Pretty good experience. Staff were all friendly, cheerful and efficient and offered to help where possible. Tables could have done with a proper wipe but apart from that very good.

Mcdonalds. I am extremely concerned and disappointed by this mcdonalds. customer service was a shamble. if i could give you zero starts i would! i got charged twice for my mcondalds, which was a big order. unbelievable the lady took my phone and tried to pay again. therefore it had gone through twice even when i had showed my statement that it had gone through. continuous rudeness and raised her voice at me.

Not great if I’m honest, why does the bacon have to be so anaemic? Got it free with my points so I’ll not complain too much, but BK is so much better!

Turned up during opening hours to be told that they have turned the tills off and we’re only serving at the drive through, so I get back in my car and enter the drive through. I sat in one of the two drive through lanes and watch the restaurant serve 4 cars in the other lane before me (all of these were not there when I arrived in the drive through) when I was finally served the cashier could not put my code through from the app. When I tried to order they were out of half the items I was after and when I finally received the order they messed half of it up, giving me items I did not request. This was a complete and utter farce.

Sad. Day bad service just wanted my cola and mcplant. Tooyou 10 min !!!! Blah blah blah blah odio dodos didn’t did dd d d dd f f gf g g g

Very greasy. Plus point is ordered off the new points app, using my points, so got flat bread, double sausage and egg and sausage and egg McMuffin meal all for less than £5

20% off on the app, not issuing the new toys or books. Got toys when I asked for books. I do love that they’ve completely pushed back on plastic, even the balloon holders are card.

Waited 25 minutes for a single egg muffin and coffee. No sign of it so asked for a refund as I had to leave to be at a meeting. Manager was extremely rude and kept just walking about ignoring me, after the 4th time of asking they bee-grudgingly refunded me, until I got home to realise they hadn’t refunded me at all. So £5 paid, no food and worst service, 30 mins of my life wasted and not even a refund. Will never use a McDonald’s again.

The app doesn’t seem to want to work whenever I use this restaurant, 3 times running I’ve had issues, the staff have explained its recurrent too. On the plus side a quarter pounder with cheese for 99p is good.

Not an even covering of toppings and garnish, not lovingly put together, but I paid 99p for Big Mac, so I definitely got what I paid for!

Never again, this is not the first time we have ordered meals from Mc D's when its arrived the food is missing, we get the drinks and no food, or if not missing food. Tonight 18/11/21 driver arrived after 30 minutes, gave us 2 large bags and only drinks, we call the restaurant to be told they can not replace the food. So my family of 6 have no tea and NO refund. Will never use Mc D's again, very poor disgusting service. Way too big for their boots, and simply don't care.

99p Monday deal on the app. I had the triple cheeseburger, again, looking unloved. The restaurant was being cleaned thoroughly.

Can’t knock a 99p quarter pounder cheeseburger, even if it does look like it was literally thrown together, with a dig or two for good measure!

£1.99 for a Big Mac and chips through the app. This place does a coffee for blue light card if you don’t have a decent offer on the app and have a BLC. I don’t know why it’s necessary a couple of hundred yards from the drive-thru on Boundary Rd, a supermarket cafe in place would be a nice alternative.

Long wait for food. Was cold when it arrived. Reported to front of house staff, and they argued. She then went to get man in white shirt. He agreed to replace. Both left the cold food on the table. Second lot of food turned up. Chips hot. Burgers cold. I give up! Dreadful service. Dreadful attitude to customers.

Lots of staff stood around while not a lot of food comes out of the kitchen. Can’t moan at the value. 99p today for a Q. Pounder with cheese. I think a cafe would be better suited in the back of ASDA, as there is in the GY branch. I’d like a decent all day brekkie on my lunch break from time to time.

Apareció y no estaba seguro de cómo se estaban implementando las medidas de Covid. Estaba claro que el personal estaba haciendo el máximo esfuerzo para mantener el área limpia, ordenada y segura. Esto no afectó el nivel amigable de servicio que nos brindaron. El miembro del personal en el frente de la casa (Emily) fue excepcionalmente educado, servicial y se esforzó por hacer todo lo posible para asegurarse de que nos sintiéramos seguros con el servicio de pedidos electrónicos, encontrar una mesa y verificar que estábamos contentos con nuestra comida, que se sirvió caliente y delicioso. Trabajó incansablemente en todas las mesas. Si tan solo en todas partes estuviera tan bien servido y operado tan bien como aquí. Recomiendo encarecidamente este McDonalds.

Nos detuvimos aquí algunas veces y las dos veces han sido pobres. Deje pasar el tiempo de la calle 1 como se pensaba que tenían poco personal. No es el caso. Todo el personal parece inexperto, las papas fritas habían terminado, tuvieron que pedir un chapuzón que se suponía que vendría con los cazos de queso. Me dijeron que esperara mis bebidas ya que estaban muy ocupados, pero también éramos clientes esperando. La comida estaba fría, el personal de Libby no tenía ni idea. Horrible, ¡nunca volverás a comer allí!

Parece ser un buen MCD en Asda. . . a menudo el personal simplemente conversa e ignora al cliente. Los artículos rara vez están listos y cuando salen solo Luke se calienta. . . .Ordene un artículo con salsa, no lo consigue, Big Mc más como Big cayendo sobre artículo con lechuga encajada.Compara esto con otros en el área, simplemente no quieres regresar

What a delight this mcondalds was The staff were very attentive and the food was some of the best mcdonalds i have ever eaten. 10/10, would mcdonalds again

No vaya a lugares de comida rápida muy a menudo, sin embargo, he ido a varios Macas y este es uno de los alimentos mejores y hacía calor, el personal amable y el lugar estaba limpio y una limpiadora vueltas visible todo el tiempo. No puedo decir mucho más, sólo una agradable comida rápida conjunta

1st of all I'm assuming this is the McDonald's in the Asda, Hellesdon, Norwich. The food order was freshly cooked and was very tasty. Whilst in there, there was a cleaner constantly keeping the whole restaurant clean and tidy, tables cleared etc.

Sólo he pedido desde aquí algunas veces, pero nunca he tenido un problema. Se sirve comida rápida y caliente, el orden ha sido siempre acertadas y que no es diferente a cualquier otro mcdonalds! El único inconveniente es la salida, es muy difícil volver a la calle principal como su super ocupado (a veces te sientas allí esperando las edades) pero no dejes que esto te desanime!

So me and the Mrs turned up today for a McDonald's and well we asked for a chicken lend meal and a large vanilla latte and well we aren't given a receipt and well I didn't notice because I never take them but there was no cream, no vanilla and it was just a plain Americano.So because I didn't have the receipt I couldn't take it back.. So I'm really disappointed that your staff can't even provide a customer what he paid for.

When I turned up there was no line staff We're friendly burger badly presented was hot enough I think the staff were just lazy won't be coming back
