Peppers Takeaway & Kebab House in Rugby

1st time ordering with Peppers. Ordered food at 5pm for delivery 6:15, arrived just before 7. Doner kebab had more salad than meat, mixed kebab was packed full of meat. Requested salt and vinegar on fries, they came plain. Chips not the best, kebabs were good tasting.

*SHUT IT DWN!!!!!* Absolutely rude and obnoxious, we ordered food to come to a glamping site, after 1 hour we still hadn’t received our food, the owner said the road was shut but we had already let people in, he then admitted the driver was on his way which was another 15 minutes, again we phoned back for the owner to swear abuse down the phone to my wife snd called us liars,! Just eats should remove this disgusting place with immediate effect! To make matters worse we never received our food! Put a damper on our weekend

This place seems to be getting worse over time.. ordered chicken tikka kebab and fish kebab with naans and fries. They didn't put the sauce on that I asked for and the food was cold. Naan was a bit burnt but tasted alright, chicken tasted tangy for some reason, not sure why. Also, there were fatty and grisly bits in the chicken which were completely inedible. This suggests they don't have the best quality meats and they lack the food hygiene required for a really good kebab. Won't be coming back here again, would taste good if I was very drunk after a night out.

Placed order by phone. Asked for mixed kebab on naan and side order of cheesy fries. Got mixed kebab on fries along with cheesy fries. Called the shop and they were sending out the naan. Had phone call from driver saying he is outside, told him he wasn't as I was stood in kitchen (which overlooks the front of my property). He then asked for directions, which I told him, but didn't listen to a word I said. Told him after 3 times of giving him directions, to take back the naan. I will never be ordering from here again. Useless service, useless delivery drivers!!

Ordered once and was told it hadn’t go through I then ordered again and apparently it worked therefore I waited until around 10-15 minutes later where I recieved my food then 20 minutes later another lot came and I was billed twice the delivery guy was even confused too as he had already told them that he had already been there an delivered food I then proceeded to call peppers where I was told that I will not be receiving a refund and to take it up with just eat even though I had to order on just eat as I had been told by them my order hadn’t gone through. Overall terrible customer service and no different to talking to a brick wall do not reccomend whatsoever

The bloke on the phone after I had ordered my food said that no order had came through on the email so after this I went onto just eat and ordered through them everything was confirmed and fine. Then five minutes after ordering the food arrived I thought this was odd as I only ordered 5 mins ago then 10 mins later another load of food came. I phoned up and asked for my money back and they said that I should try just eat he was extremely rude and told us that we can’t get our money back. I asked him did you not say that our order didn’t come through and he wouldn’t answer the question after asking him for the 5th time. Terrible customer service and no difference than talking to a tree. Don’t order from here the people running it are very ignorant and rude. Not ordering from here again

Chicken kebab was dry and tasless, Naan bread was burnt, unedibe. Food used to be good here, today it was the worst ever.

Brilliant service, quick delivery at no additional cost. Kebab meat was soft and tender and there was loads of it. Best kebab I've had in Rugby.

Ordered a supreme chicken pitta which was advertised as a peri chicken breast with salad, onion, mayo and tomato. This is what turned up 2 breaded chicken strips with Nando's sauce splashed on. It was cold and quite honestly the worst thing I have seen! Tried a bit and it was the dry and bland. Not sure what happened to the previous owners as the food was spot on. Will not ever order from here again and if your thinking about it don't waste your money.

Worst and most sorry looking, dry and hard chicken burgers I've ever been sent out. Ordered chicken burger meals to be told, this is not the meal price, its just the burger price. Would of been nice to of known this before getting the order so I could of actually then ordered. Staff were rude about it, hung up on me. Said would send the chips and drinks and didn't bother. Worst food I've had from a burger place. Don't waste your money trying the new peppers, it worse then it used to be

The food was absolutely tasteless, uncooked chips, hard chewy burger, no difference in zinger and fillet burger, zero taste. Waste of money and time.

Absolutely the best place to go for food. Although this place serves a whole variety of food their speciality is definitely pizza. Their pizza is so delicious!!!!!! My favourite is the margarita pizza and Paneer pizza. Their food is freshly prepared and cooked while you wait. The staff are very friendly too. Try it 😉 ❤️ 🍕 👌🏽

How anyone has the nerve to send these out when you are new and trying to make a good impression. It was even drier and harder to chew than it looked. Ordered a meal off just eat and because there is some issue where the chips and drink don't get charged. I just get sent these with no warning " that's not a meal price " if there is a fault or mistake, tough luck. You should have the decency to honour the mistake and sort it out your end asap. Then, to be rudly told, " What do you expect for that price?" I certainly expect edible food for starters! Honestly, people, don't waste your hard earned money. You'll regret wasting it. Legitimately the most stressful experience I’ve ever had on just eat. Staying in a friends house from out of town to be greeted with a rude, ignorant delivery driver who was telling me I gave him the wrong postcode, I ordered through the app.. it’s done automatically. I even text the gentlemen the address and he still blanked me. If I hadn’t of called the main building and the guy behind the counter hadn’t had been so helpful. I don’t think the matter would have been resolved. Food was cold.

Kebab meat was good but missing the chips, couldn’t be bothered to chase it up and wait another hour for the missing food to be delivered. It’s not the peppers of old sadly.

don't get the lamb curry or the biryani. not one piece of lamb was edible in the curry! missed off half the order then had to wait an extra hour to receive a curry with no edible meat

Made an email purely to complain. My boyfriend and I ordered food a few hours ago on Uber eats. 10mins after placing and paying for our order, the owner called us claiming our address is too far and there’s no delivery drivers. We’re less than 10 minutes away and would gladly pick it up ourselves. While on the phone, my boyfriend tried to cancel order but apparently “it had already been processed” and then the owner ended the call. We never received our food or a refund. Wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely abysmal! One of the worst takeaway I've been to. The workers are clueless and the food is no better.

Do not expect this to be old peppers! delivery took 2 hours and after numerous phone calls the food finally turned up, however missing both portions of fries to go with the meal. The panner wrap is the worse wrap I've ever seen. Do not waste your money, I think this is probably the worst takeaway we've had.

Imagine placing an order inside premises waiting over 1hour whilst people came and went then getting your order taking it home and finding its virtually all wrong . Yes this happened to me today ordered southern fried chicken wrap got instead chicken fillet burger .Asked for mixed kebab with fries recieved instead mixed kebab in a naan ,only thing that was correct was the chicken nugget meal and even those weren't nice had to order some from mc d . As for the rest not what I ordered and after being there for 1 h and 15m didn't want to endure another visit and couldn't eat what we received and threw away. This is not the first time this has happened chose to overlook previous occasions but not this time . I will take this up with the manager also unless he reads this post. Very very disappointed

The food is 10/10 and so is the service. I love the kebab wraps!! Definitely recommend as the staff are great the food is so good and the prices are affordable.

Best Takeaway and Eat In Restaurant I have experienced!! The quality of food was so delicious and I will definitely be coming again regularly! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely recommend to all who want fantastic quality food!!

They have a unique kebab pizza which is hands down the best I’ve tried. It’s got lamb and chicken donner on a pizza. A must try guys. Try it with a bbq base and you won’t regret it.

Today at 6pm-ish ordered 2 large pizzas (which was over cooked - burnt) and doner meat and chips (chips seemed they have been fried twice and weren't fresh, tasted horrible and doner meat was ok, have had better). In summary disappointed with the food, will not be ordering again.

Every week more or less we place an order for large pizza from them, because of they sell the item is Halal..but very unfortunate with the behave over the telephone when we were placing the order Tall guy I think he is the boss. so arrogant/ rude even when we went there to pickup the pizza, he was speaking so loudly not even paying the attention who came for what, I just keep quite and pay my bills and I left..Pizza topping was 8 pieces of quantity Jalapeño was there. I Don't think we will ever visit them anymore

At Peppers, they know how to make their food. Pizza is one of the best in town. Food is well cooked and satisfies your taste buds really well. Serving size is very good. Bonus is the ppl working there... Cordial and friendly.. A Five Star, definitely...

Absolutely banging ain't ordered in a while but even though I got the wrong pizza at first it was nicely resolved and the food was very very good masala fish was exquisite well done guys keep it up

Food was nice but being told it's a 15 min wait for my order to eat in. 45 mins later we got our food, not happy as we were on our dinner break from work and we were late going back to work. Staff didn't seem too friendly or apologetic for the wait for our food to be prepared. I noticed another 2 customer's that were in the shop at same time as us also had a long wait too! Bit pricey just like alot of places around Rugby. I moved up from Luton and found similar takeaways cheaper, quicker service and good tasting food.

Went tonight to order pizza after ordered was told was going to be 20 min went outside in my car after 20 min gone inside the shop waited another 10 min after one of the guys asked me which was my order and told me that I had to wait a little longer ( they forgot completely about my order) I just asked for my money back, very disappointed my first time and last time there

Very poor service everytime we order the food and tell us food will be ready in 20 mins then when we go to collect it then it's not done and have to wait for extra half an hour need to sort out they timing
