KFC Northampton - Nene Park Sixfields in Northampton

This is one of the few restaurants who's food i can still eat since the major shift to vegetable oils

The laziest KFC anywhere. They won't do table service, indeed, any service is too much trouble. Bins often overflow. They do not monitor the car park and need to be aware that disabled parking bays are used by their Deliveroo drivers. It's just bad. The portion sizes make no sense and are random. A small rice or gravy can be the same size as a large. Sometimes fries have salt, sometimes they don't. Occasionally, some pieces of chicken are effectively just bones with almost no meat. Some wings are tiny, others are huge, they don't care if someone orders 3 and get 3 tiny ones. As for the tables, they are cleaned with a dirty rag. Wipe one with a paper towel and see what it looks like, it's gross. Toilets are also horrible. The hand dryer, if it works, doesn't get hot so everyone walks out with wet hands.

never arrived. the driver never give me my food. they didnt bother contacting me to ask what door number of my adress im at.

The person who delivered rang the bell, which helped me know that had arrived . Seamless handover and greeted!

Thought we would have a treat, so decided KFC because it isn't that cheap and really fancied chicken. Had a wicked variety 6 piece bucket, small gravy and chilli dip with pound tip £34. Service was fine , delivered on time no problem. Food poor. They were the worst fries I have had from here, virtually soggy. The main chicken pieces were not at all crispy just greasy soggy skin. Highly disappointing.

Cold and old Chips never again

My finances chicken was dry cold chips were cold the bun of my fillet burger was mouldy sent it back twice still no improvement will not go to KFC again felt ill afterwards

We went here for lunch mum and step dad ordered food and the chips were cold also my step dad's buger bun was MOULDY they said it was toster burn but it wasn't as it was green an toster burn IS NOT GREEN. I do not recommend coming here overall unsatisfied and unacceptable behaviour!

Fantastic service by Sean after some confusion with our order. Went above and beyond to help resolve our issue and even gave us some free drinks while waited, so big thank you to him. The chicken wings unfortunately weren't very good, not very warm and strangely bland compared to normal, but still a 5* for the service!

Why do the delivery driver almost bang door down

3rd time here now in 6 weeks , nothing has changed , everything is excellent , the chicken is delicious , the service for drive through customers is fast and the servers are always polite , what more does anyone want from this KFC.

Complete wrong order sent. Diabetic insulin dependent, had insulin for correct meal however this did not arrive causing hypoglycaemia. Tried to call kfc 5 times no answer

The loos had an awful smell, staff were rather off hand, asked for a coffee, and they don't make coffee apparently, portions are tiny for children. Not a fan

Once again my order was cold my fries where horrible my chicken was luke warm whats going on here just eat I'm paying over the price for my meal as it is my wife was in tears she was expecting a mighty bucket hot not cold she had to have something else which I had to pay more from please refund me the full money thankyou

Tiny fries order not good enough

Delivery took 1hr! The chips were freezing cold and soggy and my chicken was cold too. I am a stones throw away from KFC absolutely shocking. The driver ran to my door shoved me the bag didn’t say anything and didn’t take my delivery code

I ask for no legs because of children and bones! And had a. Bucket of legs!

Food and delivery time as great. The delivery driver was terrible and extremely rude. I live second floor flat and he rang the buzzer and TOLD me to go down and get it. I asked why he could bring it up and no reply. He then knocked on my door and with a raised voice asked me “ what is your name” I told him he then turned around and walked off. Terrible attitude.

Team always busy, smiling and quick with orders, food was always freshly cooked, moist tender chicken, one of the best KFC we have visited.

Prices go up chicken quality goes down, party buckets are half of the rubbish chicken parts and chicken meat not fresh and is not the first time happened

Very polite gentleman delivered the food.

There was no one inside the restaurant, so we were gobsmacked at the confusion of the staff shouting out our order number. The order unit did not print our receipt with the order number. When we asked for it, three obviously very young individuals in a KFC click had no customer service whatsoever, with absolutely no sense of humour when we tried to make light of the situation to help their incompetence. Thank God I love a KFC bucket 🪣

Food cold chicken tuff as it was stone cold

First I encountered a uber eats driver who tryed to run me over on the way in to the kfc then on the way in he was a very rude man to the staff and myself . Rushing around and then he took the wrong order to his car . Then had to exchange it for the right one . Then all the orders was backed up eventually I got to my seat and on the next table was a few people from the local mad house . Shouting jumping up and down I could not even digest ny food at a cost of £10 in my only 45 mins break from my busy job .. never will I go back in that kfc and probably never go to kfc again ever . Rubish 0 out of 10 ..

Lets see i placed an order around 5.30 i found out it was delivered after six, to who i dont know,do you? I tried ringing your store over 80 times!!! I then had to contact Kfc head office then just eats head office who has returned my money.For me then to place another order as we were hungry after waiting over 2 hours only for this food to be cold!!!Your 15mins away !!! Absolutely disgusting in the past its been here in 15 mins piping hot!!! No apology given i’m disgusted!!!

Used the drive through, only when I got home realised that I'd literally got half of my order, and it wasn't a difficult one. Had to drive back and collect the rest. That said the lady who corrected everything was very helpful and apologetic

Very kind staff. I didn’t like the rice in my salad and didn’t enjoy the meal in overall compared to the salad options at other restaurants.
