My family ordered 3 meals. Those costs are very valuable. Fries are large. Mine is chicken loves beef. Although quite salty, it's juicy and thick. 8 quids only. Certainly will visit again.

Chicken dry, pizza overcooked, chips had been reheated which made them taste horrible. Overall quality was poor, coupled with the late delivery time.

Order was wrong from the burger to the fries to the drinks. Rang them to see what they could do and was completely dismissed with no resolution. Never ordering again!

Overpriced, the burger was grissly and hard the wings are full of grease the wrap is just full of lettuce and mayo the donut is a joke of a donut and dryer then Ghandis flip flop oh and they also forgot my drink😀

I had ordered a meal for collection and when I arrived and told the worker he said "was it over the phone" in a way which implied he forgot and so I had to wait for them to cook the whole meal which was terrible quality I will not be going again

was abit worried ordering from here as some reviews aren't great but you can't judge it until you try it and glad I did. apart from it not being very warm, the taste of the food is lovely! Nice tender chicken and they also listened to my note for restaurant which I am so thankful for or I would be a very angry pregnant lady haha

Absolutely disgusting and inedible! The beans came ice cold! Like they had come straight out of the fridge! Not even attempted to warm them up. Fries hard and cold and the burgers cold.

I put down the wrong address and I called up the restaurant and got it all sorted they were excellent driver also willing to change route and food still warm much appreciated and food was lovely

Ordered chicken filet burger and chicken burger with fries for the kids. Kids loved it but the baps of my burger were out of date otherwise kids food was nice. They had chicken nuggets

I came in here for lunch today. I got a chicken burger with hot wings and fries. The chicken burger was okay but the hot wings I’ve had better somewhere else. The chips was nice but there was too much chips for one person. I got a can of Pepsi original like the can been through the wars. Also the person who served me did not ask me if I was dying in or taking away.

The food was hard and the tasteless burgers. They were at least a day old, reheated and hard. The bun was awful. The milkshake is over priced and the chips are awful however they will offer red salt which is just paprika basically. How good of them. This place is yet another fast food establishment ripping off the general public daily. Nasty people.

I usually love Freddys but it wasn’t great last night. Chips didn’t have much red salt on and they weren’t as fresh as usual. The chicken burger was poor- it was mainly just a roll with mayo and lettuce. The piece of chicken inside it was incredibly thin! I hope this was just a one off as Freddys is usually great!

Woww, its really gone downhill! The standards of food are terrible and the food was pretty much completely inedible. The pizza was just grease and salt and cold, the chips were so salty, hard and cold, the chicken was hard and cold and the burgers were wet, cold and gross... this used to be our go to place for a treat but I won't be ordering again. I'd like a refund please.

Food was average. Chips were hard. Chicken had a weird taste. Worst part was the customer service and delivery. It was incredibly late. And then to top it off, the delivery driver got angry down the phone. Accused me of putting the wrong address. Would not listen when I told him a million times that I live in a house and not a flat. He would not listen. He even said he was going to take my food back if I didn't come out my flat to get it. I live in a house. He was at the wrong place, but insisted it was my fault. Not ordering from them again.

Estimated time for the order was order 20:25-20:45 but we did not receive the food until 21:28 and by time the food came, it was cold.

Greasy chicken, chicken burgers soggy chicken and damp bun. My guess. It was sat in the plastic bags for far too long during delivery. Driver must have done multi stops.

The wrap meal and chips were good, nice food. Unfortunately the wings were undercooked, all of them pink in the middle - have requested a refund for wings. Rest of the order was all good. Looked for customer services email online to send photographs of the wings, was unable to locate.

Ordered 10 hash brown bites yet only got 5 when it came, also was half an hour late and all food was cold and not particularly edible due to this. Not happy at all.

Did not receive full order, rang restaurant to state full order had not been received and they said we can have free fries next time but we wanted our full order tonight so said they would deliver within 30 minutes but has not been recieved so over 2hrs late and one member of the family had to go without and this is not acceptable! Member of staff rude on the phone, we understand that mistakes can be made but they can be rectified with good customer services. This has not been done in this circumstance!

Chicken was rotten. Tasted old and absolutely smelt

Chicken was greasy, meat falling apart, all the batter falling off the wings.. meat was not left to drain in a holding unit. Had a smell of oil & grease I couldn’t smell the traditional freddys chicken wings smell. Very disappointed as this is a regular for me to buy my food.

Food was on time and warm, but the wings were extremely greasy and the chips and mozzarella sticks were over-fried. Won't order again.

Very good food which was let down by a very rude delivery driver. Quite literally “dropped” the food on on the floor .. muttered something in a language that I don’t speak and walked away..!

Got to the restaurant to collect to be advised that main part of the order was not available (pizza)- no notes on the menu when ordering or a phone call to advise of this. Got told by the restaurant that I had to contact Just Eat for a refund - Just Eat are refusing the refund and now out of pocket for paying for a meal which I never had . It’s a real shame as quite liked coming here previously and had no problems but I’m not out of pocket for no food received

The cheeseburgers were sooo good, as we're the fries. Sadly, the chicken strips were overcooked and very dry.

The menu was extremely confusing and it stated buy one get one free, only once ordered and collecting to be told its not on pizza deals just on solo pizzas making it very expensive

Driver was late and refused to get out of his car, would rather stand and argue after I’ve payed for meal and delivery. Food was cold and not up to normal standard delivery guy really let these guys down today.

I have ordered a food over the phone, then I turned up to collect it, just to find out they didn't proceed my order. I did not hear any apologies after all. This firm is a complete joke to me. Avoid if you can!

It’s a shame. Getting food delivered is pointless. Came to cold and the slaw was off.
