McDonalds Grimsby Town Centre in North East Lincolnshire

We ordered online ( just eat or macdonalds app ) from here 4 times in last 6 weeks and 3 times the order was missing items, cold food or poor quality made food . The staff I spoke to didnt care one bit. Would not recommend going in or ordering online... dont waste your money

Food and service was great. Some managers and management clearly don’t speak to their staff respectfully and professionally and is unfair.

I went to McDonald's and ordered the saver menu double cheeseburger and fries, but the only problem was that the fries were cold and seemed to me to be uncooked. The burger was good, apart from the customised things I had removed from the burger were still in the burger. I wasn't happy about that as I don't like pickles, and yet I still got them after asking for none.

Ordered for the family, finally arrived cold and they’d missed my boyfriends Big Mac from his Big Mac meal. Rang the restaurant and they immediately claimed there’s nothing they can do. Said we needed to contact just eat as the drivers don’t work for them. But the driver didn’t pack the order? A constant excuse for all of the chains be it grimsby or cleethorpes,never taking responsibility and too stupid to check over things before sending them out.

I went to go to the tolet and it was stinky’ gross and not a pleasent place to be there was poo on the toilet roll and the homless man eat it. And stole my salt and sauce and he and he swapped the nice warm chips to manly chips which have been up his bum for a few days

Only came in for 2 fries, we stood and waited 15 minutes for them! Entire screen was full of delivery orders, and only 1 person on the front packing orders! Clearly extremely understaffed and should’ve stopped accepting deliveries. Instead had one person doing it all,and she was only focusing on the deliveries not all of the people stood there waiting for food!

Only consistent thing about birchin way McDonald's is is consistently crap! Undercooked food, missing items, cold food, large mcflurrys smaller than mini ones....why we kept going back I don't know but we are done shocking place and it's always the same so crap

Unclean, upstairs not open, staff member wiping him nose on his sleeve, hair hanging out etc Staff more interesting in serving uber eats than waiting customers. Unfortunately had paid for food before noticing the bad habits of staff, food arrived luke warm, put in bin and left.. Go to Cleethorpes, much better!!!

I don’t come often into any McDonalds but I decided to waste some time before my bus and ordered some breakfast. All of my food items were warm and fresh. My order was correct and the lady who brought it over was lovely and polite. Probably the best service from a McDonalds I’ve had for a while.

all much the same, we had burger and chips, just warm.like all mc donalds it varies day to day.staff ok, it was clean on our visit.

Ordered a Just Eat delivery for a family of 4 for tea. My wife’s meal was missing so we had to put something in the oven & she had to eat on her own 30 mins later 😰

I was shocked at how racists work there ... the first white people are released and the dark one finally ... Manager Nicol is a white racist ... in a world-famous company like McDonald, there is nothing racist to work with.Manager Nicol ... McDonald Grimsby town ... Victoria Street ... such racism was in the last century ... they didn't let us in because we had a wheelchair .... I'm sick ...

Ordered with uber eats, had a discount code, thought we would use it. £15 off a £20 order first time using the app.. When the order arrived it was minus a big Mac, it had the fries and drink but no burger.. Wasn't sure what to do so called the restaraunt.. The lady on the phone told me to email uber eats and they'd refund us.. however! ... I wasn't happy with this as my partner had his meal and I had fries and a coke for mine and the restaraunt said they would not rectify the order and put the blame on uber eats. .however I struggled to understand why this was uber eats fault..? unhappy and won't be using uber again as the staff at McDonald's obviously don't have someone checking the order before it goes out.

Appalling I've never seen mc Donald's so bad disgusting not at all clean very few clean tables and seats packed out safety hazard people strange men outside in groups of them looking like they want to rob you inside or outside the McDonald's. Absoultely horrible place I couldnt wait to leave. Felt really dirty and uncomfortable being inside here filthy floors rubbish and food chucked on the floor just left getting trodden in. Horrible place never again

Always had great service here, the staff are really nice and will do anything to help. Only downfall is I've ordered a chicken and bacon salad a quite a few times and usually get it without the bacon but everything else is spot on

The area isn't exactly a place you wish to be in your own at night time as it is very rough and surrounded by pubs. There are beggars outside that ask you for money and get abusive if you don't give them any. We've used them a few times for uber eats and its rare that we're 100% happy with the food.Usually it's just small things like missing sauces going up to the temperature of the food. Once we had a hair in one of the mcflurries. Tonight took the biscuit however - a big mac meal without a big mac. Luckily we had ordered an extra nugget happy meal to give the kids a couple extra so the person didn't go hungry whilst Uber Eats sorts it out but it does put us off wanting to use them again.

nice place. clean. staff nice. Always busy but you may find a quiet time if you strike it lucky with a quiet once in a blue moon quiet time

better by far than birchin way, more professional, servive quick, never had a bad meal (unlike Birchin way)Staff helpfull cheerful. gets busy at times but never had to wait long.

Not much I can say that stands out here. It is virtually the same as all mcdonalds. Touch screens to order your food, table service available. I always see staff cleaning up, it stays pretty clean, if a table has not been wiped staff are...

This McDonalds is generally okay during quiet periods with good service however if you hit the school holidays or a busy period expect long waits and unclean facilities. Usually has a lot of homeless people in the doorways and a lot of people stand close...

Stopped off here for a coffee while we were in Grimsby. Excellent value for good coffee and service was good. Located right on the main shopping street in a lovely old building.
