Called 1st make delivery and got hung up on. Called back 3 times and no answer. On the 4th time they hung up on me again. WOW

Love the piri piri chicken, “hot” option much better than medium. Good quantity and quality for the price.

Ringo burger with the loaded fries and a sprite is a must have. Also the sweet chilli box is top tier

The new loaded boxes are super good, HUGE portion for only 12.99. Crazy good deal.

I recently ordered from Dixy Chicken and was really happy with the food. The chicken was hot, crispy, and full of flavor, and the fries were fresh and tasty. The staff were polite and got my order ready quickly. Prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were just right. Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick, tasty takeaway meal, and I’ll definitely be ordering again

The chips were cold and burger was almost cold - not great as the food came on time. Ive ordered before and had no issues but cold chips ruined the meal

Being stingy with the sauces and not putting sauce on the donner kebab, I expected them to call me if I diddnt pay the sauce they could call me to ask we can’t give pots but can give it on top of the box. I would of been an happy customer but….

Chicken and chips were soggy and tased like cardboard, and the mayonnaise in bag with the drinks had split and went all over our drinks. Not very pleasant

Delivery chap didn't have full address,he rang me though. So meal was a bit late,which in turn made meal warm rather than the usual very hot. It's not a big problem,it was as tasty as it always is. Everyone should try the banana waffle it's delicious

Cheeseburger - great Chips - good taste but barely warm and chocolate sundae (Belgian chocolate) was delicious

Sincere advice for you guys. Please stick to the southern fried chicken. Your chips were dry maybe reheated but the worst was the grilled chicken, it was dry and chewy. The supreme burger was as it should be, but again the chips were disgusting.

Fresh hot food,we love eating from here. Tonight im not so happy though ,because i left a note on the order message asking for mayo instead of special sauce.However they took no notice,so i couldnt eat much of mine. PLEASE READ THE NOTES, THANKS

Terrible service and food. Often order from here and usually no issues. This time was different. Food turned up cold with chips missing. When I rang them they didn’t care and put the phone down on me. Won’t be ordering again.

Driver mixed up the orders and gave me the wrong order. I managed to catch up to him and get the correct one but still it was very unprofessional of him.

apart from too much sirracha sauce food was, very nice 👍 will be ordering more but asking them go easy on the sirracha sauce

Not as good as it was before. I ordered two party buckets. The sizzler wings used to have a little spice. The chicken was bland and so were the ‘sizzler’ wings. Not happy but I hope this was a one off and be like before.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I thought I would try this place after the refurbishment and what a bad decision it was! The next day I vommitted everything out and had food poisoning illness all day today - definitely avoid!

I ordered on Uber last week, the chicken they gave me wasn’t even cooked. Probably put it in the oil for 2 minutes and got it out. You will be shocked by the picture. I wrote this because before they refurbished the food and quality was outstanding and now it’s awful. You will clearly see in the picture it’s not cooked. They didn’t want to give refund so here you are. How can you give out food like this?

Ordered their original lamb donner and 12pc fried wings, it did not disappoint I have no criticism! £6.99 for a generous portion of freshly cooked thin cuts of donner meat, onions and crunchy salad and ready in 15minutes. Wings with red salt were so fresh and flavourful. A better competitor to hennys and spice hut, who give half the amount with their rubbery chunky greasy strips of meat and charge more. They also refurbished the place and it looks a lot better. I hope Dixy can remain this standard of quality in their food. 👍🏼

Forgot some items from my order, called up and they go they havent received no order from my name or adress. Got a full refund from just eat after making a complaint. Will never order again very very rude and poor customer service.
