Walked in tonight and ordered a Mexican chicken burger and I have to say it was very good, fresh salad and tasty dressing. It was served very fast very efficiently and the chap they're very kindly gave me two dips one being garlic and the other being chilli which were also very nice 👌

Food was extremely late, food also uncooked and cold.

Wasn’t there to receive order but food especially chips was good.

They forgot my food and mixed up the items

for 15 mins message said food being delivered, the restaurant is only a 5 min drive by car, the food was just warm when it arrived

Really disappointed with the wings, They were soggy and didn't taste fresh at all. Customer service wasn't helpful either. Expected better for a main road location. #NorthamptonEats

Do not use them for delivery, food arrived stone cold and stale.

I bought chicken wings meal worst chicken I ever had very oily and soggy. Waste of money

I bought supreme chicken burger and 6 wings and both were hard and tasted like pre cooked chicken.

My order came at least 45 minutes after and it was cold

Ordered my food at 23:18 and at 00:20 my food was meant to be delivered. I rang them at 00:30 they said it would take 10 minutes at 00:45 I rang them again which they repeated saying it will take 10 minutes. At 01:12 I rang them and had no answer and finally at 01:20 my food was delivered. I have waited over 2 hours for my food tonight

The chicken was soggy and has a wet dog smell to the meat , fries seasoned nice but too many black bits and not very fresh. Overall very bad for the price. Nice service though.

delivered abit early but was ok

waited over an hour with no communication, took me to phone them for them to tell me it will be there in 5-10 min due to "multiple orders" still nothing nearly 20 minutes later, so I phone back "we tried to call you" no you didn't! "the driver couldn't find my address" and "he's been to your address" ... how if he couldn't find it? the restaurant phones the driver to bring the food back, which credit him he did, but was cold, dry and really not good! very disappointed, very upset!

Usually good service however tonight the chips were stone cold and some items were missing. I rang the shop who initially said they would not redeliver. After pressing them they changed their mind but said it would be over an hour wait. Not good service tonight.

Mayo stored in open large bowl next to the heater for preped food place looks dirty out back plus struggle to get basic instructions right and skinny bearded lad behind desk appears useless and smell his B,O across counter I will never eat there again personally

Food turned up on time however we were missing our pizza, the chips and chicken were luke warm if that. The pizza was over cooked and burnt on top and wasn’t pleasant and didn’t taste nice at all. Very disappointed as the quality of the food has really gone down hill! Used to love Freddy’s. Hot wings are still good though!

The food was absolutely horrendous. The apple pie was fried in old oil and tasted like fish. The chips and chicken were soggy and completely tasteless.

Food was not fresh and everything was not cooked pizza dough was old it was look like they made these dough 3 days before

Im really disappointed with my pizza today, it came kinda cold, tastes and literally smells old and is all gummy I order from freddy's on a regular basis and it has never happened before, when i rang the restaurant ive been told that everything is fine and pizza is fresh, its never been this bad wont be ordering again

Buger and wings good quality and the best fries in northampton.

Great tasting food and friendly staff. There isn't much to say about atmosphere as it's a take out (although you can dine in if you want). Pretty close to Kentucky flavour.

I often buy from Freddies as my go to treat. I met the owner one eve helping him start his car and he kindly gave us a meal as a thank you. Since then I’ve loved it. However, last night I bought three meal deals and they were cold, I live round the corner, the chips were cold and stale and the burgers were spicy although we requested normal, so we didn’t eat it and decided to cook. A real shame as it taints ordering again.

Me my mother and two siblings have food poisoning from the chicken we ordered yesterday. We had a box of chicken and a second smaller portion of spicy wings and we’ve all been throwing up from a half hour after eating till now

Person serving Asian guy with bear did not understand the prices regular burger meal marked as single priced £5.49 and large meal marked as £6.49 I ordered single he seems to think it’s single burger price I know bit of wheeling dealing going on in Northampton I.e subletting Freddy’s Frenchise Freddy’s get your act togather and employ suitable staff I take it lot of cash in hand going on

We got a big bucket of chicken for 4 for £20. The quantity is perfect and the price very low. The service is fast as expected in a fast food restaurant. The chicken is pretty good but the frying is not crispy enough and is very greasy. In summary, the quantity-price ratio is very good, the quality-price ratio a little less

The food coming early was a very pleasant surprise. I very much enjoyed Freddy's.

Food not good today, however the delivery was very rude and abusive when I asked him to bring the food to the door as I had my son , he started swearing and pushed the food onto my son, which then he started to fight with me. Have reported it to the police.

Food was stone cold , chips , pizza , burgers completely stone cold , driver said he was sorry he had 3 other deliveries , sorry but this doesn’t mean my food should be cold ? Not my problem, food went into the bin , this place can be really nice but just recently they don’t care

The fries with the Chili salt is banging, their fried chicken hot wings, and spicey chicken burger the bees knees! Can't wait till i eat there again😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unfortunately the chicken was overcooked and hard in the burgers, the chips were also pretty much cold. For £38 we are very disappointed. We probably wont order from here again.

Burgers were as hard as a brick 🤦🏽‍♀️ the money spent wasn’t worth the food given. For a family mix meal it’s quite embarrassing getting bad food. Please do better with the food quality so it matches the price.

Food arrived cold. Burger wad just about edible because I was starving chips was horrible I wouldn't even feed them to my dog. And the pizza was horrible and soggy ...best part was my cold drink. Waste of money and a late night.
