Nice takeaway pizza with assortment of sauces and chicken nuggets. One sausage and pepperoni and one veggie with olives. Garlic and herb dip was a little too garlicky for my taste but little one enjoyed it! Piping hot and friendly delivery.

Food taste like it’s been sitting for ages and my pizza wasn’t cooked properly

Hands down the worst take away I’ve ever had. We ordered 5 items and 2 were completely inedible. Pizza dough was sent still raw and doughy, partially cooked. The doner wrap tasted horrible and on further inspection was absolutely covered in grease, will definitely never be ordering again from this restaurant again. The cheese burger was really nice but everything else was awful. Rang up and the guy on the phone said he can’t process a partial refund but he can send again, it’s like 9pm sending again would be pointless. Awful food and awful customer service, don’t order from here.

After a night on the beer 🍺 it was a life saver, I can fully recommend the chicken tikka kebab. It was banging.

i’m sorry but this place doesn’t even deserve one star. First all, I waited about 20 minutes to get my order which was just one piece of chicken with chips and a drink,the chicken was horrible as in it wasn’t cooked properly and on top of they didn’t add the chips and the drink.So I called them back to report the situation in a polite way,he understood about the drink however he wasn’t trying to understand the fact that the chips were missing, all he kept on saying was “that’s not possible,chips and chicken come in the same box” like what??? the box was too small for the chips to fit in anyway. He was so rude and careless. You seriously need to work on your customer service and time management.

They put us on hold for 5 minutes then hung up, Finally got food and the naan bread tasted like a flat pitta the garlic bread was literally like a cheese pizza and the dough on the pizza was undercooked and it smelt dirty like the restaurant isn’t being cleaned

The best takeaway I’ve had in over a year very very fast delivery highly recommend this. I’ve just seen all these bad reviews. I haven’t thought of getting one of these I’ve gone with it I was hesitant I’ve done it and I’m very proud. I’m very happy now is beautiful.

1 star because i cannot leave 0 sadly... the 1 star also matches your food and safety hygiene record with the council i see too, a little too late sadly and wish i had checked last night. i ordered a doner kebab and paid 7 pounds. i walked out and took a look at it further down the street where i found a bench, but it was not a kebab at all. i went back and asked what had gone wrong and was rudely addressed saying it was a kebab... i said how can it be a kebab without a pitta or nan, salad and sauce etc. this is just kebab meat and not a kebab... i was told by a drunk customer thats how they do them in rugby. so everywhere else in the world but rugby makes kebabs one way and just here they choose to only serve meat and call it a kebab still? i have never heard such madness, you are all nuts. i couldnt argue a moment longer with these morons and gave up, i tasted some and it was a hard chewy mess and made me ill an hour later... no surprise then your hygiene record states major improvement necessary, i think it would be better for the whole of rugby if you just stopped trading as you do not know what you are doing.

2nd time we have traveled from our home 10 miles away for food, first was burgers and this time pizza, the food is amazing, the pizza for us is better than the big brands. Can’t wait for next time we visit

I am dissapointed after ordering from here ive heard from alot of people its good place i ordered a chicken kebab pitta and a margherita pizza. Starting off with the chicken kebab half of the chicken was pink and the fries were uncooked. The pizza was still dough uncooked i ordered thin crust and it was big crust this place is outrageous wont be coming back again also took 1 hour to arrive on a monday outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!

to be honest i was hesitant to order from this place because of some of the reviews. but no other place was open at 3.30am. i was surprised that it came within 20 to 25 mins ish and the pizza was very hot. the taste of the pizza was absolutely delicious the toppings were pretty generous. would happily order again.

Food is fine, nothing to write home about. The big pro is that they’re usually open very late, unfortunately they’re very slow to cook orders.

Had the chicken kebab, chips and a can of cool drink for just under £10, decent chicken the portion of chips was a bit small but they do stay open late (very technically very early). Friendly staff and it seemed popular with the late night revellers. But perhaps that's mainly because of their business hours.

Ordered online, Paid £5 extra for all the extras to my burger which didn't get put on it (so basically robbed for £5) instead of the chili sauce I requested they put on garlic mayo which I'm allergic to 😂 when I called the restaurant they just said they'd send another burger at 6PM tomorrow and that they're closed and can't do about it till then?!?! 😂😂😂 Absolute joke I can't believe this place is still serving food. Literally robbed £5 from me tonight NOT EVEN COUNTING DELIVERY 😂 and the food? genuinely had dumps with better quality

We ordered a late night takeaway through a link on there website. We ordered a BBQ base extra large pizza with tandoori chicken, red onions and pepperoni with a side order of fries. The food was delivered half an hour late. To our annoyance the pizza we had delivered was an extra large ,under cooked , doughy pizza. We couldn't work out what was on the base it didn't look or smell like BBQ sauce or tomato sauce. The toppings were small pink rectangles , mushrooms and sweetcorn . I called to complain , but not surprised that they didn't answer because it was way after there opening hours we received our food. I called back the next day to complain. I asked for a refund but the person who was on the phone said the manager wasn't at the shop so he could only apologise and send out another pizza . It was hard work explained what we wanted on the pizza and for the mam whom had a very strong foreign accent to understand , it also took a long time to finally get him to understand our address . The man on the phone said it would be delivered after 4pm . Unsurprisingly the pizza never arrived.

Absolutely awful the food that did turn up two hours late was disgusting and cold this is probably one if not the worst takeaway I've had in my life. The order was wrong and lots missing. I tried to call to give them a chance to redeem themselves and the call went to voicemail which was full I wonder why.

I ordered from here last night, the order came to £70 and it took 2 hours to come, when it came the food was horrible, soggy and they had missed 3 meals off. When I rang them to tell them it took me 6 attempts for them to answer and when they did they were very rude but in the end said they would send it again and it would be 20 minutes. So I waited another 30 minutes still hadn't came. So I called up again only to have to call multiple times again to get through. This time when I got through the guy said I can give you discount next time, so I expressed that I didn't want discount next time and that I would like the food I had paid for and he got extremely rude and the food was never delivered. I will never eat or order from here ever again. No matter how many alcoholic drinks I've had.

Burger was good for money but pizza meat feast was very salty. I think its the cured meat which was used was salty to preserve it. Next time will try something different. Good service

I've ordered from Just eat and waited 2 hours and they didn't deliver my order, I give them very precise coordinates and adress where my lorry was and they haven't found me. They marked the food as delivered and it wasn't to receive the money from Just Eat, I sent a report to customer service. Don't buy here!

Rubbish got order wrong and the pizza tasted really sour like the cheese was off

I only gave this place a second chance as it was the only takeaway open very late at night as previously the food has been dreadful! However last night was worse, I didn’t even get any food! I was still charged & they simply never delivered! My advice is don’t order from here but if you are tempted, visit the premises & see how dirty it is & how rude the staff are, this will make you think twice before wasting your money! Also don’t be fooled by the constant “change of management” sign...the place is just taken over by the same people every time with zero improvements!

though we really rate the food from here the business needs a lesson in time keeping. They are more and more likely to be late. Then when you ring they don't give a dam. My recent order I was told 40 to 50 mins 1Hour later it hadn't arrived so we rang t check where it was. They told us it had just left ( it takes 15mins to drive from there to our house) 20 mins later its still not here so we rang again to be told it was outside which it wasn't so we asked them where it was. They had gone to the wrong address so we gave ours again according to them the delivery was 20 doors away (2mins) 10mins later still no delivery (surely they should have been here by now or have they just left the shop?). 1 hour 45mins after ordering it arrived and was WRONG. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. When we rang to complain there was NO APOLOGY and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If somethings wrong at least say I'm sorry your order is wrong.

Ordered a mixed grill on naan and chicken tikka kebab with chippy chips and the food was discusting. When i was unwrapping the polystyrene boxes they fell out of the white grease paper because they were sopping wet witg the rediculous amount of grease that had leaked out the side of the box. After soaking the food in kitchen roll to try and remove some of fat the food was swimming in my partner foolishly decided to try some of the food. The chicken tikka meat was hard and chewy . It was a pathetic excuse for meat it resembled something closer to overcooked left out dry bits of chicken fat. It couldn't even be chewed to be swallowed it had to be removed and put into the bin. I had fries with my kebeb they were like strips of doughnuts they were so sickly , only God knows how many times they had been refried. You could see bubbles of fat trapped under the top layer of fat/fryWe also got overcharged for this rubbish to add insult to injury. Will not be using this place again and will be advising people to avoid.

Asked for 3 kebab meals, one with sweet chilli sauce amd mayo, one with chilli sauce and mayo and one with bbq sauce.....food came after expected delivery time and all kebabs had bbq sauce and only cucumber and lettuce on them. Chips were over cooked aswell. ..overall disappointment

Today Tuesday 14th January I placed a telephone order and was told 30mins. Upon arrival I was asked if I preferred chips or fries so automatically thought they were going to just freshly cook what i preferred. 20mins later still no sign of my order FUMING is an understatement . When I asked the young man behind the counter he sad well we cook your order fresh when you come in DOH .. I explained I had placed a telephone order and was told 30mins from ordering and that my food would be ready I DO NOT EXPECT TO WAIT another 20mins. Then I asked for the manager to be told he was indeed the manager We have ordered delivery several times from the establishment and when they say a time for delivery the man is on the doorstep . There was NO APOLOGY for having to wait so long and i was just giving up waiting when I was told it was ready.... IF YOU WANT FOOD ON TIME GET A DELIVERY because COLLECTION IS A LONG WAIT

Food was not good enough to allow for this experience. Ordered food at 7.30, was told it would be delivered an hour later but didn’t get the food until 9.15. Tried calling numerous times but the phone went to answer machine. When I rang on a different phone, it was picked up immediately so they were clearly avoiding my calls. When I finally got through, I was told that the food was on the way and would be 10 minutes but I still didn’t receive my order for 20 minutes. When the food arrived the delivery driver was extremely rude. Unimpressed and will NOT order again.

Ordered three pieces of southern fried chicken as a meal, and it wasn't even edible. It was absolutely disgusting, and tasted and looked like it had been left over from a couple of nights ago, and then reheated for my order. I wouldn't even feed it to the dog in case it made her ill, and if it does me, then I will be phoning the council on Monday morning. There is absolutely no way that this was freshly cooked, and needless to say I will never order from this place again. I'm quite shocked as to just how bad it was, and am going to report to the council anyway, because dodgy chicken can make people incredibly ill, especially the elderly and very young children.

A bit of a wait ? But I do get extra food at no extra cost. So not all bad ⏲️ It's right in the heart of Rugby Town Centre. And you can sit near St Andrew's Church, or maybe Regent Street far end Rupert Brooke Statue. I do sometimes sit here and share with a blackbird very tame bird. (Reg) the blackbird. Probably not camera shy either ️

Been using this place past 3 years, work and home, never had a problem and the drivers are friendly and prompt, even call the work when my order is here but miss the CCTV of them ringing. EXCELLENT!

Awful place; refuse to deliver your food after two hours, refuse to give you a refund; refuse to deliver to you in future - avoid at all costs.

Please avoid this terrible take-away at all costs, we have had a horrible experience - waited over two hours for our food; they refused to give a refund or exchange so I had to go there and they still refused. Soggy, late, cold food and an unhappy hungry family to boot - cost us twice to order from elsewhere. Dishonest, disreputable and never again.

So frustrated with this place. Ordered 2 Kebabs at 7pm. The telephone service wasn’t great as I got told to ‘wait’. Then an hour later, still no food. I call up and they say 5-6 minutes. No problem... well it’s 8:30 and still no food. Just keep being told on the phone 5 minutes... shocking just tell me the truth, if it’s not coming or you forgot, I’ll order from somebody with the capability of preparing 2 Kebabs and delivering it down the road!

The driver on the weekend is so friendly! He talks a lot but he’s really lovely and always happy to help This is my favourite kebab in rugby because you get so much for your money! The chicken kebab is so tasty, I recommend this with fresh chips (not fries! But they sell both) and the jalapeño cream cheese - pure heaven I love this place because they do a bit of everything, fresh fish and chips, kebabs, pizzas, burgers, wraps - can’t really go wrong
