First time I'm a while food was cold

Poor customer service got home and food was cold.. :-(

Breakfast 🥞 is yummy! The price has gone up like everywhere else!

Ordered a mcplant and a cheese sharebox, given a Big Mac and chips

I am not satisfied, sometimes I order food and I get something completely different.

Both big mac and fries were almost cold it was early lunchtime and not very busy so disappointing 😕

Restaurant was closed at 4:30 in the morning with no notices up despite supposedly being 24 hours

Really good clean and food was really nice

Dire service. I'm here picking up a free meal after they forgot to put our food in a previous order. Made to wait, holding up the drive-thru, while the lady took another order. Then had her barking at me that i had to order two meals when I only wanted one?? Now parked up waiting for god knows what to arrive. Won't be coming back for sure - just gets worse each time. Laughable really. Ha! Food just arrived at my car window...missing three items! Wtf...

Changed my mind on the service. They're still friendly and happy to see you, I just wished they'd focus on the 'fast' bit of fast food! 9:30pm on a Friday, a family sized order but nothing unusual (don't order a fillet and expect to get your food in under 3 hours - ok, slight exaggeration) and yet again "We're waiting on the food, can you park up?' 15 minutes later, we eventually get our order! No, they weren't busy, no we didn't order anything without this or that! I expect better, though sadly not from this outlet of the Golden Arches!

I expect to pay in cash but they said they only take card but I saw them taking cash from someone else but when I tried to pay they said we don’t take cash only card

I saw one of your janitors licking the toilet seat with wee on it and I felt really uncomfortable

Wow! When will these INCOMPETENT people ever get an order right?!?!? I asked for a McChicken sandwich with NO lettuce, but add cheese and onions. I get the burger back littered with lettuce! This has happened so many times now. The staff at this Mcdonald's are absolutely USELESS!! None of the staff can read a simple instruction! I suggest you take these clowns back to school and STUDY how to get an order right! Absolutely useless!!

5th January. Restaurant is absolutely freezing. We can see our breath. Staff said its because its cold outside then turned away.....

Staff attitude is awful. Served drinks that were contaminated with other drinks and tried telling me this is just the way it is. Not at all acceptable

first ETA was 21:23 I waited until 23:00 the I gave up,app was showing that my order is preparing for over 2hours,also I think I should get a refund.

I had to wait 2 and a half hours for a burger and it came cold. Not happy

Normally ok. Tonight was busy. Long wait and food was ice cold when eaten (take away). Was too far to go back and complain.

Reluctantly I ordered a Macdonald's I can't drive or get out currently. The chips were completely cold and the rest of the meal was barely luke warm. I won't be ordering again that's for sure. I'd sooner just not eat!!

The presentation of the sausage and egg McMuffin is appalling and I didn’t get a straw for my drink

Took ages to be picked up so food was practically frozen by the time it arrived, this isn’t the first time, might learn my lesson

Burger was warm Guy had trouble finding house

Wanted to leave a review to highlight the great service of the young lady who served me tonight; I think her name is Lauren(?). She was waiting for her own food on her break time, and still she decided to take the time out of it to serve me so that I didn't have to wait. She was helpful and communicative about the menu choices too Just wanted to make it known that it is appreciated to see great service - well done Lauren! Good job 😁

Everything is great except the car park it's big enough for the customers parking but not the under eats and just eat vehicles sometimes you can see as many as 8 drivers outside just chatting

Irresponsible service! Ordered Vegan spicy wrap and it had a bacon in it while served. Should we eat what we order or eat what ever they serve?! It’s ridiculous of such non sense service.

Delivery driver was awesome when JE messed up my address

I went to McDonald's at the Rugby retail park near Cineworld yesterday and the food looked like it had been thrown together by a 3 year old. The wrap wasn't wrapped and all the contents just fell out and my triple cheese burger was folded in half. I expect more at mcdonalds and your staff need re training at the least. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Can only order by machine, bad experience and burgers were dry not appetising!

40 minutes wait for the food to come out , numerous items missing and food was stone cold Place has gone downhill dramatically on recent times. They really do struggle to handle volume these days.

The drinks was arrived half and half was spilled in the bag,no straws,no souces,the sandwich mc ribs was a joke,a lot of onion,i think they need to change the name in mc onion...

Restaurant told delivery driver to deliver order to the wrong address, lucky to get it. Good was old and cold. Poor overall.

Still the best value coffee around, obviously gets busy at peak times, especially with a Drive Thru, does well for a small site. Located within Junction One retail park. Second and larger site is in Rugby town centre.

Waited ages for food. The number came up, and dissaprered again. Still no food , no staff at counter, 15 minutes later got Luke warm food. Car park a joke, meeting place for petrol heads blocking all the spaces.

Stone cold food arrived. Driver kept our order 20 minutes before he left restaurant.

never arrived. I wanted my food not to just get an email about a refund. this service is awful, can't contact you to sort this order . What kind of service do you call this. Will not use just eat again . this isn't the first time I've been disappointed by you .

Really nice delivery driver- shame you don’t give the option to tip after then deliver and not before.

The woman was rude,food was cold and had to leave the house in the next street down because she couldn’t leave the car because she had her child and it’s raining. if that’s the case she shouldn’t have brought her child to work that defeats the object of her being a delivery driver. My mother couldn’t leave my 2 young children to go and get the food as it should have been delivered that’s why I went As I said in the start lucky I was in the next street down. Imagine if it was a high rise flat.

The order did not arrive absolutely rubbish service as usual .. will never use this app again
