Half my order missing - used Uber eat! Shocking

Waited over 20 minutes for the food which I gave back as it was stone cold the replacement meal was luke warm at best, very poor 😐

What is the point of having a drive through collection if every time you get told to park up and wait long periods for your food. It's called fast food for a reason ! Nothing fast about this McDonald's in Switch island. If you need to get in and out or need to be somewhere, go somewhere else.

Can never go through the drive through without being parked and when the food comes out it's cold. Staff try to be helpful but up against snotty brain dead management.

Arguably the best Macdonalds around! We had hot food that came out quickly. Kev made our visit, bringing toys and colouring for the kids and being so welcoming. We'll drive past another Macdonalds to get to this jne in future, for sure.

Food was hot. Need better parking bays and Exit needs better signage, especially for visitors who are not from area.

The most incompetent McDonalds staff you will ever get to see. They cannot follow simple instructions or correctly take an order without messing it up. Honestly goto Aintree which is less than a mile away if you want to recieve an order that will actually be more accurate to what you ordered. The wait times are a joke too, ever since they refurbished the staff have become far more incompetent and lazy its unreal, and if you use the drive-thru of a night theres a 99% chance they'll tell you its closed despite being 24/7

Tasteless rubbish! Ordered at drive through no hot drinks available and then order had been missed when we got to hatch and had to pull onto car park and wait. At least the fries were hot. They don't give napkins any more!

No such thing as fast food at this location,waited over 4 mins to be asked for my order at drive thru,told me no frappes on tonight,then told to park up and wait,waited over 20 mins, apporling service, and not the 1st time

When it comes to McDonald's, you'd think that they're all the same. The burgers here however were better than any McDonald's we've been to before - proper burgers that were made with care rather than thrown together! Wish they were all like here.

The time is 12.45 am I receive my order at 1.05 am The order is 2 double cheese burgers and a orange juice The cheeseburgers look like they have been tea bagged by a elephant and as warm as my ex wife's side of the bed... McDonald’s switch island is absolutely disgusting, ordered food on the McDonald’s app, got the Order fries freezing, burger freezing, cappuccino freezing, mc flurry runny and wrong one, food missing, phoned up, a lady member of staff put the phone down on me, phoned again, spoke to a man, told us to come and pick up another order, I don’t drive that’s the reason why I called a delivery, terrible customer service there, phoned head office, complained, phone uber eats, the lady I spoke to there was about as useful as a chocolate teapot, wouldn’t give us a a refund, I will never never eat at another McDonald’s again, food awful staff awful, head office where good and empathetic, switch island and uber eats, hold your heads in shame, ok taking money, don’t know how you all sleep at night 😡😡😡😡

Went to MCdrive they send me to waiting spot and told me my order is on the way and shouldnt tale long after 25 min had to go there again and ask for my food. Joke.

The worst delivery drivers didn't even get the food I ordered got someone else's food

Asked to park up.. waited 30 mins.. had to go back inside to ask where food was. Manager then did our order.. offered us a mcflurry by way of apology.. wed already bought a mcflurry.. which had.melted by now. And a sorry.. no discount .. no refund. Just an insincere sorry.. awful place. Will be complaining to head office.. and food was freezing... 24quid for freezing food! McDonald's are garabage these days..

Service is painfully slow, tables are a mess and dirty even though there is hardly anyone dining in. 20 min wait for chicken nuggets because they missed the whole order, seems to prioritise food delivery orders and then drive through before in-store. Staff don't seem to care at all.

Nice clean store. Customer experience on the self order screens was poor they never seem to have any receipt roll in and now no table service making standing around the counter and watch your table a juggling act.

Went through the drive through and it to 20 minutes for food. Not very fast for fast food. Milkshake are none existent.

Ordered through the drive through and got told to park up, that’s fine. Waited over 25 minutes for our food for it to come out with missing items, not even a sorry for the wait of the missing items. Won’t be back

Let’s hope your not in a rush. You could traverse the atlantic quicker than you’d get your food. Oh and the food wasn’t even correct.

We all love a maccie's. There isn't really any difference between one from another

Most definitely the worst McDonalds anywhere. Just had a McCrispy Deluxe meal after waiting a long time in the drive thru. The McCrispy bun was rock hard and the chicken fillet was over cooked and dry. Had one bite and had to throw the rest away. Stay well clear from this McDonalds.

Used drive through. Received medium fries instead of large. Also no barbecue sauce in the bag.

Absolute joke, ordered breakfast on the mcdonalds app to be picked up, paid, and received an order number. Got to mcdonalds waited half an hour to be told there was a problem with the order, and it looks like it hasn't gone through even though we had paid and gotten an order number! Turned away and told us that there's nothing they could do! Maybe next time, instead of shutting off breakfast too soon, actually serve the last orders instead of making poor excuses like there was a problem with the order!

Waited over half an hour for my order after going through the drive through, turns out my order wasn’t even being made after paying over £20, absolute terrible service.

Saturday afternoon rammed with the queue round the corner yet the service was amazingly quick and food was hot and fresh great service

McDonald’s has gone so far downhill it’s unbelievable. I have abstained as frankly the quality, cost and service it poor but as I hadn’t been for a while I thought I would foolishly try it again. Go through the drive through to be told to park up and wait for the food. The only thing they previously had going for them was the fact it was FAST food. KFC blow them out of the water it terms of quality, service and cost. While Tim Hortons is miles ahead. I’ve managed to write this review while still waiting for my food after parking up.

Do not go here never have any think an if you want milkshakes or icecream the machine has been broken for about 2 year's or there to lazy to clean it so say it is broken.

Are the size of the fillet of fish getting smaller i remember getting a whole slice of cheese now it's a 1/4 and tartre sauce i put more toothpaste on my toothbrush in the morning.

Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Drive through was 'broken' after waiting 10 mins queuing at collection window. Went back later instead, asked to park up and then waited another 20+ minutes before food was brought out. How hard can it be? Absolutely useless, never using this one again.

Food was OK, staff was understaffed, and they were doing drive-thru orders over the actual indoor orders, which meant you had to wait around 20 minutes before they even looked at your order.

Drive thru constantly parks people even when empty

Drive thru seems to get the priority here which I understand but I waited over 30 mins for my food and had to go ask at the till (which there is never anybody at and the staff in the back just stare at you hoping you'll go away probably) when I did get my food it was freezing cold and had clearly just been sitting out. Spent £25-30 on mcdonalds delivery on Friday, half the items were missing from the order, they wouldn't answer their phones and there was no way to contact them via just eat. Not hard to read an order and put the corresponding items in the bag, is it? Not the first time it's happened, best bet is just to stay clear of this one.

As far as McDonalds goes this is a clean outlet and the food is always freshly cooked. Staff are polite and the only negative thing I seem to pick up on is that it's so busy with deliveries through companies such as just eat that we are left in the waiting area for food for far too long, last visit over 20 minutes!!!!

This McDonald’s is located on a very busy road with hundreds of Hgvs traveling past day and night. I called in after midnight being a lorry driver for a quick bite to eat and was told I had to use the drive through. Definitely wasn’t going to happen in a 44ton articulated lorry. At least let us use the uber entrance to place an order.

Non franchised are more expensive.

Food was very very slow. It wasn't even that busy. The people in front waited over 20 mins tmfor two coffee and our meal was over 15mintues wait.

Horrendous! Cold food covered in grease, items missing and bad attitude from staff! To top it off on our order we had two apple pies which as everyone expects to be molten but not only were they stone cold they were almost 2hours past the expiry time and the box was wet with grease! The manageress was extremely rude to my husband too. Wouldn't go back

I'd give zero if possible. You lot aren't the brightest bunch working there are you. Asked for 3 dips didn't receive any of them. Asked for no pickles on the burger and its like you put extra on. In future why don't you just decide what am eating and send me whatever. Idiots.

Waited at the two lane drive thru for 2 minutes and was not served. Another car then turned up and went into the other drive thru lane and promptly got served. Drove away without ordering. What's the point in having two drive thru lanes if you are going to ignore one?! Not the first time this has happened, and puts me off going. Went and got a KFC instead, which was far more enjoyable. Will be a while before I bother with McDonald's again.

How is it that every time I come here and go to the drive through every single order gets parked up. Does anyone that works here actually know how to run the place efficiently?

Long wait times if ordering food inside. FRIES are always bad... like 9/10 times fries are either uncooked or pale... or they give you lots of bad one... (green fries etc). This is a shame because the fries are an iconic item. They need to learn how to make fries properly before charging people.

Just been through the drive thru got parked up for about 10 minutes. Big mac had onions on which I didn't want, went back in and they gave me another , checked it, looked fine. Once in the car i checked it properly it was still the same big mac but with an extra cheese slice on (the nerve) Took that back, the poor girl was modified. Gave me another, gets in the car and the bottom burger was still the same with the same onions on. I gave up, Honestly switch island maccies is the worst i never learn, reckon its about 10 nil to them. We can all live people getting things wrong but Jesus tonight this maccies is something else.

Food isn't prepared to standard anymore, hardly get any sauce on burgers, recently bought the hat trick burger an it was just 3 patties and 1 cheese slice, so dry, whenever ya do a mcdelivery theres always items missing, and when ya go to the restaurant ya waiting forever for your food and then having to go back up because something is wrong, get some proper staff instead of hiring kids who can't be bothered.

I was ordering online and i ordered a chocolate milkshake and medium fries with barbeque sauce. And when it got delivered the chocolate milkshake was actually chocolate milk in a box type thing and my barbeque sauce didnt come. I wanted my normal chocolate milkshake but no i got chocolate milk wven when it said chocolate milkshake on the website.

My order, a quarter pound cheese meal with a bottle of water was taken quickly, payment was taken very quickly. My bottle of water was delivered quickly. I waited over 5 minutes for my burger and fries. You need to familiarize yourselves with the meaning of " fast food ". Priority is given to orders for delivery. If I take the time to actually go to your business, I think that I should have priority. But the customers who dine in, they should be your number one priority 🤔 🙄

Only went in for coffee and ice cream. Waited absolutely ages, at least 20 minutes. Asked a staff member where my order was and he then went and made the coffee and told me the ice cream machine was broken. Ended up leaving with the coffee and no time for a replacement as was in a hurry.

I ordered McDonald's on a home delivery I never complain ever! The last few orders has been so bad we keep asking for a refund. We ordered maybe about £40 we have been waiting an hour because our ticket has been lost, didn't send my cheese bites and the fries was half empty and COLD and on the chicken burger had lettuce when ididn't want lettuce it was stuck to it where I had to scrape it off just enough where I can eat it and even while eating it, it was cold and dry. This McDonald's is terrible.

Ordered a Diet Coke , and a biscoff frappe they asked us to park up, people who pulled up after us who ordered food was getting served before us we had waited 15 minutes then asked someone where it was then waited another 10. Then finally drinks came frappe was just full of ice and not blended properly
