Avoid like the plague. Ordered via the just eat app. Açai bowl was frozen solid, no cacao nibs, no peanut butter, black banana, kiwi ordered as extra, still had the skin on, asked for no hemp seeds but had them in it, asked for no oil in the drink due to allergies, drink has oil in it. Who do I sue.

Service took a bit long, but staff was nice and the food/ drinks were excellent so defo worth it. Just be prepared to wait min 5-10 min even if it’s not busy.

Staff is so rude. Their screen menu wasn’t working and they refused to tell me what drinks they had. They said I could download their app and check for myself. I ordered a sandwich, it took them ages to prepare. I went to check how the order was going and the 3 staff members were just chatting and laughing. Juice was awful, sandwich bread was stale. Never coming back.

Never experienced such rude and slow service - the staff were just chatting to each other, ignoring customers! They forgot serval peoples orders l; I had to remind them of my order - a sandwich and coffee shake took 30mins and when I was finally presented with my good I was told they didn’t have any mozzarella - no refund, nothing else offered

We were a group of friends and were all served perfectly. I asked for extra spicy tuna sandwich and my server obliged. He also altered my juice to accommodate my intolerance. None of us had a complaint. I don’t know why others are complaining to be honest. The bread was thin and crispy which I really loved as well. Staff know the menu well.

Went there at 14:38 on a Thursday. Staff had sign up saying they were on a break until 15:00. Management needs to update policy or hire more staff. No explanation given.

Music ridiculously loud for 9:20am, staff couldn’t even hear my order due to the bass. Girl behind the counter was snippy. Order took 15 mins (porridge and a juice) despite the place being all but empty. When I enquired about my order I was given a curt reply and a sideways look from the manager. The porridge was watery and salty. Juice was meh. Horrible experience won’t be coming back.

Three women sat down gossiping (no masks on ) at the front desk with no social distancing. I asked one staff member if I need to order via the app or via the counter. I cannot describe the communication style of these 3 female staff members. It was as if I had interrupted them in their private time and had the audacity to ask a question. Contemptuous looks that we’re bewildering. This was deeply upsetting as I had just had minor surgery and needed a place to rest. Appalling customer service which saw me walk out and not order anything.

Visited there today and had the unfortunate experience of ordering the spicy tuna sandwich only to find the bread had blue mold on it. Also ordered two lattes, only one was provided. I was then informed that they cannot give refunds... Not impressed. Will not be back.

Staff here need to go on a course to learn how to treat customers. Treated rudely from the minute we walked in. Snide remarks and cocky looks between staff not acceptable. First time visiting and treated like an idiot, wont be back

First visit Lovely look and concept and actually now that I’ve been here , I’d pick it over Starbucks , Costa etc every time . I had the Energiser shake and spicy Tuna sandwich which was to DIE FOR - smashes any pro sarnie or burger I’ve eaten Reading my book now ....

Siamo stati in questo bar questa mattina, x la colazione prima di iniziare a lavorare. Il ragazzo al bar era molto svogliato e un po’ maleducato. Avevamo bisogno di una ricevuta x l’azienda, ci ha risposto che non aveva più carta nella cassa, ma non credo sia un nostro problema giusto? ma lui nulla non ha nemmeno cercato di risolvere la cosa, per la serie o così o così! In più non hanno spremuta di arancia e nemmeno latte di soia, insomma poca scelta, prezzi alti e maleducazione. Non ve lo consiglio.

They gave me a tuna sandwich instead of a chicken sandwich. There's no way to contact them about their mistake, unless you trek back over to the store. Some of us have work and can't just spend our whole day trying to force a store...

I visited Joe the Juice with a friend on Wednesday the 12th. While the smoothies were enjoyable, unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived at around 7:15 pm and ordered two smoothies, the waitress made a joke about the high price, which was unprofessional. To make matters worse, 15 minutes later, they turned up the music to a loud volume, even though the closing time was not until 8:00 pm, making it uncomfortable for customers to stay. Additionally, the bathroom was marked "Out of Order," which seemed to be a tactic to encourage customers to leave before closing time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not worth the cost. I will not be returning to Joe the Juice and cannot recommend it.
