Only go there for a friend. The food's well overpriced. You could get a cheaper, proper & more nutritious meal elsewhere.

Its maccies so same old madness and the same food apart from a few new burgers on the menu ect. But yeah same as always but it is fairly quick to get the food from ordering inside but avoid the times schools finish! Lol

Arrived at 11:59 after a long drive from Hunstanton, shift manager (cannot remember his name but used to work at A45) allowed us to come in and order to stretch our legs. Top notch service thank you very much :)

I was trying to redeem code which I got by filling up the survey but it didn't work. Why they offer something which they cannot give. It was keep saying.. Oops there is something wrong. It is always crowded and we need to wait. It's fine, but last time some people were shouting and it was a group of young and no one was bothered to let them talk softly because it was quite irritating. Also please update the location on map, because it showing somewhere else and troubled me a lot.

Said open all day, when came after 12 they didn't serve us

For a McDonald's it was decent. Was only nearby for work. I am an awkward order and they got it right the first time which is good for McDonald's 😂

Rats seen numerous times. Eat the air con unit and outside while waiting at drive throug h near the fence mentionioned to dude at window he said I know there in the rubbish

Lovely McDonald’s. Very clean inside. As well as out. Staff friendly! Food always comes out hot.

The food wasn't fresh and hasn't been the last few times we've been. Nuggets were really soggy and the burgers were really cold.

They have refurbished and the colour scheme looks great!

I don't eat Mc Ds food as I don't like it The burgers are thrown together, and the fries 9/10 times are cold or over salted. However, my grandchildren love as a treat, The Happy Meals which to be fair are a reasonably priced I order the Caramel Latte, which always hits the spot. In my opinion the drinks are the best thing It is only my opinion!!!

I go into the drive thru it's a hot day and I ask for a new advertised item Oreo Frappe, I'm told that the machine blades broken so I ask for a Mango smoothie can't do that either. By this time, I'm stuck in the drive-thru. Could you not put a sign at the front. ? I ask for a milkshake. Apparently, that's ok. Please put up a sign and stop wasting peoples time or clean the machines because Google says that's why you always say it's broken because no one can be bothered.

My favourite establishment for a quick and cheeky hamburger. I'm a bigmac man easily pleased . Pretty much what you expect from fast food my only gripe still very little if you want gluten free food which in this day and age they should offer more alternatives

It's extremely busy, especially just by midnight on Friday/Saturday. No ketchup in the machine, but they still tried charging me for the sachets ones after I asked for it.

I love McDonald's. They serve quickly, always, delicious, and fresh food.

Missing an item and had to reheat what we did get as it was almost stone cold

The staff here is friendly, the service is very quick, and I love coming here often.

Hat trick presented as if it had fallen off the back of a lorry and someone didn't know how it went together. Chappie doing the cleaning spent a long time on the phone and the wait for the food wasn't so good either.

Staff looked like they didn't care. Messed up the order put in ingredients that was asked to be taken out because of allergies. And yes it was on the receipt. Half of the chips were green and nasty. Spoilt our treat. The atmosphere was the only thing I liked

Not being from Rugby we visied as my diabetic wife needed to eat. We ordered 2 McChicken meals and when collected confirmed that was in the bag. The label confirmed our order. Having left the restraunt and driven to the railway station to await our relatives we opened the bag to find two poor cheese burgers. Our relatives advised they do go there for that reason. We will not use this place again.

This place is a good McDonalds. It has friendly staff and the toilets are clean... for a McDonalds. It always seems lively and there are plenty of kid friendly places. Food is very nice here but it may take a little while at peak times. Overall a good McDonalds!

24/7 even very good position on the road. Easy to find and easy to get arrive. It's next to the big center of shops ex nike, h&m and many many other.

Last visited almost 5 years ago and gave it 3 stars, today Mr's Stilton fancied a McFlurry so I went and bought one each. It was good consistency, there was plenty of crunchy Biscoff biscuit in there and it was cold! I was impressed by the staff Isha managed to deal with my partial deafness and she never stopped smiling! The loos were clean and everything worked and was obviously cared for well done manager Jack! 4 stars!

Ordered on the App. Items arrived on time minus the dips and sauce for the cheesy bites. This has happened so many times that it appears to be a deliberate way of making money from customers.

I got a wrap with some lettuce waste and a tip of bacon, at the checkout the employee spilled the fries, picked them up with his hand and put them back in the wrap and said sorry, that's disgusting.

If u order In here always ask them to double check the order , they seem to do it purposely always there’s something missing, I order the other day 2 mckrispy and 4 chicken mayos and they forget to put 2 of chicken mayos , then after a week again same situation always double check …. They have no idea what’s going on there

Last 5 visits they make you park up and wait for food. Order something simple like a big mac meal...park up. Never follow customised notes and always forget somthing Useless

**9:20pm Thursday 4th April 2024 - Waited 15 mins in a queue of 4 people at drive through Rugby McDonalds, Leicester Road, just to get 20 chicken nuggets. - Asked Twice for dips with 20 nuggets, once at till, once at collection point. - At collection point they did not put my order on screen, and mumbled 6 nuggets hoping I wouldn't hear, also asked again here. - I was asked to wait and park up. - When I was handed the bag the young lady literally ran away so no time to check inside the bag to see the missing dips, - Nor the big hole in the bag which looked to be a deliberate attempt to make sure that if I went to collect dip from the restaurant that it would fall out of the bag

Took them 20 minutes to serve food. What's irritating is your watching uber eats fly out the kitchen. They clearly cannot handle demand. This was the second time I went there, the first time I went it stunk like shi..t. Which is really a reflection on this mcdonalds. I should add that when my food eventually came, they missed a mcmuffin, the lad behind counter told. E to show receipt, so I went and got it, came back and he walk off never to be seen again. Then, after I got the mcmyffin, I took a sip of the hot chocolate which was literally just boiling hot water. The manager running this joint must be the biggest idiot.

4 out of 5 orders don't include everything I always order. 4 out of 5 orders are completely cold, fries are made in advance and waiting for a new owner, the worst Mc in the UK

Prompt service and food was well, it's McDonalds, so fairly standard fair.

Not very " fast food" tonight. Only ordered 2 wraps and had to wait for them, but no spaces in car park. Just had to keep driving around and around.

My food was cold they had no hot chocolate no milkshakes

Sooooo slow! My daughter has to have a burger with no bunny due to allergies and every single time the patty is upside down so the cheese is stuck to the lid or the base! I don't get it... the macdonalds at fosse park and hinckley gey it right why can't rugby, also there was a fly in my sons drink. I rang them argued with me abit saying its impossible as their machines are cleaned often! Disgusting. The one in town is OK when the older manager is on duty she's quick and on the ball she's helpful and quick and friendly

Was waiting in drive through for 10 mins and only 2 cars in front at intercoms, got to intercom 10.58am waited 3 mins to be told breakfast had stopped not happy at all

I ordered my food using the self service machine and but unfortunately they did not give me a number on the screen just in case I could take a picture on my phone or a receipt. I had to assume what number was it.

Staff need to be given some training, a while ago you gave my wife who’s vegetarian a chicken burger (which she had 2 bites of then realised) Manager had to be chased as didn’t seem to interested and on our last visit told to wait in a bay and when the food arrived I was asked to check the order which I always do and it was missing a meal. Not the end of the world but when will you get it right!!!

It's a McDonald's. Apart from the service (which was great) you know exactly what you're going to get.

Visit around 8am 2 days running for breakfast whilst in the area for work. The eat in service appears to play 2nd fiddle to the busy drive-thru. Food exactly as expected.

Why these use just eat I will never n ow. Only one meal out of a while order turned up when calling up told to get a refund or collect explained can’t do that due to working and that it was their error so to re deliver. Refused! Not the first either won’t use them again

So horrible staff, they always make mistakes with simple orders. Today I ordered 2x big mac meals with 2x latte coffee with toffee. Missing 1 big mac and I got 1 black coffee and other one without toffee. Before I went home, I asked about big mac but unfurtunetly didn't check coffee. Also other time I was ordered 20x chicken nuggets with sauces. I didn't get any of sauce. My friend got cheesburger without roll ! How is it possible ? Wasting money and time.

One of the worst McDonalds ever for service. If you don’t use the App or self service and want to use the tills it takes for ever to be served this is my second visit in two months. Staff look at you from the kitchen area and carry on with whatever they were doing. In the end has to collar a member of staff delivering food to a table. Fries were cold, even the replacement fries ☹️

Absolutely disgusting place staff just constantly chat on front when the toilets are full of fly's I'd hate to see the kitchen and it has a 5 star food hygiene rating are you for real never will I ever go in there again

food is always cold, very often get it wrong , some staff rude , wait to long in a bay for cold food and for weeks and weeks smelt like sewage in the resturant

The coffee is terrible. I'm sure the machine is under serving as even the espresso takes like dark water. The other McDonald's in the area serve stronger coffee, so it isn't a wide spread issue.

Forget trying to register a complaint, there is nowhere that I can find to submit one online, or throught the app. I was wating for 20 minutes, before they told me they had no idea what my order was, or that they had even had it. Then when I get it, the drink isn't even filled up properly. Then when I got home, the wrap I ordered had bearly anything in it. Half a lettuce leaf, 2 small ends of the cucumber, and the chicken. Ridiculous.

Drive through. Had to wait a while before someone was able to take our order despite no one else being in tbe drive thru queue at all. Food was piping hot though

Wish I could give zero stars service is horrendous at this new store kids standing around chatting serving cold food and waiting time was terrible as orders done out of sequence leaving older orders standing going cold and rude staff. If you want a hot meal dont go here. Manager needs sacking.

Before renovating this place was much better. Unfortunately it's not as good as it was before.

Car battery died late last night and had no jump leads with me. Asked the manager if he could help and he got me sorted and the car started in no time, offered me and my friend warm drinks as well while we waited, absolute gent, the rest of the staff were also amazing and couldn’t of done more to help!! Absoloutely digusting experience tonight at your restaurant in rugby at junction 1 retail park. First it smells of sewage, i stated i may have to cancel my order as i couldnt cope with the smell, to be told its ok in the back. After a 20 minute wait, i asked to cancel my order. They went to talk to the manager who i heard speaking stating oh im the one that complained about the smell. Shes not going to deal with me, i havent waited enough, with a 20 minute wait. I then get the associate come to me to say the managers too busy and i need to wait. I say oh ill leave then and they said yep thats fine...no sorry, no money back just attitude. Absoloutely disgusting place and this manager is an embaressment. Avoid, go to any other mcdonalds but this one
