Perfect delivery driver food still warm and no mess with the drinks nothing like the delivery driver the other night asking me wired questions

got the wrong order and the guy took it back to get my actual order but just didn't come back. can't even make a refund request because I have no food to show them.

why they advertise for a book or toy. for there happy meals. I've asked for a book from this mc Donald's. rice lane and walton. an yet never get given what i ask for. . how is it so inspimple to read a receipt. seems as though mc Donald's are employing alot of incompetent people. it's not rocket science to get a maccys order correct.

I got charged for a large drink and fries and I got half a carton of fries and a carton of milkshake not a large milkshake

whoever made me burger either hates me or hates their job. was dryer than a nuns f@nny. asked for extra everything sauce/pickles/mustard…must of been end of the bottles. either way it was consumed as canny beat a triple cheeseburger!! Hope the rest of ya day is better mate :)

Wrong drink delievered got a latte instead of hot chocolate, food was stone cold because bag had been ripped whole way through delivery an all food was stuck together.

First time ordering from here and it will be the last. food was cold, no milk in the tea, and the hot chocolate had no chocolate in it obviously the machine needs refilling.

Bootle McDonald’s strikes again, don’t think I’ve ever had an order that was complete from that place, the food taste fine and the delivery time was fine but there was always one of us that don’t have a breakfast. Maybe they need to start employing people who can actually read the orders.!

Delivery time originally said 10.15 but time shifted and arrived just after 10.30, food was just warm but I guess the delivery time needs to be taken in to account. pleasant driver delivered.

I've never had a takeaway delivered so cold the chips were like they came out of a fridge. The burgers the same but the milkshakes had both desolved...they weren't thick shakes they were warm melted shakes and they were the only thing that were edible. I won't be using just eat again. We were told 20 mins after we ordered and that kept getting pushed back and back and back. The food ended up in the bin and that was the only place it was suitable for. Absolutely shocking Never Again

food cold drinks nothing in them over an hour late

Weve used this mcdonalds many of time and never had any issus!!!!ordered £50 pounds of food and everything was cold! All chips the were soggy and cold tasted like reheats. items were missing drinks were flat and not full. Full meals were missing! Philly burger chips and a quarter pounder and chips. Absolutely disgusting this. I've got to go the the restaurant now and speak to someone cause no one is answering the phone! livid!!

30 pound for half an order and cold food

the 🍟 wasn't cooked properly I had to put them in the air fryer, I mean come on who doesn't know how to cook fries its not rocket science (white soggy fries) and you never get the sauces when you order from here no matter what you order.

according to their time it was on time but only because they kept pushing it back! It was disgusting, the fries and chicken were freezing and the lolly ice I got for my skn was juice I've had to put it in the freezer and the ice cream was melted off the mcdlurry too. Absolute waste of money.

Fast delivery food was sound and hot apart from the large fries they tasted like they had been left there for a week Rock hard cold and tasted like cardboard Eurghh driver was lovely friendly and it was actually nice to get my delivery for a change

Absolutely disgusting, tables full of rubbish, all bins full and overflowing with top of bin mounted with trays full of empty bags and cups. The floor full of rubbish too.

driver was being extremely rude. wouldn't come out of his car to deliver food when i am very heavily pregnant. Oaisis came half way full and the nuggets was absolutely rock hard not even edible. absolutely disgusting and very disrespectful behaviour.
