APPALLING SERVICE!!! Got served by a lady who looked like she couldnt be bothered and wanted to be elsewhere, no greeting, no smile ZERO customer service! When i asked if they accept the nhs blue light card i was bluntly told no! When i showed her on my phone they do, she said only some branches take it..i then asked if she had a list of what branches do..i got ignored and was asked for the bill payment!! When we went to sit down a man behind the counter shouted across the restaurant( if you can call it that) the area we were going to was closed!! No polite effort in coming over to say but decoded to shout over to us..toilets blocked off with baby seats in front of the corridor and when i asked where the toilet was i was given a key which (after covid, no cleaning before placing the key on the counter) and upon locking the door the toilet was disgusting..i wouldnt let a dog urinate in that toilet let alone a human! God knows when the last time it was cleaned!! Ehen i asked for the managers name the female who served me said she was the manager,when i questioned her name that it wasnt the name on the receipt she annoyingly informed me that it was from an employee from an earlier shift!! The area manager sat in the corner on his laptop with no regard for how his colleagues lack the basic customer service skills!! Every employee in this branch need to go on an intense week customer sevice skills course!!! Email heading to head office complaints..SHOCKING SERVICE AND TOILETS ARE LIKE A GUTTER!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! In fact i would give this branch MINUS!!!

The guy who served me this afternoon was kind of rude. He beckoned me over to the till using hand gestures rather than just asking politely. It appears a struggle for him to be friendly and polite. Disappointing.

The burger was tasty but not respecting your employees has disadvantages. The sandwich was all over the place like someone who is making burgers for the first time has set it up.

I was in there waiting behind someone for 10 minutes the cue not moving and the cashier having a chat to a customer. There were 3 employees in the whole place one strolling around with earphones on and the other standing there bored. Definitely do not recommend.

This Burger King was a good value and service, and they have a great mural painting on wall Made the eat-in experience all the more fun. The only thing I didn't like, is the front entrance is narrow, with a steep step up to get in, and down to get out. And there were a lot of customers with babies, push-carts (Baby buggies), as well as Seniors with canes. They have been there long enough, that they should speak up to the landlord!

Staff brilliant, very attentive and kept us in the loop. Basic food but still yummy. Not busy but think perhaps more staff would be helpful. They had run out of ice cream and milky products but we didn't require these so from our respect not too bad.

Very clean and tidy. Good value fast food even my elderly mother enjoyed the experience. Menu vast and varied and caters for most people's taste. Only weird ok he as I come from a large city is the fact you have to ask staff a code to use the toilet.

For a fast food restaurant, Burger King's prices always make me wince. We had burgers, fries, onion rings and soft drinks and it cost over £20 for the two of us. Much as I enjoy the occasional BK, it's now costing more than I pay in a decent cafe! The queue seemed to go on forever and it took at least 15 minutes to get served. The place was half empty apart from the queue! The food was OK, nothing special, although it should have been for the price. Won't be rushing back.

Food was late, arrived 15 minutes after placing a 'problem with my delivery' online note. It turned up, the delivery driver basically shoved it at me and ran to his car. Now I understand that a busy saturday night means people have to rush, having worked in catering I get this, however a short 'here's your delivery' would be fine?! The food was cold, and the double cheeseburger (which was somebody's entire meal) was missing. I noted that on there 'problem with my order' bit of the site as well. 10 minutes later I had a call from the 'delivery manager' who when I said there was somebody's meal missing said that it would half an hour for the driver to get back to pick up the burger and then another 20 for it to be delivered or I could have a refund. I said I would NOT be leaving a formal complaint, but not be using their services again and that the food arrived stone cold. She replied with and I quote word for word here, 'But it's just a burger.' My almost enraged friend who's burger was missing was sat there in laughter/tears of confusion and disgust, he didn't really know what to think at that point so I said 'it's somebody's entire meal and I'm sure you're customer service team would not be very fond of that reply to an already annoyed customer.' Since you've said that I'm going to leave some detailed reviews and possibly social media comments. Goodbye.' I wouldnt recommend that place to anybody, even id it's actually to venture into the restaurant and sit-in to eat! Burger King should be ashamed.

Ordering was straightforward online from burgerkingdelivers.co.uk and although it was somewhat pricier than in store it wasn't too bad. There were bundle deals available which we took advantage of for deserts : one waffle with caramel sauce, one double choc cookie and one melting middle lava cake, all three for £5. The food arrived still hot, pretty quickly, they did ask us to check off the order at the door which was briefly a nuisance since my daughter went to the door but couldn't reel the order off so had to check with me. Not a big deal. This was a novelty order really, just to see what it was like. It turned out that despite previous negative reviews that they are doing better now and it was all good. Probably won't use again in a hurry simply because it is quite pricey with a minimum order of £14 and then a £2.50 delivery charge on top but for what it was it was pretty decent.

Coming here is always if we are in a rush everyone knows that! but the service is so slow! they only serve one person at a time? NO! this is the only fast food place I know that just does food without that FAST. Customer service is poor too! Don't come here if you want fast food or even a smile with your service.

For some unknown reason we ordered a take away from Burger King, after waiting well over an hour our food was mixed up with another order. After calling them to explain the situation the delivery driver turned up 5 minutes later. So finally after 1 hour 20 minutes we had received our food. The XL bacon doubles were ok but my double Angus was awful, the salad was none existent & the grease had penetrated the bun. I ate half & should have called to complain. Don't think we will be using then again.

Called as no other option after airport run and at least they were open, had to wait so thought food would be fresh but when it cane the burger was actually quite cold and i had to ask for it to be replaced, the salad on it looked as if it had been put on with a trowel and was totally unappetising, the 4 pieces of gurkin looked really sad, the burger actually tasted ok which i was surprised about but wouldn't choose if any other option was available

Me and my friend Amy frequently visit Burger King (#healthgoals), I mean, It's no McDonald's but it's practically dead as a dodo most days so we like the quiet atmosphere. The reason we visit, you ask? CHICKEN NUGGETS. They are life basically. McDonalds mcnuggets slay every other nuggets existence on earth. However, Burger King still supply them, so me and Amy eat them. The quality of service is very fast, but I guess there's a clue in the name of 'fast food'. Overall, Burger King I don't think is the 'king' of fast food, but rather, the 'Prince'. But thanks for the nuggets.

We went to claim the free mcmuffins and the app wasn't working for anyone in there. Jush (the manager) sorted everyone's orders out and not one person left disappointed. He's an excellent manager and did well in a stressful situation.

food was good but will not order again as I order pizza from the buy one get one free cheese and tomato and only got 1 and got told at delivery they cheese and tomato pizza is part of the buy one get one free so I went without my dinner and just had half a bag of chips !!!!
