Gutted couldnt get salad on the meatball ... they have changed the menu they wouldnt even let ne pay extra for it wont be back ans the tablea were ALL dirty

Me and my son were the only people in here last night, walked up to the counter and the two servers completely ignored us and carried on filling tubs of food, walking around, and didn’t even acknowledge we were there, not even a I will be with you now. What has happened to customer service?? After a few minutes we walked out. Just so rude, better staff needed here.

Sent the blow to their MD Nigel I come to you as your Ravehead Retail outlet are rude, unprofessional and could not care less. Anton refused to address and speak to me normally. I had to ask him to please hold the mouth peace closer when I'm trying to confirm I have the wrong order He didn't initially want to provide his managers details and refused to help me by saying "nothing I can do" He was vague, rude and a total disgrace He is your team leader and a reflection of your business. This is rude, not acceptable telling myself your customer "nothing I can do" how rude! Order was wrong, foot long order all incorrect and items on it I would never eat. Didn't match the order and I told by that rude incompetent team leader to basically get lost. No this is very bad service Food in the bin, not correct at all.

A girl named Jess Foy/Ford had poor customer service skills. She never looked up to me and went “what you want” with a food stain on her face. During the whole experience she never once looked up me and I had to keep reminding her that I wanted to have two orders than just the one. At the end she said “meal deal” and I asked for the first to have a cookie. The first cookie she slammed on the counter and when asking whether I wanted anything else I asked for a vegan one too. With asking for another cookie she said “is there anymore cookies after this one”? I asked for her name that she given then she walked away to the back in a mood. I asked the lad on the counter for his name being Anton. I wanted to thank him for always giving me great customer service skills and for always smiling. With having a girl who has leftover food on her face, giving poor customer service and doing a half-arsed job it ruined my Subway experience and even polite staff beside her trying to do their best, it still was still a poor experience.

Went last night; at least a better sight than the dystopia that is Burger King, but their meatballs are like gobstoppers.

Me and my partner visited today, the two girls doing salad looked liked they’d just rolled out of bed, no smile just completely rude. we both got the smallest pinch of salad and it was just threw into the wrapper. They need a lesson or two about customer service.

Young man serving was really slow, but the sandwich tasted nice, maybe his first shift so don’t want to be too harsh,

Food was served quickly, good for a quick lunch when visiting the retail park. Staff chatty and welcoming.

Very disappointed with subway if thats what you call it¡ I’ve been going here since it opened and it’s never been the same since Samir left a few years ago! Whoever is the manager here now needs to start managing,I could do better with my eyes closed¡ whoever owns this franchise needs to start reading peoples reviews and take note that the customer is always right, and maybe take some pride in the place. Firstly I need to start by saying if your going to employ young people for gods sake train them up and give them some customer service training¡ The way half of them acknowledge you with a grunt is hilarious!! Or. make a sandwich If that what you call it...you wouldn’t give it to your dog the way half of them present it! Not saying they are all like this, you do get the odd and I mean odd one that is ok¡ it’s not hard to add salad to a baguette neatly or add enough salad so you don’t have to keep asking “ could you please add somemore'”! Secondly the place is filthy and again you wouldn’t let your dog eat offf the floor, the toilets are also disgusting...has nobody got any pride in their job or the place they work! Maybe health and safety need to pay them a visit or the council..but yet again they dont seem to care about st.helens and what it’s becoming! So come on whoever owns this subway maybe you need to also get your act together and make this subway as good as the rest of them across the country!!!!!

Food is very good and the selection is great. Different bread and fillings means there is everything for everyone. Coffee is one of the best in town.

Food good. Female/disabled toilet absolutely disgraceful. No toilet roll and toilet, basin, floor all filthy. Toilet seat needs replacing kept falling down not good when disabled... and have had recent surgery in my back where toilet seat kept banging onto it. I did say to lady on counter no toilet roll after I had been to the toilet which she said I will put some in now for you. Sort the toilets out subway your staff where run off feet maybe get a cleaner in or something...

Food was as always good but it was Samia and Stacey who were absolutely lovely. Attentive helpful. Well done guys.

Quick service, good value, lovely subs and great fillings Eaten at several different Subways and never had a complaint about any of them. Great place for a quick lunch and loads of choice for everyone. Will no doubt visit again in the near future as the kids love it!

Always fresh food and a great price, sometimes hard to get served quick as the front of house staff get on well and talk a lot ! Also never been offered the frequent stamp card but other than that it's worth a visit

Visit here quite often, always enjoy my subs from here, reasonably priced, always places to sit and several car parking spaces available too!

This is a good place to visit when out if you don't mind being made to feel if the staff are doing you a favour in serving you

Yo y mi hija visita aquí cada semana. Nos gusta la comida en la mayoría de los metros. La única queja sería, el personal necesita frenar un poco a veces ocupado como han hecho errores con nuestro pedido varias veces sólo porque son apresurándose.

Paramos para una escapada rápida , gran cola muy transitada, no tengo ninguna queja con respecto al preparar o servir alimentos , o el personal ... Pero los contenedores estaban abarrotadas mesas sucias, etc. ... El personal era literalmente están detrás del mostrador debido al volumen neto de los clientes.

Always enjoy the food here, friendly staff happy to help& nice & clean, well situated if doing some shopping & need a quick bite to eat

Fuimos en hace unas pocas semanas con mi familia. Cuando estábamos esperando a ser servido vi unas cuantas avispas en repisa de la ventana y alrededor de las luces en el techo. Cuando me iba a colocar mi pedido me di cuenta que había dos avispas en la carne así que dije que no me dejará como hay avispas en la carne. La respuesta que me dieron era pésima dijo que las avispas acabamos aterrizó en la carne y ella sólo flicked las avispas, y a la izquierda la carne. No se puede visitar este lugar de nuevo el lugar está sucio. Manténgase alejado.

I went today to order a salad bowl and give them my order. Asked for cheese no cheese. Asked for the salad and the ones I didn't want the started putting loads on. This is just so inconsistent and a bad case of customer service. This has happened a couple of time now and it's beyond a joke. Subway should choose their staff wisley

This is the most consistent Subway I have been to. It always delivers, I have been here loads of times and never had a bad sub. Beware though, on Saturday afternoons the queues are out the door. Absolutely love the Turkey & Ham on a flatbread with full salad and southwest sauce.
