If patience is a virtue, this McDonald’s is training saints—because the wait here will make you question all your life choices. Since UberEats and drive-through orders are treated like royalty, the rest of us mere mortals are left standing around like extras in a bad sitcom. This particular branch, however, deserves its own award: Most Likely to Ruin Your Day. After a delightful 25-minute wait, I finally got my order, only to discover at home that half of it had apparently gone on strike and refused to join me. Turns out, that was the silver lining. The food that did show up looked and tasted like it had been kept in a cryogenic chamber. I’m not sure if it was colder than my enthusiasm or just a strong contender for the Arctic Culinary Awards. The fries? Limp and unsalted, like someone had waved them vaguely near a potato and called it a day. The burgers? They seemed to have been assembled by someone playing kitchen basketball, tossing ingredients across the room and hoping for the best. Spoiler: they missed. McDonald’s used to be the go-to for a cheap, satisfying meal. Now? It costs as much as a takeaway that doesn’t leave you with existential dread. Honestly, my local kebab shop feels like it’s angling for a Michelin Star in comparison. As a kid, McDonald’s was a treat. Now, it’s more like an endurance test. Unless I’m struck down with a raging hangover and no other options, I think my McDonald’s days are officially over. Sorry, Ronald. It’s not me, it’s you.

Terrible place extremely rude and aggressive staff, especially the manager or chief bottle washer as I think he was, who don't appear to want to actually serve customers so not sure why they are working in the catering/customer services, mind you with their disgusting attitudes they wouldn't be able to get jobs anywhere else! I think they have trouble hearing customers, or are just plain ignorant, as when we ordered two cokes we ended up with toast, I kid you not, even though we had already ordered two hot sandwiches! Best to avoid this place at all costs hopefully customers will avoid the place and they'll go out of business, they deserve to. There are plenty of other nice places, with pleasant staff who want to serve customers not just take your money, to eat in Wednesbury.

Just been in and all the staff are lovely bar one. Her attitude is awful. She always looks like she doesn’t want to be there, instead of asking me to repeat myself she said ‘I can’t hear you’ in an annoyed tone, didn’t ask if I wanted anything else which is a good job asked for a bag and she threw it at me and walked off

Staff not following basic hygiene codes. Crossed paths with male member of staff in the toilets who didn't wash his hands on the way out.

Wrong food and always cold. Bunch of fools running the restaurant. You should be ashamed of how you run the establishment

Used to be good. Worst chips ever had. Barely cooked, anaemic, cold cheap catering chips. Plus the pots of sauce are now tiny.

We ordered online ( just eat or macdonalds app ) from here 4 times in last 6 weeks and 3 times the order was missing items, cold food or poor quality made food . The staff I spoke to didnt care one bit. Would not recommend going in or ordering online... dont waste your money

Tengo la hamburguesa de pollo a la parrilla. Probablemente la hamburguesa de sabor más sencillo que he probado. Tomé 2 bocados y tiré el resto. Realmente estaba emocionado de probarlo ya que es un restaurante en el que nunca he estado antes, pero no voy a volver.

Pedí una entrega hoy y faltaba la mitad de la comida. Está sucediendo todo el tiempo y el personal simplemente se da la vuelta y dice que lo ordenado fue pesado. O insinuar que la culpa es de los repartidores. Servicio asqueroso. Ese lugar necesita mirar.

A little local fast food shop near 🚂 train station. Every time we walked by, there were quite a lot of people… ⭐ Reasonable price for the food, 5 chicken wings with chips cost £3.99 The batter of the 🐣 wings are nice and they are not oily!! We also ordered the strips, but I think it is a bit bland. If you want to give it a try ✅ I would recommend the wings over the strips.

Muy mal servicio. Las papas fritas se cocinan en aceite whitch viejo que va en contra de las normas de higiene alimentaria. El cuarto de libra se sentía como si estuviera tirado junto y era de muy mal nivel. Mi esposa pidió un café blanco y consiguió agua con leche y sin café. Todo el personal parecía que no querían estar allí. Así que después de usar McDonald's durante muchos años, este tiene que ser el peor que he estado nunca. No puedo creer que pagué por esta comida y me ha postergado el uso de McDonald's en el futuro. Son solo otra empresa que quiere tu dinero y te dan un mal nivel de comida y servicio sabiendo que la mayoría de nosotros no podemos molestarnos en hacer una escena en la tienda. Tan Bien Hecho buscará en otra parte en el futuro.

Unfortunately will not be using this curry takeaway again, reason being too dam expensive, way too expensive for what you get, other curry takeaways are £30 cheaper!! And you get more for your money, this is basically ripping people off, special fried rice £4.65? Onion bhaji £4.65? I could go on, worked out for 4 people £87. Never again!!!

Wrong delivery received and when we contacted them ref this, they refused to honour the correct delivery within a time scale acceptable When we stated that we would no longer use their services the answer was 'whatever ' Buyer beware
