Just been in and all the staff are lovely bar one. Her attitude is awful. She always looks like she doesn’t want to be there, instead of asking me to repeat myself she said ‘I can’t hear you’ in an annoyed tone, didn’t ask if I wanted anything else which is a good job asked for a bag and she threw it at me and walked off

There was no hand washing or glove changes between customers and when i asked a staff member something politely they did it with a sour face and attitude that made me feel awful. They need to work on their customer service because it upset me alot.

There are so many choices of fillings and many items in the salad, The bowl of salad you can buy is so good and you pick which ingredients of your choice, The staff are always helpful and very polite. My friend is a vegetarian and they always change their gloves before serving her.

went for dinner after picking up kid from nursery, kid needed toilet straight away. so there was urine all over the seat and underneath on the floor, couldn't wash our hands as there was no soap so just rinsed with water. keeping in mind there was only 2 customers in shop and 3 members of staff I could see, but they were just chatting away. so order my hearty Italian foot long with peppered cheese, and notice spicy beef in same pot as cheese, on a closer look I notice liquid in the bottom of cheese containerwith more meat in it. I then looked and noticed no lids on any container. I should of walked out straight away but was stunned and just paid for my bitty and threw it straight in the bin. took family somewhere else to eat. stay clear of this shop, staff don't care for their jobs, well the 3 females that were on shift anyway

Called in for a sandwich with my grandson normally Subway is clean and tidy but just maybe this branch got missed of the radar??? The tables and floor were not only dirty but no members of staff made ANY attempt to brush the floor or sanitised any tables ALL the time we were on the premises??? My grandson wanted the toilets and I was more than shocked at the state of not only the toilet but the passageway area as well - the same principle applied to the front of house must also be applied to the outlet in general by who ever is supposed to enforce standards within this Franchise??? I wonder how poor the hygiene is behind the counter and preparing areas!! This is one Subway that needs to get the management to manage and give the “ customers who make pay days possible “ the best standards around!! One to miss and you might do better going to an outlet that cares??????

Went through drive thru to be quick but took longer than going inside.... We ordered a foot long Italian BMT which was fine but I ordered a salad and I asked for tomato cucumber sweet corn peppers olives, paid for cheese, (they only had pepper cheese) etc.... opened it when I got home and found that they couldn’t be bothered doing my order just gave me cucumber and lettuce. Looked ridiculous. They forgot the sauce as well. Shocking because they obviously just don’t care if you’re not watching them do it. Worst service ever- who wants a bowl just of lettuce?? Don’t go to this one unless you’re supervising them making your food!

I was on a 30 minute break and I went to subway and it took 25 minutes to get severed which left me 5 minutes to eat and get back to work, this is the worst service I've ever had, they need to get more organised and sort the place out because I won't be going again until they've sorted it

I have been to this place twice after work first time 9.30 went though drive thou and was told it was shut how can you shut early last night I went again only to be told cash only that's the last time I will be using subway

First time I've been in this branch for a few years and I regretted it immediately. The restaurant was very dirty with rubbish on all of the free tables, food on the floor as well as the table tops.

The sub below is supposed to be a BBQ beef burnt ends sub. Looks nothing like the picture advertising the sub. It was absolutely disgusting. As you can see hardly any filling and no response from Subway when I complained. Poor service and appalling subs. Daylight robbery. Won't be going back and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else to go. Waste of money.

Once again, missed one of the meals from our order. Went to the drive through. Sat in the car park for 10 minutes while they got it ready. Got home and, not for the first time, there’s a meal missing. Called them up. The solution - drive back and collect. I ask, rhetorically, how difficult is it to give me what I’ve paid for? Why should I incur the expense of driving back to collect what I have already paid for!? I am mindful it sounds like a middle class problem but when someone (a child) is missing a meal (which is a rare treat) it causes significant upset. It is wholly unrealistic to just drive back and collect part of the order. A few years ago, when Macdonald’s was relatively cheap, I probably wouldn’t have cared as much but when you’re paying £40 ish for four people it is especially annoying. At that price there are many other options The ambivalence towards customer service is incredibly frustrating. I have given up on them and intend to spend my money elsewhere. They probably won’t care but terrible service and ambivalence eventually catches up on you (at least I hope it does).

Ordered 2 x breakfast egg, cheese and sausage baps and a bacon bap with 2 x coffees and fresh orange juice. And I had to take burgers back they were black underneath. So burnt. I took a bite if mine and my husband took a bite of his and his was also burnt. It tasted horrible. Black pieces was all in the wrapper that it was wrapped up in. Wish I took pictures now... I took it back and all I got off manager was sorry. And a young boy gave me 2 more that was barely warm and just said thank you. They weren't bothered at all. I always go to all McDonald's whilst on holiday to different places around the country in our camper van. And always had lovely food with no problems. So I'm not sure whether to go anymore.

Ordered a home delivery as a treat for my granddaughter. Her burger was missing and I couldn’t reach them by phone. I tried to get help from Uber who delivered it and they told me macdonalds had blocked my request for a refund Absolute disgrace!!!!!!

This is the best burger I’ve ever had in Liverpool. It’s called supreme Burger containing hash brown with a tender chicken fillet with some union rings on it and a slice of cheese and the best red salted finger fries. What a Combo 5 stars
