Mcdonald's Restaurants in Northampton

This was the last time in this MC, we ordered wraps and fries. The fries were awful, they were pale and undercooked, and the wraps had very few ingredients, the food was made carelessly. This was the last time there.

This McDonalds felt that how things were in COVID with prison looking glass screens and limited hours was brilliant!.... and just never changed 🤷‍♂️ It's basically geared itself up as a giant Deliveroo Hub and it's still clear that's their main focus. You collect your orders behind giant bullet proof screens while the order screens inform you it's takeaway only at 5pm on a Saturday at dinner time.... And that's on purpose because if you're not ordering for takeaway or delivery they aren't really interested and will slam their doors shut in favour of delivery only as soon as they can because who wants to deal with the riff raft (customers smell even when they want to give you money) when lazy people will pay double. The staff though seem sound, friendly and accommodating enough if you ask but there are plenty of other drive thrus about that have a nicer overall experience.

Once again, no straw for the drink. I also only received half a drink as the courier had obviously spilled it. Really not acceptable

The bag that the food was delivered in was ripped as if someone had been in it and the food was cold. I am outraged that I paid £14 for this atrocious meal

once more, no straw for the milkshake...once is a mistake, twice is a coincidence...the third time it's down to staff negligence

Driver was very rude, shouting at me to come and collect my food. He turned up at the wrong side of the location even though delivery instructions where provided.

how am I supposed to drink a milkshake without a straw?

Extremely long wait for food when dining in. No access to free sauces. You have to pay 10p per sachet. The toilets are accessed by a code on your receipt (good idea), but they are disgusting. The general vibe here doesn't seem very relaxed or customer focused.

Food cold couldn’t eat it!!!! Took 1.5 hours to arrive. Very very unhappy not even with 1 star!!!!!

The order delivered wasn't mine. I had to go back to the restaurant myself to return the incorrect order. 3 weeks ago I had to go there because 1.5 hours after ordering it still didn't turn up.

I placed an order at 4.40 pm and it arrived at 6.15 pm. The food was cold when it finally arrived.

Ordered the sharwbox and no dips where delivered even though it was part of the order

i ordered my food at 12:15 with the request of having it at 12:45. it took over an hour for them to start preparing it and my estimated delivery time was changed every 5 minutes.

the driver Didn't speak english so didn't know where to meet me, So we got wet walking out to meet him ! Plus there was no straw for my milkshake.

Guaranteed to screw up the order. The last couple of orders I have had has a couple of items missing. Do you have some sort of process to check the order before sending it for delivery! Ridiculous!

How hard is it to include a sauce what is paid for? Mcdonalds never put the paid sauces in…

Saturday evening so I expected asap to be quite a wait, but only half an hour so was pleased about that. Tasty enjoyable food delivered quickly by a smiley cheery person. Only whinge is that like last time food is only warm I would like it to be hotter.

Food cold , delivery guy takes out the food bags and puts them on the pavement then stands there for a few minutes doing nothing before deciding to know the door .

Never received my order was collected at the restaurant at 14:30 and the driver went to Wellingborough then to rothwell in Kettering won’t be order of just eat again I will use a different delivery service.

Slow speed in serving orders they prioritise the deliveroo orders and is a social club for the school kids to take up seats and cause anti social behaviour why don’t they kick them out if they don’t purchase anything absolutely ludicrous and management don’t do nothing

We received the wrong order again but the delivery man very kindly took it back to McDonalds and brought us the correct order about 15 minutes later which was very good of him as it was not his mistake. However when we finally received our correct order it was cold due to the mix up and time delay.

Delivery drivers need too look properly at their orders that they give too people I ain’t got time waiting around too order all over again becouse some delivery driver haven’t checked what he gave me so disappointed get these drivers some learning lessons on how too check and give correct food!!!

Great delivery, Restaurant forgot the dip ordered.

The quality of the food was subpar. Additionally, the self-checkout system lacks the functionality to add sauce to purchased items, and there are no alternative options available.

Rider called to come down and collect things, when I came down he already left after leaving the food on door steps. Ice Latte was missing as I could see even from outside the package, I could have raised concern with rider if I’d chance to see him. I have taken pics for proof
