The best Burger Chain in the world! I first found five guys in Florida and thought it was just a stand alone restaurant in a shopping mall. I ate the burger and honestly was so impressed that it now an instant must have whenever I see the Five Guys sign. You can order at the till or online, both are simple. The amount of free extras you can have in a burger is amazing. Chips are a hit or miss, nothing to do with Five Guys but the amount of sugar in the potato. You always get loads even in the small portion. My favorite free extra is the Monkey Peanuts that are roasted and salted. It’s the only place in the UK that sells them like that and honestly they are always the best peanuts anywhere!

Terrible service. Manager is useless. Placed orders and long wait times and food missing. When speaking to the manager they refuse to refund or receiver.

we ordered from here last night 3/8/24 the one in prenton as we normally go to the orchid they take ages and we always have to put food in micro as it not hot but for some reason it is closed so we decided to try sun wah prenton i was a bit dubious because it had bad reviews but thought we would give it a try we ordered salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper chips fried rice and curry they said 40 min delivery it came earl and the food was excellent and hot would go again

Por favor indique en la pantalla si viene con ensalada porque lo odio y estaba fumando cuando abrí mi sándwich para ver una tonelada de cebollas y lechugas. Por favor especifique si viene con ensalada o no porque tuve que tirar todo. Gasté 10 libras. 50 por encargo mío y fue un completo desperdicio.

Great new owners. We had 2 large mixed kebabs, we were given one on the house as new customers. Great food ! Will be back

Couldn’t fault at all, the food was excellent as always, drive through staff not very friendly but wouldn’t stop us calling again.

The food was freezen cold the salt and pepper chicken wasn’t fresh the food was disgusting will never order again !!!!!!

Absolutely useless. Got home and the kids realised that half the order was missing. I rang the branch as I couldn't go back to the restaurant off the A41 and they didn't pick the phone, I had to sort out dinner for the which defeated the point of buying a takeaway. It's a shame that their customer service at Aylesbury McDonald's has dropped to such diabolical standards. This experience has put the kids off McDonald's as they view them as cheats due to previous experiences. Stay away and save yourselves the painful experience and loss of your hard earned £s.

No sé por qué hay tanto odio en este lugar. Es un McDonalds. A MCDONALDS. ¿Por qué pagarías £2 por una hamburguesa y esperarías una estaca tierna de 24 oz de calidad de 5 estrellas? Nadie viene aquí por la comida, sino para pasar el rato con amigos. Si quieres tener un servicio de calidad, tal vez no seas barato y llegar a un buen restaurante.

I had a cheeseburger and a coke the food was fine but some of the chips were cold but the rest was nice will go back

Enjoyable food as always. The only problem was, which was my fault I ordered a 6inch sub instead of a normal footlong which I regretted because the food was yum. Enough said.

I came here today to get food with my friends due to us being hungry, they decided to make me wait to pay for me food for 20 mintues and I’m still waiting now! Pick up the pace or I’m suing.

Pretty good experience. Staff were all friendly, cheerful and efficient and offered to help where possible. Tables could have done with a proper wipe but apart from that very good.

El personal era tan grosero! Tenía un amigo discapacitado conmigo que pidió usar el baño mientras esperaba nuestra comida y le dijeron que "caminara" 10 minutos por la carretera.
