Rio's Piri-Piri in Northampton

The Rice and Chicken breast was flat. I ordered extreme as I've always done but today's order wasn't spicy at all. The portion was also smaller than usual but I can understand that. My complaint is that I chose extreme and it wasn't spicy at all.

Me and my partner absolutely hate the smell of the chicken in the rice box. It actually smells like human poo😂, nevertheless we eat it every time, it’s so good but so smelly haha

Amazing amount off chicken for the fried chicken deal and very tasty . Only downside is that the bags that it arrived in were absolutley covered in grease way too much than would to be expected and driver didnt seem happy.

I tried the Extreme Hot Chicken at Rio’s Piri Piri, and while I expected a serious spice kick, it wasn’t as fiery as I thought. However, the flavour was still great—well-seasoned with a nice balance of heat and tang. The chicken itself was juicy and cooked perfectly, making it a tasty choice even if it wasn’t as extreme as the name suggests. On the other hand, the BBQ flavor wasn’t really my taste. It had a smoky sweetness that some might enjoy, but it just didn’t hit the mark for me. To finish off, I had the Churro Loops with chocolate and caramel dip, and they were a perfect way to end the meal. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and even better when dipped in the rich chocolate and caramel sauces. Definitely a must-try! Overall, a good experience with some hits and misses, but I’d go back for that Extreme Hot Chicken and those churros!

I went to Rio Perry Gold Street Northampton yesterday. I had food. Some of their staff treat every customer very badly. When I told the staff about your behavior, they started getting angry. They don't know how to talk.

Spot on as ways, great place and great food

There’s nothing been delivered

Me and my partener eat chicken rice from this shop and we both got food poisoning, and before that I found hair in the food. Response to your answear : 1. the food that my husband bring home that day was take away not order on Deliveroo 2. I was my first and only meal that day so the "alleged" food poisoning was from the food I eat from your restaurant. 2 when I found the " alleged " hair I was in the restaurant with my son eating in you can check your cameras from 13.01.2025 and you will see me giving the food back.

This restaurant is a very underestimated place, the food is always amazing and super tasty full of flavour. Service is second to none and wouldgive6 stars if possible 💯

I recently ordered takeaway from Rio’s Piri Piri, and the experience was fantastic! Kasek, who took my order at the till, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The piri piri chicken was flavorful and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice. I highly recommend stopping by for a quick bite, and be sure to say hi to Kasek for her excellent service!

Staff were so sweet let us try sips of drink before we ordered our meal, gave us free wings while waiting for our meals

Unfortunately this time food was lukewarm and was not enjoyable, delivery time was good this is the first time I've had a issue so hopefully the last, as i order on a regular weekly basis

The service is very poor, Rios is one of my favourite places to eat usually but we came here after having a date night for some nice food then we got back to our home and I opened the food and the chicken was so pink when I cut into it, I immediately was put off! Chicken is one of my favourite meats to eat and seeing this has made me never want to eat it again! Absolutely terrible. Won’t ever go back there!

Third class staff.not even know how to behave with customer and totally third class quality food .not recommended at all . management needs to learn ethical values they are million times far away from good attitude.
