Absolutely not good ordered 14inch pizza for me and my boy we waited for over hour for food not to be delivered now I lost £16 and haven’t eaten

so bad delivery took over an hour on a Friday afternoon when it came the food was freezing I told the delivery woman who works for the restaurant not just eat and she wasn't bothered so I gave it back and she was rude even then

too much late.. delivery was very slow even the take way in just 5 mint away from my home .

an hour and 40 minutes waiting time for delivery down the road is crazy. 🤷🏼‍♂️ chicken was overcooked too... bitter taste.

All good apart from wrong flavour Ben n Jerry's and fanta instead of mirinda, probably because they ran out but need to set the options as unavailable in future so we can choose our own alternative, or remove them from the menu if thet no longer stock them.

Absolutely gorgeous food piping hot burger and fries and free chicken wings …bonus ! Definitely my favourite takeaway for a long time thankyiu

sadly I made a mistake and requested collection when I needed delivery, called the guy in ranchers ( lovely fella ) he sent the food quickly still piping hot ) our food was beautiful. I just wanna thank the guys for being understanding and totally accommodating. thank you very much. food was beautiful. xx

I got a pizza from them and I eat it and at 4.45 all I have been doing is thowing up of the pizza and I know it is as that all I have eat

Our food was late and cold. Not just that food was also missing and I was super upset and upset. I had to ring the restaurant twice and they gave me excuses why it hasn’t been delivered yet. I asked for money back and I got £2.00 back that’s just petty. Spent almost £40 and the food wasn’t good enough.

This is the best burger I’ve ever had in Liverpool. It’s called supreme Burger containing hash brown with a tender chicken fillet with some union rings on it and a slice of cheese and the best red salted finger fries. What a Combo 5 stars

Prices used to be good but they have gone to high it can’t be happening people out there are struggling to feed there children

driver went to the wrong address and when I phoned him to say he wasnt there he was adamant he was at my address, he soon realised and came to the correct address however when the food arrived it was now freezing cold and we had to reheat it.

Wrong drink and ice cream to what i paid for. Chips where solid

food was definitely sub-par, damaged( look like it had been sat on) and 10 mins late....I say 10 mins late the delivery target was between 45 - 1hr after I ordered it and like I said it was still 10 mins late. Definitely not ordering from there again.

Food was nice. Spicy wings with garlic butter is really good. However, it was still a bit raw and gave me stomach ache. Bossman gave me a wing for free. Service 5/5. Smells greasy in there but i dont care. Food is really good

Not sure what qualifies for local legends in Liverpool, but if it’s waiting for up to an hour for some poorly seasoned fries and dry inconsistent chicken, then this is the place. Place should be infamous for embarrassing attempts at fast food. Tried this place a few times now never again.

The behaviour of that old lady with specks is so rude and disgusting. Was a regular customer here but due to her will never come back. She tried to charge me extra for the stuff taht i had never paid for .

Food was lovely and the delivery time was good. We got everything we ordered, it was hot and packed well. We really enjoyed it. Have eaten at Ranchers before and sometimes the delivery takes a while, I assume due to popularity but today was great timing and we will order again.

Overall delivery time was 1 and a half hours after order time, rang numerous times to chase up. Unsure why it was very late as no reason stated.

Food took almost 2 hours to arrive despite a couple of phone calls to them. Their excuse, only 1 driver on. Why take more orders when you can't get it out in a reasonable time. When food arrived it was lukewarm and chicken overcooked and dry. As for the spicy beef loaded fries, the spicy beef was dry and black. Won't be ordering from there again
