Super early and still hot and delicious as always

Very bad , not give me any garlic mayonnaise , how can eat , so bad , very poor service , I m stopping order from there, with only red mayonnaise , how can eat , all food gone to bin , u r not give free food , we r spending money ok , every time asking like that for beggars for mayonnaise, why ? I m spending money that’s I m asking,

the chicken pieces I ordered where so cold I had to head them up also the chips

Chicken was absolutely delicious, fresh salad too

Please chill on the salt. Both wings and the fries were salty as he'll.

I wasn’t there to pick up food but was surprised was given a complementary pizza thank you that was good.

The young guy treats us very nice. He congrats our pregnancy and fave is the extra piece of chicken! French fries is tasty

Probably the worst food I had burger was dry chips were stale.... Wings were old... NEVER AGAIN

Food was cold and as a result tasted poor. Also items missing from the order. Made several attempts to speak to restaurant but no answer on the phone. Will not be ordering for delivery again.

Delivery was excellent and good was nice and warm still. Hoecer a bit disappointed with the burgers, they were very dry, overcooked

food was good but will not order again as I order pizza from the buy one get one free cheese and tomato and only got 1 and got told at delivery they cheese and tomato pizza is part of the buy one get one free so I went without my dinner and just had half a bag of chips !!!!

Very bad food i ordered family mega deal for dinner Delivery was tooooo late Pizza wasn’t cooked at all Chicken fillet burgers we’re stinky poor taste poor quality fillets full of salt Just straight away put in the bin Rang the shop explain to them they didn’t bother Don’t recommend to anyone no stars

last 2 times we ordered they somehow forgot to put sauce on the pizza, asked them to make sure they put it on today and they nudt have used around about a tea spoon of sauce. dry chicken and was all cold. I don't know how difficult it is?

Wasn’t to happy with food wings were very oily oil was dripping off and chips in meal a lot of salt delivery was great as always.

What a joke food was cold and over 20 minutes late while on the app it says to enjoy your food after a call to the restaurant to be told what’s your order so I tell them and just get on way still waited ages for them to come

Better than the rugby! I usually walk past Freddie’s but decided to try it. My son and I had a spicy chicken burger.We both said how nice it was not wet or greasy just fresh all round. Good job I shall certainly return when I’m at the Saints.

Walked in tonight and ordered a Mexican chicken burger and I have to say it was very good, fresh salad and tasty dressing. It was served very fast very efficiently and the chap they're very kindly gave me two dips one being garlic and the other being chilli which were also very nice 👌

Been here at 10 very spread out times over the last 5 years and every time it has been banging. The red salt fries are incredible and the chicken is the best I've had from one of these sorta places. Service is always reasonably quick and never had any issues at all. Will go very out of my way for this place.

for 15 mins message said food being delivered, the restaurant is only a 5 min drive by car, the food was just warm when it arrived

Really disappointed with the wings, They were soggy and didn't taste fresh at all. Customer service wasn't helpful either. Expected better for a main road location. #NorthamptonEats

Do not use them for delivery, food arrived stone cold and stale.

I bought chicken wings meal worst chicken I ever had very oily and soggy. Waste of money

My order came at least 45 minutes after and it was cold

I bought supreme chicken burger and 6 wings and both were hard and tasted like pre cooked chicken.

Ordered my food at 23:18 and at 00:20 my food was meant to be delivered. I rang them at 00:30 they said it would take 10 minutes at 00:45 I rang them again which they repeated saying it will take 10 minutes. At 01:12 I rang them and had no answer and finally at 01:20 my food was delivered. I have waited over 2 hours for my food tonight

The chicken was soggy and has a wet dog smell to the meat , fries seasoned nice but too many black bits and not very fresh. Overall very bad for the price. Nice service though.

The food didn’t even arrive at my door

delivered abit early but was ok

waited over an hour with no communication, took me to phone them for them to tell me it will be there in 5-10 min due to "multiple orders" still nothing nearly 20 minutes later, so I phone back "we tried to call you" no you didn't! "the driver couldn't find my address" and "he's been to your address" ... how if he couldn't find it? the restaurant phones the driver to bring the food back, which credit him he did, but was cold, dry and really not good! very disappointed, very upset!

Usually good service however tonight the chips were stone cold and some items were missing. I rang the shop who initially said they would not redeliver. After pressing them they changed their mind but said it would be over an hour wait. Not good service tonight.

Mayo stored in open large bowl next to the heater for preped food place looks dirty out back plus struggle to get basic instructions right and skinny bearded lad behind desk appears useless and smell his B,O across counter I will never eat there again personally

Food turned up on time however we were missing our pizza, the chips and chicken were luke warm if that. The pizza was over cooked and burnt on top and wasn’t pleasant and didn’t taste nice at all. Very disappointed as the quality of the food has really gone down hill! Used to love Freddy’s. Hot wings are still good though!

The food was absolutely horrendous. The apple pie was fried in old oil and tasted like fish. The chips and chicken were soggy and completely tasteless.

Food was not fresh and everything was not cooked pizza dough was old it was look like they made these dough 3 days before
