit to the cinema. Although we've been here before, this was our first visit in over a year. Our waitress (Frances) was very friendly & seated us immediately. The food arrived very promptly and was absolutely delicious. Apparently the menu will be changing in the next few weeks to reflect the change in season so we'll look forward to coming again then

Lovely meal with my daughters following a visit to the cinema. The food was lovely but even better was the service. Made to feel so welcome. They even took my daughters water bottle and refilled it with water and ice. We also had some pasta left.over which no problem straight into a lunch box ready for tomorrow. We have been here several times and standards seem to be consistent. Friendly and helpful staff who work hard to provide a good experience. Light and airy premises with good space between tables, rather than cramming tables in to maximise numbers of diners in a limited space. Pleasant outlook towards the Corby cube through fully glazed wall adds to the sense of spaciousness. Food is tasty, reasonably priced and served without too much wating time.

This was the first time we have been to prezzo since we had a 3 course meal and wine voucher from buy a gift for £30.

Fab meal. Great deal with the summer 2 course and a drink for £15.95. Nicely presented and good portion size. The waiter was very professional and friendly. Even helped out with my friends phone which had died, by charging it up for her. Would dine here again.

We have had multiple visits to this restaurant. The food is always of the highest quality, showcasing great presentation as well as great taste.

The restaurant is very nicely designed and we were offered a warm welcome. The manager mentioned that they were short staffed as someone had called in sick, so we were prepared for a wait but the food came in a very reasonable time and was delicious. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Not sure what to expect, been bought a gift voucher as a present. It was understaffed only 2 guys serving although the place was extremely busy. They were expected to run the bar wait tables and deal with the odd takeaway. The fact they coped was brilliant, there was a wait to place our order which was understandable. The food was well prepared and of good quality, thought the wine (Merlot) was a bit pricey but haven't any experience of these sort of places to judge it against. Overall a very pleasant time and have no idea what the waiters are paid but the 2 on the night we visited were worth their weight in gold.

Went for dinner tonight with my hubby we hadn't booked but we're seated very quickly . Hubby's food was a little cold , our waitress was very apologetic and dealt with it straight away .We both enjoyed our food but the service was EXCELLENT !!! . Came in today 20/07/19 with a friend for our first child free outing in months. I had previously been to this Prezzo about 18 months ago when food and service was poor. We came in today on what as clearly the back end of lunch with a few tables needing to be cleared which is to be expected. (We both work in hospitality so could definitely sympathise with the table clearing) Once seated the food and service was faultless and we will definitely be back. I believe the lady who served us was Helen, going by the receipt. Thank you for taking care of us!

Went for lunch with a group of friends, it wasn’t busy when we walked in but it took them 15 minutes for them to sit us at a table, we had the lunch deal menu where you can either 2 or 3 courses for different prices. They forgot two of our starters and when they arrived they were burnt then it took a very long time for mains to come then when they did everyone food was burnt and not to the best standard. We waited so long for our food we honestly just wanted to eat and leave, on the way out we spoke to the barman and explain it wasn’t the best and he said they were really busy and that we should have sent the food back, we explained that we waited so long and we were so hungry we just wanted to eat and leave, to say he wasn’t bothered by what we said was an understatement. This was on one occasion but other times I have been and the the food has been amazing I think it just depends on who is serving you and the effort they put in

I am somewhat of a regular by this point and it is safe to say I never leave this resteraunt disappointed. We frequently receive kira as our waitress and she is by far our favourite! She's attentive and sufficient and always goes the extra mile. We had a small issue with a calzone that we asked to have as a pizza and she was more then happy to do her best to resolve it. Other then this small issue which was quickly fixed our food was as lovely as ever and served to a good standard. I look foward to our next visit:)

We visit this retaraunt at least twice a month and we are always happy to return. Our service is always great and the food is even better. The restaurant was extremely busy when we arrived at 7.30 but the staff worked hard to ensure that this did not effect us in a negative way eventhough It was clear to see they were rushed off their feet. The staff here are amazing, so friendly and super attentive. No matter how busy they are they go out of their way to make us feel like nothing is to much to ask of them and it has been the same for previous visits. Been here a few times and have no complaints at all but last night's experience was awful. Clearly some issues with the Kitchen staff as it took over an hour for the food to arrive. Waiting staff were left to take the flak of the disgruntled clientele whilst the manager stayed behind the bar pouring drinks. Food was good when it eventually arrived but a shambolic performance from a major chain that normally delivers.

I came here on Thursday the 23rd May for a meal for my daughters birthday. The resteraunt was very busy but dispite this the staff accommodated us very well. Our food took a while to be served but this was understandable due to amount of people who were seated. At first we were a little uneasy about how our service would be but our waitress kira made sure we had a great service and a round of drinks on the house whilst we were waiting was a welcomed gesture made by the manager. When our food was served it was delicious and no faults could be made. We will definitely be returning

Been here several times in the past and can be hit and miss. Looking at the other reviews that shows this. But what I will say is the place was packed when we arrived, the manager greeted us at the door, sat us and took a drinks order. She was clearly a very very busy woman but that didnt stop her from flowing around tables and ensuring everyone was happy, if not she dealt with the situation and pushed forward.

Taking younger members of my family for a meal before going to the cinema round the corner. I thought leaving one and a half hours would be perfect but the service was so slow they had to rush dessert which we ordered when they were half way through their main course and even then had to rush out to get the five minute walk done before the show started. Apart from the four of us there were just three other people in the restaurant eating. Food was fine when it finally arrived.

Took the kids here for Dinner Friday night, big mistake! The noise level was oppressive and if there was music it was inaudible. We waited over an hour for our starters to arrive, then waited again for our mains to arrive. Our table was booked for 7:45. it was nearly Ten by the time we got out of there. Oh and the food was less than inspiring. They garnish with fresh herbs, but they don't seem to know to put the damn herbs IN the food! However they did realise how long we'd been waiting and gave us money off the bill.

We were greeted by the delightful manager, Helen, who made us extremely welcome and was very attentive throughout. My son and I both chose the more artisan pizzas and they were very tasty. We will definitely return. A big thank you to Helen for her excellent service.

Having arrived after a show at the Corby Cube at midday during the week, we thought we’d have a quick meal (especially considering there was only 3 other people on tables present). Unfortunately, the service meant we were inside for 2 hours!

We visited Prezzo's for a 3 course meal with prosecco in April 2019. It was about 5:30 so not atall busy. The prosecco arrived very quickly but that was it for speed! It took an absolute age for the starter to arrive with the explanation that a new chef was being trained. Meanwhile we had started the prosecco but would have preferred it with the meal rather than on an empty stomach. The main course also took an unacceptably long time and the pudding even longer.

We enjoyed the food but it took sooooo long to order, for the food to arrive and for them finally to clear up and receive the bill. An otherwise good meal was spoilt by the basics.

Visited this branch without prior booking. On arrival the staff member said they would try and fit us in as they were expecting a large number of bookings from 5-6pm? We were seated close to the door and under the Air conditioning unit - not the best if you have little hair as it can feel quite chilly. The staff member who took our order was very patient as some in our party could not make up their minds and kept changing the order. This was made difficult as there was the main menu and set menu to choose from. In spite of this we arrived at what we wanted and for starters most of us ordered the prawns in a tomato sauce with garlic bread. This was excellent and even our granddaughter loved the taste and we didn't have the usual try a little bit of this and that. For the mains two of us had sea-bass, one a burger and the other two pizzas. The sea-bass had a lovely crispy skin although this was at the expense of the fish being slightly overdone. The pizzas were fine although the burger had to be sent back as it was very burnt. There was no problem in doing this and we received a extra portion of chips. The one glass of house wine was not the best but the bottle of Chenin Blanc was good. We left around 6pm and the place was still only half full so I guess the stampede must have come later? Perhaps next time we should book the table prior to our visit. Overall enjoyed the experience

We hadn’t eaten in Prezzo Corby for some time as the last couple of visits hadn’t been that great. We had heard that there was a new manager and chefs in place and huge improvements had been made. We visited on Friday evening and what a difference we experienced. We were greeted and made to feel welcome on arrival. The service was great. Staff were professional and very friendly. We thought we would give Prezzo another try after a bad experience a few months ago - We popped in for lunch and was greeted at the door and seated straight away. Our food arrived promptly, I had stuffed mushrooms to start and then a baked carbonara - both were delicious. Very reasonable for under £15 each (inc a drink). After our meal, we had a lovely chat with the manager who seemed friendly passionate about her business.

I came here on mother's Day and was greeted straight away by a very friendly lady who I assumed to some kind of supervisor. Our waitress Kira really made us feel at ease after previously reading negative reviews with her friendly and efficient service. The food was lovely and despite coming during a busy period we weren't left waiting too long for it to arrive. My friend and I decided to go for lunch up at the town centre. First Qube tables were all filled close together. We Then went to The Olive where they were unable to squeeze us in, despite the tables being empty they were fully booked. Next stop Prezzos. Iam so glad we did. My previous visit the room was far too hot due to the glass front. Luckily even though the sun was shining in , a door was open letting in a lovely breeze. This also meant my friend could nip our for a cigarette. The food was lovely. Our bill came to £63 this included two 3 course meals. Half a bottle of wine, Irish coffee and several peronis. Helen explained to us that she had taken over managing the restaurant a week ago and was still finding where thing were. To her delight and ours when we sat outside she brought my friend an ashtray, along with our drinks. We would definitely go back. I took my mother here today for mother's day! It was exactly what we both needed, High quality food, fast, and also great staff. The manager was friendly and came over and spoke with us, I'd bought a large set of flowers and she asked if we wanted any water for them. Perfect day out all round! I will definitely be coming back! Nice restaurant. I chose from the set menu starter and main. Food was lovely and reasonable. Added a gin and tonic Enjoyed.

Lovely meal deal special. Good value for money. Excellent customer service from Helen who really looked after us. Nothing too much trouble extremely friendly. Made our little outing extra special!thank you Helen and team we will see you again soon.

Arrived with 3 of my daughters who were treating me to a lovely dinner for mothers day, we arrived at 7.30pm we were seated very soon after, we ordered a 3 course meal each. Plus an extra starter.

We popped in before our film and really enjoyed our experience. Josh and Kamil served us, they took the time to recommend dishes, and talk to our children, my Husband has a Gluten problem, the Gluten free menu was great, and the pizza better than most Gluten free options!

We went in Saturday 9th March food good and service good credit to the staff who worked very hard when they were very under staffed.

I've visited this prezzo a couple of times as my mum likes the chain. However, this restaurant is letting the chain down, the staff do NOT know enough about the food they're serving. When I arrived we were the only people there and the staff were gathered around a table chatting, and did not attempt to make us feel welcomed at alI. From looking at the menu I had noticed that despite eating the bruschetta starter on my first visit after being assured that it can be made to be vegan that it in the menu it didn't have the option symbol. So I enquired with the waiter who reassured me again that the bruschetta is suitable for vegans and I proceeded to order it again. The dish arrived and I started to eat and noticed it was covered in pesto. I asked if the pesto contained parmesan cheese and he went to speak to the chef to check. When he returned he informed me that it did contain the cheese. I said I didn't want to eat it and I was not even offered a refund. This issue is really important as if I had suffered from an allergy this could have been lethal. DO NOT visit this Prezzo if you suffer from allergies. The main course was also bland and mediocre. Do not plan on returning to this restaurant, such bad reflection of a good chain.

Visited for the first time this week. We arrived whilst restaurant was empty except for the chef and another member of staff sat looking at their phones. We were shown to a table and the first thing I noticed was food crumbs all over the table. I looked at other tables around us and they were all the same. I looked at the floor and there was old food around the edges of the floor against skirting boards and benches. There was a ‘hand sized’ puddle of dried in tomato sauce under a table. I am not Sherlock Holmes but this tells me that this place hasn’t seen a sweeping brush and mop for weeks/months. I decided at that point I wouldn’t be visiting this place ever again. Due to a pre booked cinema visit to the Savoy next door I decided we should just get on with it and get the meal over with. My meal arrived and the portion of fries were rejected straight away. There was no potato in them, just crispy oily shells that had the shape of chips, but they were not chips. I have seen this type of food before and it was in the olden days when we had a deep fat fryer. Chips like these were found at the bottom of the fryer on cleaning day. I knew the portion of chips would be tiny but what made me angry was that the chef thought he could serve us the old chips that had been dipped multiple times and were not fit to eat. When I rejected them, a new portion in a coffee cup sized bowl arrived and they were fresh chips and they were fine. WHY did the chef think it was fine to try and serve 20p worth of reject chips for £3.95? For my main I had a chicken pasta dish and it was really lovely. I will NEVER visit THAT specific Prezzo ever again. As a business owner I find it shocking that staff are sat around doing nothing while the tables and floor are filthy. I also find it shocking that an employee tries to save the company around 20p in frozen chips by passing off a portion of old fries as food.

The restaurant was extremely quiet on the day we went Friday @ 21.00.
