Mcdonald's Restaurants in Rugby

Terrible service. Manager is useless. Placed orders and long wait times and food missing. When speaking to the manager they refuse to refund or receiver.

I don’t know why but there is a lady working there and I think she must be one of the managers or leaders, but me and my boyfriend go there often and as soon as she sees me she stares up and down at me until I leave with my order. Once I wanted to order a McFlurry and she told me there wasn’t anymore for “me” but the person in front of me and after were able to get one. Not a good place to go or even to apply if your black as they will reject you completely.

I ordered a portion of SMALL FRIES, waited for 6 Minutes (told they take 3 due to being served “fresh” although the actual time was double. I asked for a free chilli dip which I thought was reasonable due to the long waiting time (plus I was the only person in the queue) The woman that served the food said no and so did the weasel manager. Thanks again Maccy’s for your spectacular customer service. Also, your fresh fries were cooked for too long and wasn’t in the slightest worth the wait. If it’s not for the fact you don’t listen it’s either that the food is cold or overcooked.. Next time I’ll make sure it’s on camera

Ordered a delivery. Received completely the wrong order. Spent 45 minutes trying to call the restaurant but no response.

There are no Italian Restaurants in Rugby so went to the next beast thing and didn't have time to search for some thing better . could have eaten at Weatherspoon's

Some rude drunk women just steamed infront of us a mf couple and the staff member tried to kick off on me saying or else.....no need to wait in a que His colleague used a term to call others over to be served My initial grumble was with the rude member of the public who clearly had no regard for us but to be told off by a kid initially to wait...sorry but you need training So or else... Or else what order having been placed... I approach a security staff member who recommended a review here "the kids here think they own the place" "No respect" Clearly The manager a small seemingly ineffectual person didn't actually make verbal comment to adress my concern and complaint. Do McDonald's care? Sad day when the bouncers side with customers over his venue of employment. The food was bang average.

This mcdonald’s has terrible service, the food is undercooked and when asking a question on the phone about jobs she replied back rudely that i should check online. if i was you i wouldn’t go and go to junction 1 retail park in elliot’s fields 10/10 for them

tired example of a family staple. walking in we were treated to a smell that was a mixture of fart and fat! not the welcome you'd expect. all of the food was cold and the order took an absolute age to arrive! the food didn't taste normal. not sure how you can have a bad McDonald's but this one sure is!

Good food, came really fast. We weren’t waiting in the que for long. A lot of seating. The restaurant is situated in the centre of town.

This McD is not safe. It is poorly managed and always has displaced young people outside. I visited yesterday for the first time in a while. The fries were old...and we all know their food doesn't last long past ten minutes. The server mouthed off to his manager in front of me and looked at me as though I would concur....awkward... Avoid....

Went in and was reasonably quiet. One staff was serving and a few was all chatting in a corner on phones. I was greeted by a manager who had a filthy top on and covered in tattoo's n looked a mess basically! Theres a frw who need to be told about hygiene. when I sat to eat a guy was wiping tables with a stinky cloth and just kept lingering by me while I was trying to eat..very off putting having someone staring at me wen just wanted to eat. It does need the staff to tidy themselves up a bit that's for sure and keep the gossiping to yourselves not everyone cares what you all been doing!!

We went to the rugby branch , market place and ordered the wrap of the day which was peri peri children. The sauce they used was so hot it burnt our mouths. I know for a fact that it should never have been that hot. If a child was to have bitten into it they probably would have ended up in hospital with a burnt mouth. We did ask for new wraps with less sauce but it was still way to hot yo eat

My 11 year old wanted to come here and after visiting McDonalds in Essex several times I didn’t argue......but I wish I had 😐 I had what I’ve had before from McDonalds chicken select meal with a hot chocolate.....but this time it was the worst I’ve had. The chicken of the chicken select was very very dry tasted like it was over cooked and horrible, you wouldn’t think that hot chocolate would be SO different it it was weak and tasteless the flavour of hot water with a chocolate hint 😐 will not be coming back to this one again......even though I live in Rugby.

This is OK if you like this kind of food and I do occasionally but not somewhere to go for a "posh" meal.

This is the worst McDonald's of the three in Rugby. Because it is in the centre of town, it is always full of undesirables. The restaurant is always dirty.

No, no, no. Just don't. No, absolutely not. Staff who really seem like they would rather put their head in the drier than serve you. Sullen, no eye contact and mumbling -covers a vast number of them. The occasional cheery face. Coffee tastes vile, chips luke warm , tables slimy. Only go here if you have an anti-social personality disorder and cannot differentiate carpet tiles from burgers. Coffee? Why would you go here for coffee when Costa is twenty paces away?

As you would expect from McDonalds. Well cooked and speedy 'fast food'. Spotlessly clean as you would expect and easy parking.

Many times visitor, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, always find them polite. Food always excellent. FOR ME MCDONALDS HAS THE BEST COFFEE. even my dear 79 old mum loves a McDonald's cheeseburger HAPPY meal, and adores their cappuccino.

This McDonald's is just like most others, most times I've been the food is good, it's not usually busy so the food is mostly fresh. Sometimes the staff have been a bit rude but this is made up for by the staff which are friendly. There's an upstairs so you can always find a seat, also the place is usually very clean.

Fui a este restaurante por lo menos dos veces a la semana en su mayoría por las noches. Me encantan las £1,99 ofertas especialmente el filete de pescado, patatas fritas y café latté. El personal es muy amable y cordial. Los hombres de seguridad hacen un buen trabajo y debería estar orgulloso. Mi amigo y yo como para conversar y nunca te sientes sin prisas.

Está bien para comida rápida pero no para sentarse, siempre ruidoso y no se oye tú mismo creo. No es especialmente ordenada o mantenidas limpias, personal bastante agradable, aunque no teníamos prisa.

Lunch time visit. Not overly busy. Was served by a very pleasant polite male server. He was able to advise on contents of various menu items and we were able to meet some specific requests. The server to his right was about as I inspiration as they come. She looked miserable, didn't smile once and would be enough to make anyone do an about turn and find alternative food establishments. An ok visit with expectations being met but not exceeded. Please tell your staff tho how important a smile is!

I went here a few months ago and the food was okay but I think that they could improve on there cleanlise within the resturant as it isn't 10/10 but I would rate it 4/10 which is not good at all
