Mcdonald's Restaurants in Northampton

A fair example of a McDonald’s. The parking is difficult. I parked in a loading lay-by and managed to get away with it whilst I ran in to pick-up my order.

The area is dirty, lots of dangerous people. The food is the best in town

Reason for 1 star a male staff worker today 05/02 at 6:50am said the sanitation facilities are not open yet! Even though someone was already using this whilst I waited, it is a requirement if a food outlet is open and of this size (drapery Northampton) to provide this.. read up on this and allow your customers to use the facilities specially if they are in desperate need. I will be complaining about you higher

Delivery driver spot on, even got us utensils for our meal.

The food wasnt particularly warm when it arrived and the fries were a bit stale. The delivery was great, on time and friendly.

Delivery time when placing order was 6.20pm but when l looked to see how far away the order was it was another 20mins and arrive red at 6.40pm. Food was Luke warm

driver decided to drive miles out of town first, before delivering mine when I live less than half a mile from restaurant, all the food was freezing cold and completely ruined, spent 30 quid and driver let me down badly

Delivery driver was on time, however it appeared that the notes were not followed and my food was cold on arrrival.

Food was cold and arrive 10 minutes late. Due to the fact that the driver had to deliver another order. Drove passed my house to deliver the first one and then dropped mine off. It’s not the drivers fault as he’s not in control of whose order he has to deliver first but my food is cold and once McDonald’s is cold it’s not very nice.

Kept knocking the time back to over an hour from order time, food was stone cold when arrived, really was disappointed, I’ve had issues before probably my fault for keep returning, but this will be the last time I order from McDonald’s,

Nothing missing this tim, but one of the drinks was on its side in the bag and moat of it was lost . dropped through my house.

Estimated 5pm delivery. Ended up being 5.45pm delivered.

amazing experience don’t know whether it was the driver or McDonald’s themselves but I got butter with my pancakes and an inside plastic lid on my cup of latte so it did not spill anywhere. It is the little things that count thank you. 10/10

Chips cold and part cooked. Very little sauce and onion etc on the burger. No salad on burger at all. Nuggets part cooked. Most of the order thrown in the bin. Avoid this MacDonolds! I will be writing to their head office.

Worse Mc Donald's I have ever been too hands down.... too many delivery services waiting both in and outside.... service area is strange and very badly organised... food is always slapped together... wonky burgers, tepid hot drinks and warm cold drinks were they all made well ahead of food arriving.... avoid like the plague!

Please please avoid! Clearly this cesspit disregards food hygiene at every turn, the picture says it all! I found a hair in my food after taking a bite and moving the burger. Do NOT order from here. Avoid like the plague.

if i could give zero stars i would, normally i’m understanding and if theres issues with delivery i do not blame the store, however today it is very much the stores fault, i got a happy meal, and a small flurry, which i of course did not receive, not to mention the lack of straw for the drink and the sauce i got for the happy meal nuggets, do better.

Ordered 20 nuggets, 6 nuggets, 2 large chips, Diet Coke and a strawberry milkshake. Received 20 nuggets total, 2 medium chips and Diet Coke and a vanilla milkshake with no straws. Cherry on the top was the food was barely warm. Tried to complain on the website but they just directed me to uber eats or deliveroo but they weren’t the problem…

the driver was late. he never called us, stating he had a wrong number, which was on the order. he didn't call even when I gave the number again. the food arrived stone cold and had to be reheated. he didn't even apologise when he finally came to the door. he said he couldn't find the door and I directed him to the main building door at the top of the hill and he said he was at the gym around the corner.
