Goods getting progressively worse more so the wings are chewy and bland now try Rios

The food arrived on time..however the chicken was flavourless, bland and dry. Definitely the worst fried chicken i have ever had. Stay clear if you want to avoid disappointment.

Superb fried chicken and wings as always but disappointed they no longer do their signature dixy chilli sauce but rather supplier cash and carry chilli sauce.

Please don't say an order is out for delivery and then deliver over an hour later when we live less than 10 minutes away. upon asking driver, he advised he had come straight from the restaurant but food was stone cold! Food isn't free and when your regular customers get messed around, you loose out. Simple

Rude! If the guy behind the counter takes the earpod out of his ear, he will be able to hear customers the first time round instead of saying "what do you want!" I Should have walked out there and then. No please, no thank you, no manners or customer service skills. When asked for a napkin, he couldn't even find one! Chicken strips were mediocre, rubbery textured, and the batter was very bland. Despite a recent refit, the eat in area was dirty, with a weird vibe. Won't be visiting again.

This was my first time ordering, and the food was delicious. Will order again. However, there was no red salt on the fries despite paying an extra 60p for it.

Since moving to the area recently we decided to try Dixy Chicken, wow what amazing tasting food and portion sizes are more than enough, the price is spot on and the delivery service was great. Highly recommend trying the Chicken Loaded Fries, large portion and nice and spicy.

Love their affordable burgers. Atmosphere is good you see a lot of customers waiting their orders. But the service is same with the average. For the hygiene i think they need to hire someone to clean the desks coz no one does and other guys are too busy taking orders from offline and over the phone.

First time ordering from here will also be the last. cold food!!

Food was over an hour late and was cold I won’t be ordering from here again.

I didn’t want lettuce in one of the burgers as it was for someone who doesn’t eat it. Please pay attention more to orders because my friend went hungry last night.

We never had problems with Dixy before. always on time and quality very good. last two times very disappointing - delivery took ages, food bearly warm, missing red salt on fries and salad in the burger. also wrong milkshake - ordered ferrero received some sort of caramel one.

The food tasted nice, but unfortunately it arrived very late it took almost 2 hours from time of the order to delivery and all the food was Luke warm

was extremely late and was cold when I got my food never normally have this problem but did today and I am really not happy with this.

food was all cold when it arrived then when I called they said it couldn't possibly be cold!!! had to really argue to get hot food sent back out and then they collected the cold food so I wouldn't be surprised if it was just re heated and sent out to some other customers. delivery driver called me and expected me to go to his car rather than comming to the door ... will never order again

My burger chips and chicken came in a pizza box and it was all messed up. I want a refund

Unfortunately with little Comms our small order of a couple of chicken wing meals took over 1.5 hours to arrive. Must do better!

I scheduled the delivery 2 hours before I wanted it and it was still 45 minutes late. the food came with gravy spilled everywhere so couldn't use that. everything was literally thrown in to one box. it was cold and the chicken was the blandest chicken I have ever tasted.

I had a fantastic experience at this chicken shop! My order arrived earlier than expected, and everything was piping hot and incredibly fresh. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious chicken and great quality. I’ll definitely be back! Best chicken shop in Northampton!

the paper bag was not strong enough, the bag bottom was wet and some food fell down due to its weight, finished on the carpet. :(

I took a screenshot at 21:45 of when I checked the progress and saw that the order was out for the delivery with estimated delivery 22:15-22:45; it was delivered 22:20. Meaning they knew the delivery would take long than 30min. The food was cold and the fries were soft. Worst yet, the chicken had no flavour. Never again!

never arrived and when we rang restaurant they said it had been delievered and basically accused us of lying. will not use again.. I thought you had to give a code to the delievery driver, clearly didn't ask for it. Hope the house they delievered it too enjoyed there free meal

Being stingy with the sauces and not putting sauce on the donner kebab, I expected them to call me if I diddnt pay the sauce they could call me to ask we can’t give pots but can give it on top of the box. I would of been an happy customer but….

Chicken and chips were soggy and tased like cardboard, and the mayonnaise in bag with the drinks had split and went all over our drinks. Not very pleasant

Delivery chap didn't have full address,he rang me though. So meal was a bit late,which in turn made meal warm rather than the usual very hot. It's not a big problem,it was as tasty as it always is. Everyone should try the banana waffle it's delicious

Cheeseburger - great Chips - good taste but barely warm and chocolate sundae (Belgian chocolate) was delicious
