The worst I got not my order didn’t eat anything as it was some hamburgers and small chips keep in mind I paid 18 pounds and got stuff for 5£ I need my refund

I didn’t receive my food. It said it was delivered at 9pm, it was only 8.20pm.

Stone cold food. Would have liked the option to return it as McDonald’s is not nice reheated but instead I got 10% of my money back. Ridiculous

As food was handed to me bag split food fell to floor delivery staff just picks it up and trys to give it me then the drunks bag was ripped and split dripping every where just gave back to delivery rider told to take it back but they just left it

the driver was late. he never called us, stating he had a wrong number, which was on the order. he didn't call even when I gave the number again. the food arrived stone cold and had to be reheated. he didn't even apologise when he finally came to the door. he said he couldn't find the door and I directed him to the main building door at the top of the hill and he said he was at the gym around the corner.

Chips were cold and floppy chilli cheeseburger was missing and mayo chicken like rubber. What a disappointment avoid this restaurant if possible

The burger looked like it was made by a toddler. There was ketchup on the top and side on the buns, the ingredients were in the wrong sequence and it was sloppily arranged. Also, didn't taste nice.

my food was literally cold and it said it would be delivered at 20:10 and got here at 20:35 and then to add to that my drink was missing and the delivery man tried to convince me i didn’t order a drink when my order was right there in front of him then he went through my mcdonald’s bag trying to prove that my drink was inside there when it was not, im not happy about anything to do with this order i don’t even want to eat it

pretty disappointed about this order. the fries were cold, the quarter pounder was cold, the oasis lid wasn't on properly which caused it to spill into the bag and ruin the other drink. the mcCrispy had a good amount of mayo but it wasn't on the burger but instead in the box. and the cheese burger had a ridiculous amount of ketchup on. safe to say it will be quite a while till we order from this mcdonalds again.

Almost every time some of my items on delivery are missing. Now they miss my fries and my balsamic sauce which mean I can’t eat the side salad. So thank you very much!

My order it is not delivered . He was more than 20 minutes late . Putting me to wait outside . And the food was very cold. So he said he will come back for a new one. The double quarter pounder was a bit dry and we had No straws (very difficult to drink a milkshake with no straw) or napkins but apart from that from that the meal was alright, but not the best we have had it could of been better.

I received someone else’s order which was cold and value £6.29 and was credited £4.08 when my order was over £17.00 plus delivery plus tip. Over £22 in total. £4.08 credit is not sufficient recompense.

We went to McDonald's before we went to mk for a party. Food was good hot and on time. Good times.

Love the new McRib but the fries were undercooked

Every time I order, my drink or the drinks in the bag have always been leaking and have been spilt meaning half or the whole drink is gone, spoils the rest of the food and no straws in the bags either. Happens all the time, something needs to be sorted as I’m really not happy.

I didn’t mean to click late, but anyways I always put call my number. The number is correct, but one of the delivery drivers seemed aggressive telling me to fix it & don’t put the wrong number, when clearly I haven’t. I told him I haven’t and he kept answering back & walked back from the car insisting it’s my fault “it’s you brother, just check it next time brother don’t put wrong number”. Really not happy with that service at all, appalling really.

This was the last time in this MC, we ordered wraps and fries. The fries were awful, they were pale and undercooked, and the wraps had very few ingredients, the food was made carelessly. This was the last time there.

This McDonalds felt that how things were in COVID with prison looking glass screens and limited hours was brilliant!.... and just never changed 🤷‍♂️ It's basically geared itself up as a giant Deliveroo Hub and it's still clear that's their main focus. You collect your orders behind giant bullet proof screens while the order screens inform you it's takeaway only at 5pm on a Saturday at dinner time.... And that's on purpose because if you're not ordering for takeaway or delivery they aren't really interested and will slam their doors shut in favour of delivery only as soon as they can because who wants to deal with the riff raft (customers smell even when they want to give you money) when lazy people will pay double. The staff though seem sound, friendly and accommodating enough if you ask but there are plenty of other drive thrus about that have a nicer overall experience.

I ordered a mcdonald’s breakfast yesterday morning. When it got here my drink had spilt all in the bag, my mcmuffin had fallen apart and i only had one hashbrown although i ordered an extra one, i expect a refund.
