KFC Northampton - Nene Park Sixfields in Northampton

Complete wrong order sent. Diabetic insulin dependent, had insulin for correct meal however this did not arrive causing hypoglycaemia. Tried to call kfc 5 times no answer

3rd time here now in 6 weeks , nothing has changed , everything is excellent , the chicken is delicious , the service for drive through customers is fast and the servers are always polite , what more does anyone want from this KFC.

Food was cold, chips missing, everything had come out of pacy

Arrived stone cold even the gravy was cold. The food has been squashed. Was inedible and had to be thrown, driver said had multiple orders which isn’t our fault and he swore at us and was rude. Have requested refund.

Pizzas cold !!!! As looked like wasn’t in an insulated bag !!!!! Very poor

The chicken was very grisly, not usual kfc standard.

I ordered my food at 10:30pm and it took about 50 minutes.

Burger was cold, no spoon for beans, tango drink missing from delivery.delivery distance less than half a mile. All very poor and disappointing.

chips were cold and soggy chicken was dry and just warm could not eat it must have been the leftover chicken definitely was not freshly cooked disgusting won't be ordering again

The loos had an awful smell, staff were rather off hand, asked for a coffee, and they don't make coffee apparently, portions are tiny for children. Not a fan

Once again my order was cold my fries where horrible my chicken was luke warm whats going on here just eat I'm paying over the price for my meal as it is my wife was in tears she was expecting a mighty bucket hot not cold she had to have something else which I had to pay more from please refund me the full money thankyou

Tiny fries order not good enough

Delivery took 1hr! The chips were freezing cold and soggy and my chicken was cold too. I am a stones throw away from KFC absolutely shocking. The driver ran to my door shoved me the bag didn’t say anything and didn’t take my delivery code

I ask for no legs because of children and bones! And had a. Bucket of legs!

Burger was terrible , cold . About inch tall looked like the hulk had smashed it down to nothing .chips were soggy . Warmest thing int he bag was the can of 7up

food was stone cold and delivery was very late so much so that I have requested a refund as the food tasted awful and went in yhe bin.

Food and delivery time as great. The delivery driver was terrible and extremely rude. I live second floor flat and he rang the buzzer and TOLD me to go down and get it. I asked why he could bring it up and no reply. He then knocked on my door and with a raised voice asked me “ what is your name” I told him he then turned around and walked off. Terrible attitude.

My order was cold and late I was also told I would receive a refund from this and haven’t

Team always busy, smiling and quick with orders, food was always freshly cooked, moist tender chicken, one of the best KFC we have visited.

Prices go up chicken quality goes down, party buckets are half of the rubbish chicken parts and chicken meat not fresh and is not the first time happened

was a free Friday but got nothing free . my order was £8 but it cost me another £5 on top 😒 not good , i wont be doing that again. oh and it was cold !!

Very polite gentleman delivered the food.

There was no one inside the restaurant, so we were gobsmacked at the confusion of the staff shouting out our order number. The order unit did not print our receipt with the order number. When we asked for it, three obviously very young individuals in a KFC click had no customer service whatsoever, with absolutely no sense of humour when we tried to make light of the situation to help their incompetence. Thank God I love a KFC bucket 🪣

Food cold chicken tuff as it was stone cold

First I encountered a uber eats driver who tryed to run me over on the way in to the kfc then on the way in he was a very rude man to the staff and myself . Rushing around and then he took the wrong order to his car . Then had to exchange it for the right one . Then all the orders was backed up eventually I got to my seat and on the next table was a few people from the local mad house . Shouting jumping up and down I could not even digest ny food at a cost of £10 in my only 45 mins break from my busy job .. never will I go back in that kfc and probably never go to kfc again ever . Rubish 0 out of 10 ..

delivered half hour after it said it left the restaurant, was cold, we are 7 mins drive at most! Rubbish delivery

Lets see i placed an order around 5.30 i found out it was delivered after six, to who i dont know,do you? I tried ringing your store over 80 times!!! I then had to contact Kfc head office then just eats head office who has returned my money.For me then to place another order as we were hungry after waiting over 2 hours only for this food to be cold!!!Your 15mins away !!! Absolutely disgusting in the past its been here in 15 mins piping hot!!! No apology given i’m disgusted!!!

Signature fries portion size is shocking for the price of them, and they were cold, and they looked and tasted like they were stale, chicken been sitting a while by the taste as well , will not be ordering from here again , waste of money

Driver excellent. I'm on 2nd floor. He found that lift is out so walked up to me. Very grateful as I have mobility issues.

Used the drive through, only when I got home realised that I'd literally got half of my order, and it wasn't a difficult one. Had to drive back and collect the rest. That said the lady who corrected everything was very helpful and apologetic

Second time in a couple of months I’ve been there and the quality of food has been abysmal and the customer service has been even worse. First time I took my food back as the grease on the chicken made the coating soggy, it was dripping and there was a puddle in the bottom of the bucket. The look and attitude I got from the staff was diabolical the response when taking it back was “what do you want us to do about it” they refused to give a refund, they did replace the food which wasn’t much better but the looks we got from them were appalling. Yesterday I got a drive thru and I asked if they still done a certain drink? He said no, then I asked if had any alternatives or anything like what I was asking for and he said the menu is in front of me (in the drive thru they only display their new or promotional items) I told him this and you could hear him sigh through the speaker as though this was too much bother for him. Went round to collect and the lady barely put the card reader out of the window I asked how much it was and her reply was “it’s on there” (it was blank) I advised her this and again the attitude on her was awful. I left saying have a good evening to which she just said yeah. Won’t be going there ever again.

I ordered regular fries and received ones with peppercorn on them or something spicy. My child was crying, couldn't eat them

Chicken always seems overcooked and dry these days and the drink with the meals is always warm, maybe because they put it in the bag with the food!

i got McDonald’s instead of KFC.

No hot drinks, no milk shakes, not very impressed

Takeaway service ok but the person taking the orders didn't know what white meat only was and required an explanation which still after explaining they said I'd get a mixture of all the different cuts in a bargain bucket . Thankfully the person making up the order knew what was meant by white meat only

The food was okay, but when I used to self service machine there was no receipt for your order number. I had to take a picture using my phone to remind me what my order number was.

What you would expect from a fast foods restaurant has a drive through and in store service foods is nice and service is good

Ordered 3 meals and got no chips. Stupid!

Still as bad. Got a bargain bucket last nite and picked up on drive through. Drove home of which is just under 10 mins and chips were cold and chicken, well you can squeeze it and the oil comes dripping out. Fully accept that it’s deep fried but oil can’t be hot enough as stated the chicken absorbed the oil.

Always plenty of parking and food consistently good.
