The Munchies in South Somerset

Kebab tasted OK at first, the chicken was nice, the donner and shish was horrible. I've had D&V all last night it was awful. Don't bother going here as it will make you poorly.

I have eaten from here many times but never again!!! The meat was okay but there was very little this time as in it was hardly enough for a child! The pitta bread was so stale that it could’ve been used as a frisbee and even the dog wouldn’t have eaten it. The chilli sauce was good but that was it. I will use Troy’s in future!!!

Just a word of advice, they do not like payment by card, they always ask for cash if you ask to pay this way. Then when you say "no I don't have cash I would like to pay by card" they input your number wrong and make out there is a problem with your card, when there isn't !!

I had a £40 order on Just Eat lined up for this restaurant when I had a pop up to prompt me to call the restaurant if someone in my party had a food allergy (which my son has). I called Munchies and the guy had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if if any of the pizza products had nuts in. When he finally realised what I was asking he abruptly said ‘PHONE ANOTHER RESTAURANT!’. Confused, I thought he meant call one of their other restaurants to ask but he said ‘NO, ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE’. Over the last 10 years of my son having a food allergy I have never been met with such ignorance and rudeness!! So, they lost our £40 order, which I’m quite happy about as I checked their food hygiene rating and it’s 1/5......... Abysmal service. They don’t deserve customers.

Poor quality food .... dingy takeaway. Feel sorry for staff fighting a losing battle trying to succeed with what the company have left them to serve up.

Ordered take away from just eat, with 2040 delivery time. Phoned 25 minutes after that. Was told they had just started to cook the food. Explained that with delivery time this would be too long, so please cancel the order. The person got very abusive . They posted on Just Eat that they tried to deliver the food but couldn't. Simple lie.

Excellent service helpful and friendly, food was done to specification as I'm a fussy eater, they did base to my pizza as I liked it and plenty of topping on it

Came in for 2 small boxes of chicken donner meat... gpt charged for kebabs... not just meat. When i saw how much was in the boxes it wouldn't even feed a child. Not impressed and will NOT go back again.

This is the worst thing I have ever ordered! Well I could say that if my kebab had been delivered with the order I had placed! So I didn’t even get to try it. The man was very rude and said I could only have my money back but wait 2 hours for the kebab I ordered before! At first he still charged me for the kebab even though it wasn’t there. I then phoned up and said I want a kebab ordered without the fee of delivery and he used the excuse of “WE ARE BUSY AND OTHER ORDERS ARE WAITING”. So my order was placed bottom of the list yet all they had to do was READ MY ORDER PROPERLY. It’s a massive shame because usually they are very good. I WILL NOT BE HAVING TAKEAWAY HERE AGAIN!

Never eat anythink like it. All of it straight to bim. It was just horrible. they got no idea how to make pizzs

Good, tasty, sumptuous takeaway food. Phone in and ready to take in 15 min. Clean place and very friendly staff.

I ordered food for 3 people and the first thing I asked was can it be delivered to my house (tintinhull), they said yeah its fine. I ordered what me and my frineds wanted then the incompetant driver phoned up about 45 minutes later and said he couldn't deliver it as they can't follow a small diversion. We then had to collect it (bear in mind none of us can drive). We managed to get a lift in only to get home and find that half of the order was missing. He gave us a bottle of pepsi for the £4 delivery charge!! Next day I phone up and they are genuinely rude to me about it. TL;DR: They didn't deliver and we essentially paid £10 for a bottle of Pepsi.

Had a night out feeling peckish so I called in to the Munchies for a 1/2 pounder chicken burger. Was done perfectly nice fresh crunchy salad with a nice dollop of mayo, very tasty be back for sure.

Place often gets a bad rep but I've never had bad food from there. Staff always very friendly. When I get it delivered it always arrived piping hot. Best takeaway in town. Huge menu selection. And a night out isn't complete without hitting them up!

I was staying in the premier inn opposite and used this place a few times. The staff were always very welcoming and friendly and the food was always great.

Munchies is my favourite place to get takeaway, whether I'm passing by or getting it delivered. (Delivery is very quick and food is always still hot). I highly recommend their doner kebabs or chips (cheesy chips are the best). I've had their chicken nuggets a few times and they are lush! The staff are great and are always welcoming. Of course I will be back!

This just round corner from premier Inn. Give it a go. Only one review. But nothing seem to be reviewed round her. But very freindly bunch. Ordered went had pint in spoons .Then picked it up very good. I Recommend

He estado visitando tentempiés durante muchos años y esto es debido a que sirve los mejores kebabs en Yeovil. La carne es siempre delicioso, se sirve con la cantidad exacta de ensalada. Soy un fan de la ensalada de col. Perfecto lugar para visitar después de salir por la noche o cuando te sientes hambriento!
