Dixy Chicken in Northampton

I was ordering often from them. But unfortunately this was last time. Taste and spice was good, but size? wow. Strips was decreased around 60% from last time and look's like small portion for kid. 5 chicken bites for 7£ ? You can think it's a little bigger piece of chicken. Nope. It's size or even smaller than KFC bites and without any sauce for it.

Fantastic food and service as always with care and professionalism, keep it up guys.

Would sincerely never order from here again. Waited over an hour for cold rubbery food. The chicken had gone off so wasn’t even edible. First and last time

food didn't even arrive, restaurant staff just palm you off. customer service doesn't exist here. Probably just buy food from another place and avoid these lot.

Kids absolutely loved there meals thank you

There was no spice or heat in the hot wings. Everything was so greasy the bags were splitting. The coleslaw was vile. The chicken was tainted pink and it just wasn’t a nice meal. The sweet chilli meal was better but still greasy and had cheese sauce all over the box and burger packaging. Not a great experience.

The chips were a a bit soggy but apart from that great food! Thankyou

Food was cold 🥶, not traffic cold, busy kitchen cold, or heat lamp cold,but stone cold. Talk to your driver, change your system of delivery, use heat bags at the least. Wow this was just so ridiculously cold, it wasn't even a cold night.

Food was stone cold , never order again. Millennium pizza and kebab and king kebab is much better than Dixy. And driver was rude is well never ordering from here again.

food arrived 45 mins later than expected time , once arrived driver had not placed my food in a thermal bag it was place on the floor in his cars after he handed over to me I noticed the packaging was ripped and my food was falling out . after paying so much it really hurts when your food arrives in a bad condition and absolutely cold I will not be going back to dixy absolutely waste of money and tome

Terrible. 3 strands of lettuce, no cheese despite paying for it. Donut were very dry and defrosting on arrival. Horrible food.

Please don't say an order is out for delivery and then deliver over an hour later when we live less than 10 minutes away. upon asking driver, he advised he had come straight from the restaurant but food was stone cold! Food isn't free and when your regular customers get messed around, you loose out. Simple

Rude! If the guy behind the counter takes the earpod out of his ear, he will be able to hear customers the first time round instead of saying "what do you want!" I Should have walked out there and then. No please, no thank you, no manners or customer service skills. When asked for a napkin, he couldn't even find one! Chicken strips were mediocre, rubbery textured, and the batter was very bland. Despite a recent refit, the eat in area was dirty, with a weird vibe. Won't be visiting again.

This was my first time ordering, and the food was delicious. Will order again. However, there was no red salt on the fries despite paying an extra 60p for it.

Since moving to the area recently we decided to try Dixy Chicken, wow what amazing tasting food and portion sizes are more than enough, the price is spot on and the delivery service was great. Highly recommend trying the Chicken Loaded Fries, large portion and nice and spicy.

Love their affordable burgers. Atmosphere is good you see a lot of customers waiting their orders. But the service is same with the average. For the hygiene i think they need to hire someone to clean the desks coz no one does and other guys are too busy taking orders from offline and over the phone.

First time ordering from here will also be the last. cold food!!

We never had problems with Dixy before. always on time and quality very good. last two times very disappointing - delivery took ages, food bearly warm, missing red salt on fries and salad in the burger. also wrong milkshake - ordered ferrero received some sort of caramel one.

I scheduled the delivery 2 hours before I wanted it and it was still 45 minutes late. the food came with gravy spilled everywhere so couldn't use that. everything was literally thrown in to one box. it was cold and the chicken was the blandest chicken I have ever tasted.

I had a fantastic experience at this chicken shop! My order arrived earlier than expected, and everything was piping hot and incredibly fresh. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious chicken and great quality. I’ll definitely be back! Best chicken shop in Northampton!

The waffle was a joke come sort that out

the paper bag was not strong enough, the bag bottom was wet and some food fell down due to its weight, finished on the carpet. :(
