Rude staff, disrespectful, failure to listen to the order given and then made a rude remark once I’ve asked for my order again after being ignored

Been here lots of times and always found it to be good, but... On Monday lunchtime I sat at the drive though window for 8 minutes waiting, to no avail. When another vehicle came up behind me I decided to move to the service window, still no joy. Had a MacyD's instead..

Waited over 1 hour 45 turned up cold crap given numerous excuses got a bottle of coke as compensation never again. Obviously run by clowns

Ordered Take Away's from Stobys Fish and Chips many times in the past and have been happy with their food and have always recommended them. BUT I ordered a Take Away from them today for my family. We all had pie and chips, well the tops of the pies (advertised as Pukka pies) were very hard and the chips were overcooked. I also ordered a small sausage as a treat for my dog. I will no longer order a Take Away from them or recommend Stobys to anyone. The only positive, my dog enjoyed his sausage but then he will eat anything.

I have been going to Stacey's on and off for 8 years but was influenced by the Google reviews so never ordered more than something simple; got a full set meal tonight and not only did I hear them cooking it fresh whilst I was waiting (in the wok) but everything was super delicious, especially the chicken and mushrooms. The sweet and sour chicken balls are my thing and these are the best I have had in Gosport.

Fries are reheated in ovens, yes, and they do it in front of you, so don’t complain! It is about street food, so what you see is what you get. We didn’t like the fries so much, but the hot dogs were honestly really good. We also liked the kindness and the patience of the staff despite the crowd. Not bad at all.

Ordered food two hours ago literally turned the driver away! Called shop 4 times and was rudely told food would be any minute! Ask for refund was told boss will call me! Will be calling bank tomorrow if no call received! Shame as have used this place before and never had an issue!

When I went to pay for my meal my £10 Scottish note was not accepted. The note was a new style plastic, Bank of Scotland, the Chicken Cottage manager said this was company practice and pointed to a sign which read, Polite Notice, we do not accept Scottish Notes. I pointed out that Bank of Scotland notes are Stering legal tender, but to no avail. As a Scot and standing in a queue trying to explain that I only have Scottish notes in my wallet which I got from the Bank the day before, quite upsetting.

Very rude and unhelpful male staff member in shop when I asked where the sandwiches were located. Won’t go back. Staff need further training on customer service.

El lugar no estaba ocupado. Llegamos a la baldosa. Eran 3 empleados que no nos reconocieron durante unos buenos 5 minutos, hasta los puntos que pensamos que era su forma de decirnos que estaban cerrados. Finalmente alguien habló con nosotros. Quería un café con leche tibia, y no fría. Siempre pregunto eso en todas partes, nunca es un problema. Luego, después de que pagamos, dijeron que no, que no calientan la leche, con una actitud grosera sin molestias. Ni siquiera lo intentan. 2 estrellas para la ubicación, sofás, gran espacio y ventana grande. Pero no es un buen rollo, no volvería

I regularly eat from here, tonight I ordered for me, my wife and my son. As usual the food was fantastic the service friendly. Munchies remains our go to take out in Yeovil.

£18 for three sausage rolls and four pastries. Sausage rolls ok but nothing special. Seems pricey but business rates are so high they probably have no option.

APPALLING SERVICE!!! Got served by a lady who looked like she couldnt be bothered and wanted to be elsewhere, no greeting, no smile ZERO customer service! When i asked if they accept the nhs blue light card i was bluntly told no! When i showed her on my phone they do, she said only some branches take it..i then asked if she had a list of what branches do..i got ignored and was asked for the bill payment!! When we went to sit down a man behind the counter shouted across the restaurant( if you can call it that) the area we were going to was closed!! No polite effort in coming over to say but decoded to shout over to us..toilets blocked off with baby seats in front of the corridor and when i asked where the toilet was i was given a key which (after covid, no cleaning before placing the key on the counter) and upon locking the door the toilet was disgusting..i wouldnt let a dog urinate in that toilet let alone a human! God knows when the last time it was cleaned!! Ehen i asked for the managers name the female who served me said she was the manager,when i questioned her name that it wasnt the name on the receipt she annoyingly informed me that it was from an employee from an earlier shift!! The area manager sat in the corner on his laptop with no regard for how his colleagues lack the basic customer service skills!! Every employee in this branch need to go on an intense week customer sevice skills course!!! Email heading to head office complaints..SHOCKING SERVICE AND TOILETS ARE LIKE A GUTTER!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! In fact i would give this branch MINUS!!!
