The quality of the food was subpar. Additionally, the self-checkout system lacks the functionality to add sauce to purchased items, and there are no alternative options available.

Very poor service, dirty place

Place is disgusting, toilets are filthy , who ever runs and owns the place takes no pride in it whatsoever, compared to the other macdonalds around Northampton it’s so substandard

every time whenever I visited McDonald's the fries with meal is very worst.... I don't know why but McDonald's is now making very bad food the 🍟 like burn or like very old and sometimes smelly like they preparing in one oil again and again.....

Never received order I rang macdonalds and they said kitchen wa closed no food orders are not accepted manually but automatically and to ring macdonalds for refund but I have and still no response very disappointed spent over 30 in total.

Food start to be tasteless for the last 6 months, fries are bitter thats mean they dont change the cooking oil with a fresh one to often and they charging 10 pence for a dip? Maybe this is the reason that not to many people are inside when it should be peak time on Sunday. That must be a joke, will be last time for me here

Absolutely appalling. I ordered through delivery on the app and when the delivery driver showed up to my door the bag with my drink inside wasn’t sealed shut which was then led to sticky oasis being poured all over my front patio outside the of my house. The bag in which the drink was placed wasn’t sealed properly and neither was the drink then the delivery driver did nothing about it and when I called in I was just placed on hold. Would not recommend unless you want to have insects swarming all over your house in summer due to sugary drinks being spilled.

delivery address is clear as day, Drivers to bone idle to look out of their vehicle window or even in some cases get out of their cars with delivery not just this order but others recently to this address. They call stating can't find address when their either parked next door, even parked right outside or even ar other end of car park meaning they have driven past premises, can they not read either! Use of English language on phone is poor on voicemail, are they properly insured to drive?

The food was nice & hot, order came out as expected, they don't have the sauce available on pumps to help yourselves unfortunately, & the counter area feels very crowded as they have made a major part of it for delivery drivers, & there is only one till to order at the counter.

Too many delivery drivers congregate outside on the pavement, blocking the entrance and street. Annoying and rude. Atmosphere inside is not relaxed, there's a tense vibe. Food is mediocre. Service is very slow, especially at lunchtime.

Noone turned up. App says delivered and cannot get hold of anyone to sort it. Not good at all. Please refund immediately.

parts of my order were missing and the burgers and chips were all cold. it took 35 mins for the order to arrive once it left (I only live 10 mins away) delivery guy stopped elsewhere for 20 mins before coming to me as I kept checking the tracking on the app.

Breakfast stop for a wrap, porridge, and coffee. Service was as it should be. My only fault here is there are no seats where you wait on a morning at 6.30 am before it fully opens. Awkward screens at the counter like it's still got COVID restrictions. The town square immediately outside offers a great venue to chill and eat.
