Chips were really nice nuggets for good but I felt something stuck on my braces and I looked it was a fingernail I know it’s not mine cos I have my nails done

What is it with this place and forgetting dips, and McChicken Sandwich. It's like they have a mental block on them. Either that or they are just the worst McDonald's in the area, like the rest of the reviews suggest. To me it genuinely the worst McDonald's in Liverpool. Orders never right and somehow always freezing. The franchise owner for this dump doesn't give a damn what the kids they employ get up to. It's genuinely a disgrace. No burger, just fries and drinks delivered. No dips either. Sort your hovel out, it's a joke. Please just sack the manager, train the staff and try some customer service

Probulary the usual delivery drivers being given priority. Gettin really sick of this place now. Cheeseburgers were soaked in tomato sauce. Probulary coz they were rushing but couldn’t eat the top part of the buns on todays visit. Scally children doing wheelies through drive through almost hitting cars and then in carpark swearing loudly coz cars were reversing into spaces. Just a real bad vibe this place.

Steer clear, terrible service, every time I go here hoping it'll have improved and it never has. 20 minutes waiting for them to finally provide the drive thru order only to be missing a main meal item and all the condiments that are clearly included on the order they've taped to the bag. Since they've opened I have never actually come away satisfied.

Absolutely horrendously managed. Never received the food at the drive thru window. Always waiting 15+ mins for the simplest of meals. The occasions that I have been into the place, it’s filthy.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, they got my order right which is uncommon and all of my food was warm which is also uncommon, the only criticism I have is that there was a bit too much salt on the fries and too much pepper on the patties, other than that everything was clean and I think it is the best McDonald's I have been to for a while.

I work late nights and often finish in early hours of the morning so on the way home I occasionally get a McDonalds as a dinner as by that time I haven’t had much to eat. On multiple occasions now I have been turned away saying “our tills are down” or “we are not taking orders right now” for a place that advertises 24 hour service this is just incorrect and I would like it to be resolved. Either change food times so I can know when I can and can’t be served or serve me whenever I would like to be served whatever the time of day or night. I’m highly disappointed.

Starting with order took “just” 25min to be served 2 fries 2 cokes chicken and big mac burgers, sliding doors make horrible squeaks all the time, speaker top of my head is blown. There is no “surprise fries” stickers on which ends after 2 days but seems in this mc it’s over, fires itself does not look cooked perfectly. Horrible experience.

Absolute joke of a McDonald’s. Suppose to be fast food not 30 minute wait for the food.

Kept changing the time for delivery, ordered at roughly 12:30 AM and didn’t come till 2:30 AM. Took over an hour and a half to just begin preparing, as stated on my receipt from McDonald’s. I’m diabetic and did my insulin ready for the food to be delivered as stated and then delivery time kept going up and up causing me to have low blood sugars due to the food being delayed multiple times.

Never ever go to this McDonald’s it’s the worst one I’ve even been too by far!!

Orders food around 11.30, had a taxi booked for a hospital appointment in alder hey with my daughter, couldn’t cancel the order on app as was saying food being prepared, couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I had to leave for the hospital or I would of been late for my daughters mental health appointment which was important so couldn’t wait. Had no more money to buy anything for the children’s lunches
