McDonald's in Northampton

Half the order was missing. Chicken was the driest thing I’ve ever eaten…even the cat wouldn’t eat it!!

Order not fulfilled. No caramel sauce in McFlurry.

Missing items. It’s what you get when you pay peanuts to monkeys. Can’t even fulfil and order properly. Had to pay for delivery twice. What a joke

food was COLD. Wrong drink and no fruit bag as ordered. NOT HAPPY

Ordered via the app, I didn’t realise that it had defaulted to Northbound so I spoke to the Manager and she asked to see the order. The lady was so kind and put the order through for me on the Southbound side at no extra cost. Thank you so much for saving my mistake. Big thank you to Christina

Had a Mcspicy Chicken meal. Best and spiciest one I've had to date. Also coffee is cheaper than it's competitors. Been a while since we stopped at this particular McDonald's

The food is great and all but the machines are terrible , I've been here for a hour! Fix hour machines or I won't come again!

The place was clean and tidy, very presentable and the staff were polite and gave a good speedy service.

The flavour profile was warm with a tasty squelch. The people were lovely, despite the bald woman at the counter practicing her judo skills.

A very solid McExperience. All the usual options. Friendly team who do the necessary. Atmosphere is a bit motorway service station.... But in terms of serving McFood, I couldn't fault it. Recommended👍

The worst McDonald's experience we've ever had. Very slow service, food delivered with no drinks. Took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Food was very poorly prepared. Terrible as it was supposed to be a treat for daughters birthday party

Quick, hot and helpful service.

Firstly, and most importantly, I got the holy grail - smarties mcfurry at almost 11pm. Short wait, but I was the only customer and I'm happy with a wait for crispy flies. You'll never score atmosphere at a motorway services. Sorry, but who stops for the atmosphere?

Not very fast food. Ordered icecream and apple pie & waited nearly 12 minutes.

Can no one read an order or put them in the bag correctly McDonalds consistently forgets items or just doesn’t bother with them have some pride in your work for Pete’s sake I’d be embarrassed really it’s not hard to put an order correctly and have some pride in your work no matter where your working.

rubbish missed 3 items of food only delivered drinks this is not the first time will not get from here again

The machine actually had paper to print receipts. The order comes up on the screen saying being prepared, then disappears 5 minutes later someone shouts out your number. Wonderful system 🤔

Fair play to maccies! They'd turned the drive thru into a walk thru due to the Green Day concert footfall! Staff were super friendly, food was hot and quick for the volume! It's a maccies, what more do you want?!

Food was nice but the wraps where a bit dry, they didn't put the right portion of chilli sauce or cream, I realized it when I've left the environs so it made eating the wrap boring

always seems to have something missing very disappointing, kids look forward to be then let down when you contact the place you have to go to collect which defeats the delivery option. won't be ordering for a delivery again.

Not so fast food drive through was rammed as was shop and when I got home they even got basic food wrong Asked for no mayo I got mayo the kids just stand around giggling so won't use that one again

Burgers good but my coke was flat and no straw. Difficult to return on drive thru.

The food was rushed, and yet it was cold. The triple burger was cold and tasted off the d were drinks tasted flat would have complained but was in a rush

Got 2 chicken mayos and this is the worst mcdonalds I have ever had in my life. My partner had his burgers and it was like leather my chicken mayos the lettuce was soggy and tasted gone off the chicken it was like it had been fried so much or left for the whole day because I've never had a dry chicken mayo in my life. And we were hungry so thought we would stop at the services. Well never again will we come to this one. The taste I have in my mouth is left horrible. Thanks for the worse experience of my life of mcdonalds. As like I said never have I had a bad burger from any mcdonalds until now.

This is a McDonalds in a motorway service area. It's as expected. Food is standard maccas fair, service was OK seeing as the place was busy. Atmosphere was noisy and busy. Not the best but also not the worst.

Usually call just for coffee cos it's so much better than anywhere else, other than that it's same as every other.

Been there at 01:00 and said is close , and on Google 24/7.

Hello, I ordered a double MK muffin, 1 sweet and sour sauce and Deep garlick garlic sauce, I received a Mac muffin with one meat inside, I don't know whose fault it is, but I went to complain to McDonald's that I received an incomplete set, the manager was called and his behavior was very very good. I received a second complete set. sandwich and I was apologized for the mistake, in my opinion very responsible behavior, overall everything is fine, I recommend :)

I needed help and an employee - Ranjeeta (or something close - apologies for not remembering her name exactly), helped me. The expression "to go the extra mile" is nothing close to how she helped me. She was amazing. From now on every time I pass on M6 near the services, I'll take a short break at McDonald's. Regards, Abraam, a truck driver.

It's a visitor centre, great for kids. My grandson loved it.

Worse than most services McDonalds. Rude employees and poor food. They couldn't even blend a strawberry shake. Just flavour on top of the ice cream. Seating area was filthy

I have probably used McDonald's 3 or 4 times and I am not keen on the food as for visiting the this McDonald's I have only walked past and had no intention of going in.

A great experience. I can't admit to being an ABBA fan. It was a birthday treat for my husband, but even I got carried away with it all. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.

Very quiet service. We were in and out in 15mins. The place was clean and well maintained.

Food nice and hot tables clean fast service

The tables were dirty, the floor needed a clean too. They seemed more interested in serving food rather than keeping the place clean and tidy, which is what you'd expect from a restaurant.

I only went in for a loo stop but browsed the shops too and found them a tad expensive. When I enquired about some product I wished to purchase I got a shrug and a 'don't know '.

food was cold, squished in bag and no dips. the chicken selects are meant to come with dips, (sweet chilli) and no ketchup dips (multiple ordered).

No apple pie? I wonder what happened to that.

I stopped here after a day at Silverstone, the food was nice and hot and service was quick, what more can you ask for.

Stopped here on the way to London and the service was fast and efficient, but there was alot of man city fans as they were going to London as well.

Its a motorway cafe, very busy but fills a need.
