McDonald's in Northampton

It tells me 15-25 minutes and it is late , the food was cold and I am not happy at all I don’t wait up for food that is going to be cold! I want a refund !

Open 24 hours yet only serving drinks at 1am in the morning why advertise if your not open piss take

Got delivered 2 drinks when I ordered a meal.

Service was quite slow, restaurant was practically empty and drive thru was also not busy yet it took about 15 -20 minutes for order to be ready. When order of 4 regular size McFlurries (£1.69) arrived the quantity was shockingly small. Even after a complaint which led to the manager on duty topping it up I couldn't believe how small it was. It's time people call this out and stop buying this as it's a rip off!

Absolute disgrace. 1 hour and 25 minutes to deliver. The food was stone cold, chips were inedible, had to microwave the burgers just to be able to eat them. No onions on the burger, only asked for mustard and pickle to be omitted. McFlurry had melted and was inedible, same with the strawberry milkshake. Shocking!! Please don’t accept orders for delivery if you aren’t capable of fulfilling them.

Burger was stale and cold, coke was super watery and the chips felt like they were reheated

Brought large meal buy time i got in car the 🍟 were shocking barely half filled packet. I'm disabled so would been hard work to walk back in. Won't go here again

We stopped as planned for this particular restaurant, the food was quick, fresh and spot on. I had a double quarter pounder with cheese and it was the best I'd had.

Do not order from here through just eat. Order said it had been delivered, it had not. Took the full amount of money and they cannot show any proof of delivery or show any proof of courier trying to get in touch with me. Said there is nothing they can do as it is in like with their ‘policy’. Absolute joke! Avoid!

My fries weren't salted. I watched the clerk just to throw into the storage and then serving. I pointed it out and he refused to do his job. Told me to put salt on myself. I have asked for their book of complaints so I can write my experience into it. The shift manager refused to provide it. Horrible what Indians can get away with.

No bacon in both big tasty. It but was ordered.

Northampton Services McD is always a favorite pitstop for us. Nice seat I ng area which is always clear, clean and tidy. Pleasant colleague's and food is hot. Sometimes long queues but this is to be expected.

Double cheeseburger and chips and curly fries. X 2 .Burger tasted of old fat, curly fries dreadful, hard,normal fries just ok. Food almost thrown at you. Plus cold.

McDonalds staff were rude and unhelpful when my family queried a strange tasting milkshake. Manager was also doubtful and left us feeling awkward - not our usual experience.

Service was okay, and the atmosphere was a little dead. That is because it is in the service, but only they are open at night.

Very poor experience, toilet are discussing, one of the worst I've seen, there's thick excrement stuck on the U bend, i nearly through up, and left with out using. not a pleasant experience

We mostly eat at McDonald's when we are travelling. In the past year I saw the quality going really down....stuff forgot to put items in the bag in the past couple of time, last time my lettuce in the salad was rotten...now my burger, was sooo dry, tecnically no souce in it. 😡.....I think today was the last time we ate at McDonalds....... Ohh.....it was the soutbound by the M1, not the north..........

We needed a quick ice-cream, so we settled with a mcfurry. It wasn't flurried, so I asked, and they finally furried them for us. When did McDonald stop furrying the mcfurry, as standard?

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS RESTAURANT. Their kiosk isn’t working properly. NO RECEIPTS COMING OUT. Spend 30£ on my order just to find out there was missing chicken strips which i spend 5 pound on!!!!

The app was not working, but I got charged twice by it, although the member of staff said that I would not. Paid for my order using a credit card, blissfully unaware that I had already paid twice.

Had a power cut so couldn’t serve food but kept me well topped up with a hot drink. Not their fault they had a powercut. The weather was absolutely awful. I was glad for my McDonald’s hot drink when I broke down later on that night!

They always get the order wrong. Last time ordered milk shake and coffee I got two coffees. It's best to go to store and get what you want. As they can't read a the rhyl store.

Typical mcdonalds. Order ya food and wait half an hour🙄🙄🙄🙄 Only ordered 2 double cheese burger and it still took about 20 minutes. Staff seemed friendly but they were too in a rush to speak to or even some decent customer service..............and it wasn't particularly busy really 🤣 I got my burgers eventually. The burger were as you would expect. But they filled a hole.......

Half the order was missing. Chicken was the driest thing I’ve ever eaten…even the cat wouldn’t eat it!!

We stopped on the road and enjoyed our breakfast in this restaurant which was good and we had good service. The tables were clean and everything as we expected.

Excellent stop at this place to have a quick breakfast and continue with your trip. It has good and fast service. Everything was clean and there were many screens to order food.

Visited around 23:30, service was painfully slow. Only ordered a McFlurry but wait time was well over 10 minutes. No McFlurry cups were available so it was served in a small happy meal cup. I should have just carried on home without…

Ordered via the app, I didn’t realise that it had defaulted to Northbound so I spoke to the Manager and she asked to see the order. The lady was so kind and put the order through for me on the Southbound side at no extra cost. Thank you so much for saving my mistake. Big thank you to Christina

Had a Mcspicy Chicken meal. Best and spiciest one I've had to date. Also coffee is cheaper than it's competitors. Been a while since we stopped at this particular McDonald's

The place was clean and tidy, very presentable and the staff were polite and gave a good speedy service.

The flavour profile was warm with a tasty squelch. The people were lovely, despite the bald woman at the counter practicing her judo skills.

A very solid McExperience. All the usual options. Friendly team who do the necessary. Atmosphere is a bit motorway service station.... But in terms of serving McFood, I couldn't fault it. Recommended👍
