The food was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted

No straws yet again! How am I supposed to drink a iced smoothie without a straw. By far the worst maccies

put an order in for three meals and two happy meals and only received the drinks and when we opened the drinks bag they was one drink was spilt all over the bag

item missing, called restaurant was advised to make a complaint. no offer to deliver missing items

took 50 minutes to be delivered and it was completely the wrong items!

Absolute disgrace. Went in with two hungry kids. After waiting 25 minutes, not a single person inside had received their meal. Gave up waiting and asked for a refund which seemed a little too difficult for the staff. Eventually after another ten minutes waiting for a refund, they refunded 16pence short. Took a further 5 minutes to get my 16pence cash out the till. A total of 40 minutes to leave without food, 2 hungry kids but with 16p cash

Yet again stuff missing … disappointing .. burgers, wrap and toys from kids meals. Do orders not get properly checked before being sent out. Thought we’d give McDonalds another chance but failed again so won’t be ordering again

One star is too generous for this place!! The meal order was wrong, chips were barely warm and the supposed chilli wrap had virtually no chilli on!!! The wrap itself was cold! Never again!!!

Best deliver driver I had food still warm and got me bbq sauce

Was meant to be quarter pounder meal- was like a big mac or double quarter pounder. was meant to be plain double cheese burger- instead got chicken mayo. no sauces ordered ketchup and bbq sauce. All the food was cold when arrived.

I did not receive this item I got told payment was cancelled I did not think it had gone though or money had been taken so I was not expecting the order or the money gone from my bank

Typical McDonald's. Functional. Efficient. Pleasant restaurant, all a bit scruffy however, especially the toilet. Value no where near as what it used to be. Given the latest geo political situation, ai will be looking at alternatives

First time there today and tbh it was fine , clean outside and in. Food was nice , no different than any other store , we will go again

Worst mcdonalds ever how it's still open is beyond me ordered 2 meals waited nearly half an hour the shop was empty almost got given the wrong meal no drinks, I expect warm chips but these were freezing and soaked in Greece asked for fresh chips snotty young girl said ok and walked away mc chicken sandwich was cold and hard I could proberly of shattered glass with it! Had to ask again for my chips as I'd finished my burger the bit I could eat hot chocolate was black somehow half empty so didn't drink that had to ask again about my chips finally got them but they were drenched in salt so left half of them meanwhile one member of staff was stood on there in view by the kitchen texting on her phone the whole time! Would never go back here again!

Not the best mcdonalds service is slow and always poor from missing food or long waits for FAST food.

Did not arrive even though stated as delivered !!!! Very poor service and not for the first time. Wrong orders, missing items, usually cold. won't use again. Try another local McMcDonalds for delivery.

Food is always a big wait (40 mins usually) no matter how big or small your order is, it’s always cold and most of the time something is missing or wrong. The drinks are always flat too. Fed up of being so disappointed every time. Not worth a penny.

It took twenty five minutes to get 2 Sweet and sour sauces

Long waits, no ice cream, no milk shakes. As usual. 3 drive throughs waiting for orders for 20 minutes. Staff stressed. All the food to go orders are getting priority.

the staff at this branch are terribly slow and inexperienced mostly kids who don't know what they're doing they'll keep you waiting 45 minutes for 20 nuggets

6 people including a manager standing over food chatting doing nothing whilst I’ve waited 25 minutes for a breakfast muffin, so much for fast food, look at all these reviews McDonald’s and take some action!!!!

Got a delivery, when it arrived I was supposed to get a bit of food with it. No turns out I got 2 milkshakes and 2 McFlurrys like what sort of joke is this when I’ve been in work all day n get home at 11pm to get no food absolute joke. Wouldn’t go here

Ordered our breakfast at 10:35, received it at 11am. Really poor service. So many people waiting and then asking to cancel their orders. When I order here the order is always wrong, takes ages and generally cold. Better management required.

Terrible, paid for my meal in the drive through. Got a breakfast. Waited 15 mins in line didnt get told my meal was delayed, then two people got there meals before me. Not one staff member came up to me and apologised or gave me my meal or tokd me wgat was going on. I had to leave the que as wasn't expecting to wait so long and had to go to work, never received my meal. Basically robbed me of £5. Terrible. Wont be going back.

It was very late. No straw for drink and the food was cold. Second only delivery. The firs delivery we were missing the burger off the bun! Can't see us using this service again sorry.

Optional requests had been completely ignored by staff, despite being clearly labled on the product box, the item still had components included despite request. However, delivery from courier was great!

Only went here because it was after 9pm and I hadn't eaten since lunch. Has to be the worst Mcdonalds in the UK, went to the drive thru collected my drink and was told to go to the next window, so I did, sat there while 4 other cars, picked up their drinks and drove off around me, I thought this can't be right so I drove off round the corner and they're all parked at pickup points waiting for the rest of their order. Then a waitress comes out with my food all confused where I was. I was where I was told to go but no one came. The burger was terrible looked like it had been squashed. Gave me a bad stomach later. That's punishment for going to Mcdonalds, I'll do without next time.

Just got home with my order all the double cheeseburgers were in double wrappers but had single cheeseburgers in and I thought Kirkby McDonalds was bad! 2nd time I’ve ordered from here 1st time I waited 55 mins (never again)

Slow service for 1 drink and 1 burger

this place makes the order and leaves it on the side the courier picks it up even if he takes 44 mins to get there and delivers the package not knowing its been there for 44 mins and hands us food cold this macdonalds needs to make the order when a courier has been accepted or at the resturant. what a joke of and establishment

I live in hope that just one time my food will come out actually looking like the pictures on the menu.

Only car in the drive thru at 10am, took 15 minutes for a breakfast wrap that was missing 2 of the fillings. Hilarious.

15-20 mins wait for 4 pieces of fried chicken and a few chips. Absolute madness - customers standing about waiting for food - staff standing about gassing and gawking at mobile phones, but seemingly no work getting done. Food medicre - chicken was dry but I was hardly going to bring this up only to wait 20 mins for more. I wouldn't recommend it. Don't bother - there's a spoons and multiple chicken shops further down the road which are cheaper/faster/better.

Nice hot food an order all correct

If I could give no stars I would waited for nearly 3hrs for a delivery. Tried ringing 21 times to only have them put the phone down on me everytime they answered. 2 young kids hungry, partner gone to work not had his tea. To then only have it come up saying its been delivered when it hasnt. Also doesn't look like I can get a refund so far.

I ordered meals for my family. In the paper bag, my two medium fries were nowhere to be seen. I understand it was my mistake for not checking the order at the drive thru however I tried calling the McDonalds nearby and they did not answer. To be fair, that McDonalds is pretty busy but that does not mean they can just give me half of my family’s meal without the fries. Their customer service is not good in terms of not answering the phone.
