Who serves a nuggets happy meal without dip - disappointing

Oder was for ceaser bacon crisp, wrap of the day. What I got was as on picture. Not sure where the comment come from no bacon 🤔 plain.

Ridiculously slow, waited at drive through window for 15 mins before going round to order bays to wait a further 10 mins without any jobs of explanation...... Fast food.....I think not

Waited over 20 mins for a plain triple cheeseburger, after ordering at the drive through. Service here is so slow. My wife ended up having to go in to the counter to complain. After explaining the issue to three different staff members, two of whom did nothing. She was not the only one complaining. We have had issues at this store before for the same reason. We won't be using this store again.

Wiead people 2 drivers at my door asking for the same code wat was given wen one driver came very wiead trying to scare me

Worst McDonald's ever. Cold wet sloppily made food, prepared by staff that don't seem to put any care to the quality (or speed) of their output. The restaurant is always sticky and dirty and staff are often just milling around while the carpark is full of people waiting inordinate times for simple orders. The only time we get food from here is when the app automatically selects it instead of the usual Switch island (which is hardly any better these days) and it's always a sad and terrible mistake. The Franchisee should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst McDonald's ever!!!! Ordered meal bigmac waiting 30min!!!! Staff just speak with other didn't work!!!! Second thing write opening time 24/7 never seen open after midnight :D

It’s a McDonalds. Pretty standard to be fair. Clean. Food was cooked well and ready quickly. Staff were friendly.

Placed my order through the drive through 6 nuggets and chips I was asked to drive to parking and someone would bring it to me as they where waiting on fresh chips 27 minutes later my food arrived after driving off home my wife decided to pinch one of the chips out the bags as it was our daughter tea they where stone cold so had to heat up when we got home we don't use this place offen but when we do we always have some sort of issue shocking if am honest

Excellent service especially from the delivery driver asking for code compared to last time when the order was wrong, we ordered a milkshake and oasis we received 1 coke between the 2 of us which we never ordered and instead of a philly cheese stack we received a quarter pounder we couldn't even complain or get a refund due to how hard it is to explain via just eat, this time was exactly how it should be with serviettes and sauce

Food takes far too long now ..deliveries take presidence, I don't go much now because too much hassle waiting and pulling over in the drive thru to wait for common meals like 2 children's happy meals and a big mac....ridiculous waits

Absolutely vile ..... everything I ordered was disgusting triple cheeseburger was soggy and sickening , fries cold and hard , wrap not even wrapped I don't kno who they think there serving but if I was a dog id be sick , is it just me or is it rocket science to make fresh food these days or is the new generation that bone idol . I suggest the staff make an only fans account and quit their job as I can only imagine what their ham sandwiches look like the bunch of hammy flaps

If you dine in, it's great. If you order on app for delivery, half your food ends up going missing and they won't replace

This is how a McDonald's should be. My daughter stopped going to McDonald's because she was fed up of being stared at by "all those angry looking foreign men" waiting to pick up the home delivery orders. This place has a totally different area for them so everyone else can dine in peace. All other maccies should take note.

Not keen on decor of chairs the black stipe pattern (personal opinion due to effect on my eyes) Apart from that was ok

Toilets blocked be cause staff use toilet paper to clean mirrors then discard down wc. Burgers cold had to ask for replacement. Won't go back in the evening. Had a breakfast there before and it was fine

Nothing against JustEat but this McDonald’s in maghull is 100% THE worst McDonald’s in the country. I have never ordered from JustEat or in store and everything has been there. It is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to by a country mile.

Shocking experience again -15 mins for a big mac and med fries ! Absolute waste of time here. Complained to McDonald's head office - who said try it again - it's changed ! The only thing that's changed is the day !! AUG 24 guess what's changed -hmmmm - the date -still rubbish how do these people keep their jobs ? Scandalous what you charge for rubbish food!

Lovely clean McDonald's but the service is the worst out of any I've been to. Constantly get asked to park up for and even then have to chase your food constantly. It's always like this even when quiet and when food arrives it's cold

Chips were really nice nuggets for good but I felt something stuck on my braces and I looked it was a fingernail I know it’s not mine cos I have my nails done

Not my proudest achievement but I must have visited over 100 McD’s….. and this is hands down the worst branch I’ve ever frequented. I live near it so have plenty of data to base this statement on. If I have had 500 McD meals then five of my worst ten experiences have been here. To top it off I had no idea you can mess up deliveries in so many ways either. I think on one visit I may have possibly met someone that gave a damn, but only once. I am an eternal optimist though so I just went back for breakfast as the previous scars have healed. Hash brown over cooked, which would seem hard with timers etc so I’m guessing room temp hash browns fried for frozen timings. Sausage patties cremated on one side too. Coffee was a bargain and Bownie pretty good too. But once again I’ve left feeling violated.

What is it with this place and forgetting dips, and McChicken Sandwich. It's like they have a mental block on them. Either that or they are just the worst McDonald's in the area, like the rest of the reviews suggest. To me it genuinely the worst McDonald's in Liverpool. Orders never right and somehow always freezing. The franchise owner for this dump doesn't give a damn what the kids they employ get up to. It's genuinely a disgrace. No burger, just fries and drinks delivered. No dips either. Sort your hovel out, it's a joke. Please just sack the manager, train the staff and try some customer service

Probulary the usual delivery drivers being given priority. Gettin really sick of this place now. Cheeseburgers were soaked in tomato sauce. Probulary coz they were rushing but couldn’t eat the top part of the buns on todays visit. Scally children doing wheelies through drive through almost hitting cars and then in carpark swearing loudly coz cars were reversing into spaces. Just a real bad vibe this place.

Steer clear, terrible service, every time I go here hoping it'll have improved and it never has. 20 minutes waiting for them to finally provide the drive thru order only to be missing a main meal item and all the condiments that are clearly included on the order they've taped to the bag. Since they've opened I have never actually come away satisfied.

Absolutely horrendously managed. Never received the food at the drive thru window. Always waiting 15+ mins for the simplest of meals. The occasions that I have been into the place, it’s filthy.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, they got my order right which is uncommon and all of my food was warm which is also uncommon, the only criticism I have is that there was a bit too much salt on the fries and too much pepper on the patties, other than that everything was clean and I think it is the best McDonald's I have been to for a while.

I work late nights and often finish in early hours of the morning so on the way home I occasionally get a McDonalds as a dinner as by that time I haven’t had much to eat. On multiple occasions now I have been turned away saying “our tills are down” or “we are not taking orders right now” for a place that advertises 24 hour service this is just incorrect and I would like it to be resolved. Either change food times so I can know when I can and can’t be served or serve me whenever I would like to be served whatever the time of day or night. I’m highly disappointed.
