have had some nice experience with rios but disappointed as four times i have received very dry and smelly burgers from here, very disappointed, rushing order, delievered in 15 minutes and food was stale, get better rios, your level is dropping stop lying , u cant accept the fact that you have a bad restaurant, making up stories about other people as well when given bad reviews

Third class staff.not even know how to behave with customer and totally third class quality food .not recommended at all . management needs to learn ethical values they are million times far away from good attitude.

Food was great - tasty and good quality. The chicken/rice/veg bowl was delicious, and great to see healthier alternatives available. Both kids loved their chicken burger/cheeseburgers. We will be ordering again 😃

Just doesn't taste as good as it used to. Some are the fries were hard I asked for hot flavour pander wrap it wasn't. All in all it wasn't warm either quite disappointed

food arrived well before estimated time, delicious, piping hot and a huge selection, and considering it's marketed as a chicken place, the vegetarian items are amazing. Shame they are rarely involved in any discounted offers these days, but I guess you get what you pay for 👌💕

Was fuming as ordered my girl 1/2. Chicken s mild and came and it was hot / hotter than my chicken and rice box meal which I ordered hot - not really on when it’s for a 11 year old

I've used Rio's on Gold Street for years. I did have a issue once, but never again. Today I've phoned the manager to say thank you for the very high standards they continuously deliver. Spot on food, great deals when available. We don't eat takeaway that much. So it just goes to show how much faith I have in Rio's Gold Street 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The guy who took my order is a great bloke and deserves a raise

The lad at the counter ( probably manager or owner ) has serious attitude issues. I was in queue to order, he's so rude to his staff and has no respect for them. This is the second time I witnessed him treating them like that. So I walked out. Food was good on the first occasion, so came back. but I don't want my business to go to someone who has no manners to talk to others.

awesome freshly cooked food. like the idea that sometimes the produce (in this case, chicken wings) isnt the same size all of the time and so the company gave me a bit extra to compensate. respect

I've been a regular for a while. Never had a complaint about food in the past apart from delivery times. Came back to Northampton and went back here and once again the food is exceptional. I like spicy so an extreme rice box is a norm but it's soo good. The wings are good. Burgers are good. Wraps are good. I am yet to have a bad meal. Keep it up guys!

Chicken burger very dry, wings very salty. Expected better quality food for the price.

Order extra chicken in my chicken and rice box and there was less than the normal amount of chicken. And ordered the new loaded fries with chicken, but just got fries with a cheese sauce and another sauce, none of the crispy onions or chicken so paid £7+ for saucy fries

Poor service waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered and its cold food

We ordered from Rio’s at 19:30 out latest estimated delivery time was 21:05. Food still hadn’t arrived. I rang Rio’s at 21:10 and it was on its way and would be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later still no food. Rang again and still same answer it will be 10 minutes. Food didn’t arrive until 21:45 and the guest we had round had to leave , so didn’t even get to have any food. Terrible customer service from Rio lied twice about the food was going to be 10 minutes. Food arrived and was freezing cold.

Not best experience the food was cold when received and quality wasn't what I was expecting I would think a better experience would be to go to the shop so the food is hot.

I'm was Friday at 20:30 , all Table dirty and I wait about 30 min and the food was really bad . Not first time this experience, I order 2 meals one chicken strips and chicken wings (mild) and its coming lemon taste whit verry chilli.

Burger and chips are nice. Not a fan of the rice but it’s ok.

The Asian lady at the till kept lying to us about how long it will take to get the food ready. We ordered 2 whole chickens on their own. Was told 4 minutes at first when I went to collect and it ended up taking 20 minutes probably even longer. Baring in mind I ordered over the phone 20 minutes prior to actually going there to collect.
