The food was over 2 hours late the said delivered but havent received any food This is now officially a joke i will like a refund as soon as possible

ordered me food at 1.33pm the food turned up at 4.07 wasn’t even remade! i am fumin with this!! no matter how busy do not deliver food to me freezing cold an milkshakes are not even drinkable! bootle strand mcdonald’s is a joke

Never mind late we’re still waiting and not received,we’ve been charged for the order too.never using Uber again until I get my refund, you ring just eat and it’s just automated, can’t speak to anyone. Justeat you need to get your company in order. After two hours of waiting we knew we wouldn’t get our McDonald’s breakfast order so we ordered a mcdonalds off uber eats and food was delivered very fast. You need to take a leaf out of there book. Taking money off innocent people.

Took over an hour and a half to get delivered and when it did half the order was missing!!

Food came cold due to being late

Paid for 9 nuggets, got 6. Big Mac was dismantled and everywhere in the box. Drink has no ice and is warm.

My delivery time changed constantly from when I initially ordered, it first said 30-45 mins then quickly changed to over an hour but then arrived at the time stated. However one of my items was missing and the other 2 items were stone cold and inedible! I order a 20 box of chicken nuggets that comes with 4 dips and no dips were sent, these dips are part of the order not additional so firm part of the item being paid for. Absolutely rubbish service, left me disappointed and hungry!

Don’t know what it is about Bootle maccies whenever we order chicken nuggets they rarely include dips, 20 nuggets no dips. It’s not hard but the staff just aren’t interested

was estimated 25/30mins. the food was on route to me house an hour after i placed the order and was cold. the milkshake was literal milk. usually we struggle to get it out the straw. wasn’t impressed at all

Ordered tonight. Waited nearly 2 hours . Says its preparing food but stays on that screen for two hours. Just for it to refresh and say my food has been delivered an hour and half ago. But I’ve not had a delivery at all. Tried calling the restaurant for over an hour. The line is either busy or not answering.

despite my better judgement I have this place another go....I mean seriously. how hard is to just get an order correct

Delivery never turned up and said that it did spoke to someone and was told that the money would be refunded with in 20 minutes then the phone went down and still not been refunded so had to reorder the food after 2 half hours then took an hour for it to come an still have not been refunded then when new order came it was still wrong

Why offer a delivery service if you can't actually deliver?! Ordered at 4.40pm, now 7.15pm, still waiting. App says delivered. If you're short staffed or too busy, don't accept the order, it's not that difficult..

I will NEVER order from here again! Last time they didn’t even bother delivering after waiting over 2 hours. Tonight they missed half the order out. I don’t know if it’s the staffs faults or the drivers. It’s getting worse and worse. I know it’s not the best food to eat it’s for convenience and it gives the complete opposite.
