food fine but silly to add chilled drink included in bag with hot food it reduces the temperature of food by the time it's delivered should be in separate bag away from food....

Food was late arriving and was cold what a waste of money

Delivered to wrong address and would not help with redelivery

Food was entirely inedible was like bitting into rubber and also extremely cold as ice cold drinks had been put inside the same bag as the food

why do none of the delivery drivers know how to use a sat nav

All the food was cold, chicken, fries, wings, chicken tenders. They picked the food together with a can of Pepsi next to the hot food in the same bag. Chicken was old, you could clearly see hat it was old. Covered in a layer of grease at the bottom of the bucket. Really disappointed.

Sharing order with multiple missing items!

Could of done with more thighs and drumsticks in the bucket,as we ended up with the not so great wingy bits

original eta was 16:38 but didn't arrive till 17:00, also a can of drink was missing but this must have the restaurants mistake as the bags were sealed

driver had to drive to find me as location wasn't right on app

Food was fresh, hot & the delivery driver was professional. Really happy with the quality of food & professionalism of the driver.

delivery driver was very helpful and friendly, order was missing items for how expensive this place is you would think they get the order correct. not happy.

3rd time here now in 6 weeks , nothing has changed , everything is excellent , the chicken is delicious , the service for drive through customers is fast and the servers are always polite , what more does anyone want from this KFC.

chips were far too salty and Chicken was full of grease. chips went straight in the bin. and I could only eat half of the chicken.the cookie was lovely though

The laziest KFC anywhere. They won't do table service, indeed, any service is too much trouble. Bins often overflow. They do not monitor the car park and need to be aware that disabled parking bays are used by their Deliveroo drivers. It's just bad. The portion sizes make no sense and are random. A small rice or gravy can be the same size as a large. Sometimes fries have salt, sometimes they don't. Occasionally, some pieces of chicken are effectively just bones with almost no meat. Some wings are tiny, others are huge, they don't care if someone orders 3 and get 3 tiny ones. As for the tables, they are cleaned with a dirty rag. Wipe one with a paper towel and see what it looks like, it's gross. Toilets are also horrible. The hand dryer, if it works, doesn't get hot so everyone walks out with wet hands.

never arrived , I checked the ads at 12:30 it said it had been delivered at 12:09 , noone came to my front door or my back garden gate , the delivery pin was given to noone . I'm now 35.00 out of pocket ! with no food because no one wants to answer the phone and deal with this

chips were cold. Delivery driver apologised for lateness and he was very nice .

Thought we would have a treat, so decided KFC because it isn't that cheap and really fancied chicken. Had a wicked variety 6 piece bucket, small gravy and chilli dip with pound tip £34. Service was fine , delivered on time no problem. Food poor. They were the worst fries I have had from here, virtually soggy. The main chicken pieces were not at all crispy just greasy soggy skin. Highly disappointing.

Cold and old Chips never again

My finances chicken was dry cold chips were cold the bun of my fillet burger was mouldy sent it back twice still no improvement will not go to KFC again felt ill afterwards

We went here for lunch mum and step dad ordered food and the chips were cold also my step dad's buger bun was MOULDY they said it was toster burn but it wasn't as it was green an toster burn IS NOT GREEN. I do not recommend coming here overall unsatisfied and unacceptable behaviour!

Fantastic service by Sean after some confusion with our order. Went above and beyond to help resolve our issue and even gave us some free drinks while waited, so big thank you to him. The chicken wings unfortunately weren't very good, not very warm and strangely bland compared to normal, but still a 5* for the service!

Why do the delivery driver almost bang door down

Complete wrong order sent. Diabetic insulin dependent, had insulin for correct meal however this did not arrive causing hypoglycaemia. Tried to call kfc 5 times no answer

The loos had an awful smell, staff were rather off hand, asked for a coffee, and they don't make coffee apparently, portions are tiny for children. Not a fan

Tiny fries order not good enough

Delivery took 1hr! The chips were freezing cold and soggy and my chicken was cold too. I am a stones throw away from KFC absolutely shocking. The driver ran to my door shoved me the bag didn’t say anything and didn’t take my delivery code

Food and delivery time as great. The delivery driver was terrible and extremely rude. I live second floor flat and he rang the buzzer and TOLD me to go down and get it. I asked why he could bring it up and no reply. He then knocked on my door and with a raised voice asked me “ what is your name” I told him he then turned around and walked off. Terrible attitude.

Team always busy, smiling and quick with orders, food was always freshly cooked, moist tender chicken, one of the best KFC we have visited.
