Does what it says on the tin, usual good food, great coffee. Menu always has variety. Nice display of Petunias in outside planters. Handy also if you're staying in the adjacent Travelodge.

Went for mcflurry.. NOT AVAILABLE AGAIN...

Ordered food at the drive through for me and my family. When I got home we found half the order was wrong and also food missing that I have paid for. We don’t have McDonald often but that is a shocking service. Why should we have to check that our food is right and it’s a 15 minute drive each way to go back and complain.

A bit of a while to get our food, a little busy and the service was pretty minimal, and unfortunately the fries were burnt. Luckily a nice staff member remade them for us free of charge. Also, we accidentally got charged for a meal, not just a single item, but the staff helped refund ua atleast. Just a typical McDonald's, but decent for a service station.

I finally found a McDonald's that knows how to cook fries properly, but they were warm not hot.

Fries are always more brown/overcooked and most the time you get the fries they're not even filled to the top, literally half way down the box. And you have to try and avoid the potholes when entering and leaving.

Seemed to take a long time for two cokes and two MC flurries but was really nice to see one member of staff clearing and cleaning tables, as well as making small talk with customers

Very dirty place with rats running around. Toilets are filthy and all facilities are like in Africa

Very friendly and helpful staffs , had a issue with online delivery. instead of rugby the food was delivered to Glasgow, so I went to this McDonalds it was a large order worth £100 + but shift manager and her staff dealt very swiftly, don’t know their names but who ever was working on 30th june around 2 pm shift , thank you so much for your help.

The chips are not fresh. The fish burger was cold and not fresh .

The new random wins on med fries packets is a con, they did mot have a free donut in stick that I won could not offer an alternative and would not even give a voucher for next time... burger was not that warm and the fries were very salty

Only reason that I gave 1 star for service is because I cannot give zero, service was shocking due to a rude floor manager named Elouise....

One of the nicest McDonald's I've been to anywhere in the world. Clean and tidy and they help you put away your rubbish after eating. Unusually, a gentleman who works there asks if you're enjoying the food etc, more like a regular restaurant than takeaway

Ordered food on way home from work. Fancied the look of the Hatrick meal. What I saw on the screen and what I received are two completely different thing. No pride in their burgers or how they are served.

Today I went here with the promise of a hello kitty happy meal toy after a long week of intense exams and I was disappointed to be instead given Shrek uno despite it very clearly staying in the window it’s available I am bitterly disappointed and heartbroken.

Disgusted, worst meal ever! Nuggets, cold. Fries, even colder! Burgers cold. Plain burger had small bits of onions on it. I think the food must have been cooked hours ago, or fished out of the bin. Absolutely terrible. I know eating at 21:00 is an odd hour, but it doesn't excuse such poor quality food.

I believe his name was Simon (silver fox) absolutely outstanding service. Walked in and there was an Easter raffle which I’ve never seen before. I’ve never seen a man so passionate in his workspace. The place was spotless. One of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been in. Food was bang on. Well done to the team there, Simon deserves a raise!

Food was warm, with usual bland taste. But what do you expect. It's McD, after all.

On the way home from a hospital appointment we decided to treat ourselves to breakfast and we weren't disappointed.The food was freshly cooked and was hot and tasty- just what the doctor ordered after an early start. An excellent MackieD's.

Greeted by the manager as he mopped the entrance , he wished us all a Happy New Year even though it was the 4th Jan. The food was delivered in double quick time in the spotless internal seating area.

Hate to admit it but the food was really tasty at 'Mcdowels' albeit very expensive to how i used to remember it !

Absolutely shocking that a big chain like this do not cater for Gluten Free so we have to have meals without the bread but the price is the same and it comes out like the photo!!!! £7 Get with the times Mr Mc Donald UK Your comment will be much appreciated

Fast and efficient, I ordered on the app as I pulled up, went in and used the loo and the order was called as I walked out. All in all, the perfect visit to McDonald's.

Clean and tidy, great staff who are friendly, courteous and efficient.

Food was standard but all hot. Wasn't in there long but the member of staff who served me was abrupt and even walked off as I was talking to her. I asked for a curry sauce to go with my meal as I normally do but was told it was 10p ... Having ordered & paid on the self service screens I only had a note so changed that up for a 10p pot of sauce 😕 Why are they charging when everywhere else it is free? She might have been having a bad day but she was rude.

This is a great maccies. I move been several times and it’s always been good. The staff are friendly (granted we all have an off day) but even when they are busy. I would recommend this one as a good stop off point mid journey.

A lovely change!! Frank the maintenance guy is a breath of fresh air!! What a lovely guy!! It makes this MacDonalds worth going to!! Nothing is too much for him! He'll find your a place to park when there isn't one!! The team inside are very polite and then, along with the manager, greet you when you walk in with a "good afternoon, nice to see you!" The food is often cooked fresh instead of of sitting in the hot counter for ages. Worth waiting a few minutes longer to get hot, fresh, tasty food. It's clean, the toilets are clean and just having manners from everyone makes the whole experience so much nicer and you WANT to go there when when you're not hungry! Definitely recommend!

McDonalds! Doing their bit to poison humanity with junk food that causes significant health issues. How many healthy people do you see working at McDonald’s let alone going their for so called food. Why can’t McDonalds take responsibility and serve nutritious food to mankind rather than profiting off helping to cause obesity and illness. Imagine if they were committed to creating a better society than simply being focused on making money by any means necessary.

Take a order and delivery to table withins 5min and very hot food, drink fantastic service and very quiet 👍

Once again, McDonald's to the rescue for a hungry traveller en route to work. I had the crispy chicken salad. Simple salad of lettuce cucumber and 2 slices of those big tomatoes. Some balsamic dressing. Very yum. And the chicken was delish. Filled the gap and I was on my way feeling a lot better.

We dropped in here for breakfast. On our way to for a day out was lovely and clean and customers were polite and breakfast. It was excellent great coffee too.

I drive a Luton van was no parking. The maintenance man got me parking spot and friendly chap as wel. Thank you 😊

Stopped here on our way home from a holiday. Food nice and warm, coffee really nice, parking ok, a bit confusing and not a big car park. A typical MaccyD's.

Used the drive thru, got asked to park up because they were still cooking the food. Fine by us, we don’t mind waiting for fresh food, in fact we prefer you to take your time to get it right! Food comes out a few minutes after we’ve parked up. Got home and the food was trash. Can’t see exactly which part of the order we were waiting for because it all looks and tastes old. Annoying because this seems to be the case with ALL UK McDonald’s now. The one we visited in Belgium last Wednesday was infinitely better. The staff who served us here were great though in their defence, just a shame the food quality didn’t back up their professionalism.

Short queues, I assume due to location, friendly staff, clean loo’s and everything you would expect from a McDonalds. Parking is limited here and watch out for some epic potholes as you exit the car park!

The Guy that keeps the seating area is a joy. (Around 50 yrs ) So pleasant

We had an awful experience at the rugby McDonald's. We ordered on the McDonald's app and drove 15 minutes to get our ordered. Upon arriving at the drive thru and receiving our order I always pull over and check the order because I have had items missing from my order from this McDonald's 3 times in a row previously. To no surprise 3 items were missing from my order. I had to get out my car and go to the front desk. I was ignored by many members of staff as I stood at the till for 5 minutes. There was a gentleman (I presume the manager because he was in different uniform) stood at the front who ignored my eye contact on several occasions and just stood around. He was laughing and joking and even swearing in ear shot if customers with his staff. After 5 minutes a lady finally asked if I was okay. I explained I had stuff missing and she started to sort out my order. She explained that it would only take 3 minutes for the apple pie to be cooked and bagged up the other two items. I waited a further 15 minutes until I was finally given my food. By the time I'd got back to my car my McFlurry had melted and all the food was cold. By the time I got home, the food was inedible and once heated in a microwave was horrible and we didn't eat any of it. The customer service of the staff was incredibly poor and the meal inedible.

Very good service. They had plenty of toffee syrup inside the latter and the breakfast McMuffins were top notch.

What an experience!! Staff fantastic and this clearly came from the manager. The guy was fantastic, grated everyone politely, chatted, helped out, friendly and approachable, was an absaloute pleasure to see some one enjoy their job and his enthusiasm rubbing off on his staff. A fast food restaurant run as if a Michelin star restaurant.

The guy on the dining area does a fab job of ensuring customers have what they need. Food was lukewarm and the staff are teenagers so you're not going to get outstanding customer service. You get what you pay for so to speak.
