Burger King in Hillingdon

Rude staff !!! Not helpful ! Won’t recommend- I had better experience in different places - all the 3 persons were making faces

This restaurant feels tired and worn out with the staff showing no interest in giving good customer service. The til area is chaotic with the sole cashier moving from til to til, confusing the queue and effectively encouraging customer to queue jump with nothing done to stop it. Other staff lounge around and show no understanding of what "fast food" means. They also overcharge for meals by adding extra charges such as the sugar tax for Coca Cola onto other drinks and not informing the customer. The staff don't want to be there and the restaurant stayed closed for a long time after lockdown ended suggesting it doesn't want to be there either. One wonders why it bothered to re-open at all. Avoid as much as possible.

If I can't afford to splurge elsewhere and want a good burger I come here. I order the same thing every time, the regular staff and manager were super friendly and helpful.

Dirty and horrible. Never would I return... no food ready, dirty run down throughout. Just horrible. Expensive and nasty place. Try the other clean fast food restaurants around.

Hamburgers are my favourite food -- totally! When I lived in central London I was a regular at the Hard Rock and Ed's Diner, but that was several years back. I have eaten burgers at every specialist burger restaurant in Uxbridge: BK, MacDonalds, Five Guys, Red Iron. Why anyone would pay the outrageous prices charged at Five Guys or Red Iron is beyond comprehension, especially when the combination of burger quality and value for money is nowhere near as good as at BK. The hype advertising blurbs plastered all over Five Guys is a huge joke -- all quotes are from New York and totally irrelevant to the Uxbridge branch, where the quality is truly terrible! And the prices are unbelievable. Red Iron is OK, but way O.T.T. pricewise, and they do not even serve alcohol, so no beer with your meal, which one would expect, given the hours and location. MacDonalds or BK is a personal choice, and I go with BK for the selection of extras available, and their proud boast -- Have it your way! Only drawback with BK is their very limited hours -- The Mall closes at 6pm. So, get in early and have a great burger at a reasonable price.

good food quick service very helpful but when it came to sit down with my disabled daughter every table was scattered and the floor with left cartons and food I wanted to leave as it was very dirty looking if it had not been for my daughter who loves burger king food I would have left. we did find a table but it needed cleaning and there was chips and dippers under our feet shame because the food was good and the staff who served us was very quick and helpful I also noticed the bin to pit your left overs was full I understood they were busy but they needed to get staff in to keep it tidy and clean as the staff serving where very busy perhaps its a staff shortage also it was at the weekend and late afternoon come on burger king get it sorted because your food is good

I been here with group of friends was amazing, service was excellent, staff very professional and friendly,

Fast food is as expected however the burgers are good and the lime coke was nice too. Difficult to keep this quick in and out place clean. Could not figure out where the toilets where. Not the best experience. I needed shelter from the rain.

Try not to use this branch,but when in need on way back from heavy weekend on the south coast,i needed a burger.As ever the service in this particular burger king is as has previously been mentioned on this site terrible.Staff seem to hardly care customers are there,no eye contact no conversation at all.I appreciate you may not want to be there serving people,but you kind of did sign up for it,so would a hello or thank you be out of the question?

We were out while shopping in Uxbridge and thought that we would pop into Burger King for some lunch. We went in and I found a table and my daughter sat at the table while I got a high chair for my son and strapped him in it. The high chairs are really nice and easy to use, which is great. We decided what we wanted and then I went to the counter to order. This was the start of the problems. There were a few people at the counter being served; so I queued up behind them. The people were served and left the counter and I went up to the counter. I was then studiously ignored by 3 members of staff. I asked if anyone was available to take my order and was that everyone was busy. After 5 minutes you can imagine the number of people now waiting in a fast food restaurant. Then I asked again if anyone was available to take my order and was told to just wait. The attitude of the staff was that they were having a break. After 10 minutes of waiting and being ignored I had enough and left.

Here always full of people, and always with long queue. I tasted at different branch of Burger King, it was not like that disappoint me but this one did. I was waiting for more than 25 mins for queue and 10 mins for receiving my order. Most customers were students who just off the school. So it's very noisy. The food doesn't taste special, even worse than neighbors. There beef burger with less lettuce and other veg, so I feel so unhealthy to consume it.

Not the greatest of burger kings didn't seem as fresh or tasty as others. Restaurant itself was very dirty, would rather not have gone in and spent money.

The girl serving clearly didn't want to be there and it showed, no greeting, no please and no thank you. It took them two attempts to put a double cheese burger together. The Coffee Was acceptable but nothing else was.

The service was mediocre, staffing is clearly an issue, it definitely needs a lot of improvement, I will not visit this branch again.

The food was good but places to sit were limited by the fact the shop is small. But it was always busy and you could get a take out. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich with chips..

It's what you would expect from a Burger King. It's not the Ivy but the food was served quickly and was hot. As ever the Burger was far superior to the fried ones you get at that other place

A menos de un cuarto lleno y sólo dos personas en cola, pero después de 5 minutos esperando todavía estaba atrapado en cola!!!

I ordered Chicken Tendercrisp with cheese twice out of my last 2 visits, on both occasions I paid for 'With Cheese' price and they dint add the cheese. I had to go back twice, where once I was given 2 cheese slices as If I was greedy and next time the manager (short and stout guy) he looked confused whether should I give him a new burger!!!

Was the usual food and service. Nothing much changed apart from more better deals. A bit cramped. Food was fresh and hot.
