McDonald's - Stanley Road in Sefton

Absolutely livid. Waited nearly an hour an a half and so did the poor delivery driver for the food to be delivered stone cold and with no sauces. Whole box of nuggets ice cold with no sauces. I want my money back

Paid £22 and food took ages to be delivered and food was freezimg cold

My drink leaked into the bag and I didn’t get my refund even though it’s almost been a week

No fault of the delivery driver but the food was freezing obviously sat in McDonald’s for ages took over a hour to send the food out all kinds missing and the food ice ice cold had to air fry most of it. Never again

meals were stone cold and neither had the chips that were part of the order. Absolute disgrace !!

I messaged the driver when he was by the store to tell him it was the wrong address and he read the message and still went to the wrong address now my son as no tea to eat as I can’t afford to buy a second McDonald’s

Apparently he was here like 7 mins early and then on the app it said he was here an i got to the door an i seen his an he started driving off an i shouted EXCUSE ME! and he look at me an just drove off

The delivery driver was a nice guy and he did his best, it was purely the wait on the food preparing. Considering it was supposedly fast food it was over an hour late and freezing cold by the time it arrived.

Ordered in, the food was over an hour late and was freezing cold on arrival. The driver was a nice guy and a credit to Just Eat, but I wouldn’t recommend eating here or ordering from here. Fast food appears to be a myth in 2025

Absolutely fuming, delivery time was put back several times yet order was prepared well before delivery. food arrived cold- made the driver also check and he could see it was cold. medium fries has less than half in them- took a photo for evidence. requesting full refund. only good thing was they actually remembered dips but pointless with ice cold food.

Average McDonald's, food. Okay. "Restaurant" area not welcoming and not the safest environment. Some people... Including kids think they can do whatever they want. Including vaping at the tables and not even buying anything. Mmmmm. Not good.

I ordered food at 12.20pm and it eventually arrived at 15.06pm absolutely stone cold and completely inedible, tried contacting the restaurant and also just eat but had no luck speaking to anyone, absolute joke, i would like a full refund.

The Mccrispy wasn't crispy it was hard and overcooked, fries undercooked and despite me asking in the notes to please not forget the dips I'd paid for (because they always do) I was still missing one. It's getting worse

No free nuggets arrived and chips and burgers had to be microwaved as freezing cold, the 20 nuggets we paid for were slightly warm so thats a bonus and actually got sauce this time.

Delivery time kept going up and the burger had no taste to it and was cold.

All items delivered hot with nothing missing or spilt.

Everything lovely, coffee wasn't spilt and still nice and warm. New lids are better. Thank you

Do Bootle maccies employ different people on the early shift, every burger order arrives cold, food missing never any dips yet when I order breakfast it arrives on time, hot and correct. Lovely brekkie to start the day

awful, the food was cold and half missing chips and missing free nuggets. driver was aggressive asking for a four pin and overall a rip off.

2 meals and McNuggets all cold no dips that’s come with the McNuggets never came fries went in the bin what a waste of money they were lettuce in the chicken was all brown never will I order from Bootle McDonald’s again. Showed order was being delivered yet it took the driver 15 minutes to move from McDonalds.

Ordered food at 10.35. Arrives at 11.50. Food freezing. Don’t state delivery time is 25-40 mins. Shocking!!!

extremely not happy with my order. I ordered a double sausage mcmuffin with extra cheese and a extra hashbrown. the mcmuffin was in edible. It has 3x sausage pattys and was dripping in grease. if you picked the bun up it would fall apart. the hasbrows tasted vile. It was all cold too.
