Rugby fish bar Fish and chips were super fresh and potion was massive as well and delivery was very quick as well would highly recommend

Food was nice however, I am not happy that my payment was taken twice for my food! Offered to process a refund the next day if I contact just eat but that’s a but getting nowhere with them ! Frustrating!!!!!!

Very enjoyable and tasty, we always have the large fish and chips. We have never had a bad order from them.

Food was good though I was missing one item. The delivery driver scared me. He hadn’t read the delivery instructions and was loudly and angrily swearing about not being able to find the right way to the door. I know it’s not easy, that’s why I give instructions and a number to call. Felt aggressive and intimidating as he handed over the food. Probably will not order again in case it is the same driver. He is not a good advert for your business.

My partner sister worked there for one day she didn’t wanna go again from how dirty the place is and even tho she done 4 hours shift and the boss meant to pay her he didn’t wanna pay her people please do not go in this place.

Really good, arrived hot and the food was great. Just that Chilli was added to my kebab meal when I can’t eat chilli. I asked for none and there was chilli dressing all over it instead of mayo.

I always enjoy this chippy. It has, for me, been consistently good and reasonably priced. The staff are always friendly too, even when busy which is where a lot of short and blunted responses appear these days with the sense of service out the window. Good food, give it a go :)

Having used this fish bar before with no problems last night I ordered fish & chips and I saw the cook poke the fish with his fingers, at 2am this morning I had serious stomach pain and diarrhoea so I will not be eating here again. Food hygiene was clearly to blame on this occasion.

As a regular customer I'm sorry to say our food tonight turned up 20 minutes late and the fish tasted like it had been left lying around and was very dry and one of the fish was basically all batter with very little fish to talk of. Sadly very disappointed with our food tonight especially as the price has gone up by 3 pounds but the quality has gone down by I would say 6 pounds

I ordered a pizza for dinner as it's not often I fancy one. I had create your own. Chicken, ham, mushroom, pineapple, and sweetcorn. It seemed to take for ever to cook. Got it home. It was over cooked the edges were burnt, the ham and chicken was dried out and not edible. So I took it back the next day, complained and asked for another pizza with different toppings, plus to tell when not to cook it as long. The replacement pizza was very enjoyable.

Large meat and chips and can of dr pepper and i wish i went elsewhere. I really wasnt impressed with the tiny portion, hot chilli sauce was nice tho and at least my drink was cold

wow I have had so many orders from you and you always go above and beyond knowing I do care in community you deliver piping hot food on time and end of a shift . tonight's fish was exceptional and I remembered my scratchlings .I rate you the best in rugby thanks guys ..apology mind to delivery man he got spooked my my large dog 🐕

Outstanding… fresh, hot and delicious on the first outdoor garden meal of the year.

Great food was hot and fresh the kebab was a very good portions chilli sauce lovely certainly enjoyed and no complaints top nosh

but took well over an hour and half to get chips where dry and bitty

I just want to say a massive apology to these guys. I put a bad review on 4th of May. I actually called rugby grill House instead, I don't know how that happened. I have ordered here again tonight and the food has Been lovely. The guy at rugby grill house was the rude one. The only thing I would suggest is if you offer 2 for 1 pizza give us a call to check if we want a 2nd pizza. I thought you would send a 2nd pizza the same, my mistake. Thank you and so sorry for the incorrect review.

Pizza was buy 1 get 1 free. Only received 1. Called store, sooo rude, hung up on me. Tried again and told me I was wrong and hung up again. Will never order from them again.rude foreign man. Terrible customer service.

Best chippy in rugby, in my opinion. Fish cooked fresh on ordering. Took longer to wait, but you know it's not sat half day and dried out.

Kebab box was over filled and had spilt out during delivery the chips were mushy and a lot were black/brown the meat had grizzly bits in it threw most of it in the bin the scallops were soggy the battered burger had funny taste that also went in the bin waste of money won’t be ordering again

The pizza was disgusting. I had to throw it away. The box was so soggy with grease, i took one mouthful and it was full of grease

We normally order from you and the food is ok. Unfortunately tonight, the chips were disgusting. They had been left too long in the fryer and were old chips rewarmed and they tasted disgusting. We will not be using your fish shop again.

Delivery was quick and the chips were good. I ordered small chips and a large Donner kebab, it appears that I got large chips and a very small kebab. The kebab meat was on the dry side and salad was also limp. I hope that this is just a blip on a busy night, as it has always been good in the past.

Ordered our usual, chicken kebab, mixed kebab, chips, cheese n onion fryit. the chicken was vile (chewy, inedible, fishy). the chips costing nearly £3 didnt serve 2, lots of overfried "dregs", certainly not a usual portion. the fryit was burnt. the salad (ordered as part of kebab) was a tiny amount of limp lettuce with a slice of cucumber. no tomato etc, how they can call that salad I don't know. been refunded by justeat it was that bad. used to be OK. cost cutting?

Mushy Peas were not included in the order. On the app the estimated time was 30 - 45 min, when I placed the order the deliver time jumped to 1.5h so I was not impressed but the order had already gone through and been paid for. Other than that, the food was cooked beautifully and it was lovely and fresh.

First time I ordered from here the food was lovely,so when we were visiting Rugby again we decided to order from here again .What a difference the fish was either from lunch time or the day before .firstly the batter was chewy not nice and crispy,the fish was over cooked and dry but really greasy too .we ordered a large chips and received a small portion.All in all what a waste of £34 .Next time in Rugby won't be going there .

The fish and chips in our opinion are excellent and very enjoyable, the batter they use is very good. We have never had any problems with them. We will always continue to use the service they provide

food barely warm, ordered 2 mixed kababs, received only 1, the other was a plain doner. Disappointed as food and delivery time usually excellent. Will give our weekly treat a miss for a while.

Ordered our food this evening through just eat! All we can say is absolutely incredible, the food was the best food we have ever tasted from a chip shop. We ordered kebab meat and chips with a side of cheese dippers and a garlic Nan bread and honestly can’t get over the taste of the food. The delivery was so quick aswell. Would highly recomed this place and we wouldn’t use another chip shop after going here. Thank you guys.

Ordered a 10inch pizza, 8 nuggets, chips and 2 scallops.40 minutes passed and the status was still on order confirmed.Called to chase and was told it was on the way.Order arrived 10 minutes later.Chips were full of black potatoes,threw majority away.Nuggets were lukewarm and scallops no better.Pizza was good but not much of each topping selected,would not order from here again.

Food arrived early everything was lovely and warm except the chicken unfortunately, it was cold and had to be microwaved. Chips were delicious but could have done with more salt and vinegar 😊

I’ve been waiting over 2 hours now and they haven’t answerd the phone once or given a update of order

It took almost 2 hours to arrive. Before ordering it stated 35-50 mins, which was then updated to 1hr10 - 1hr30. When the food arrived, it was lukewarm. Ordered 2 mixed kebabs; one had no chicken at all and the other was so greasy that the pitta was soggy. Not a great experience!

Order my food at 17.45 delivered at 19.48.tried phoning no joy.when food arrived it was cold .

food was still hot and tasty even though the wrong delivery address was put down. My fault when I looked back at the order I had left out a digit, so good detection work as well as good food.
