What is going! everything taste different. My kids used to love the waffles with white chocolate sauce and strawberries. Last time we thought something wasn’t right and today orders they had both one bite of a waffle and hardly no sauce and lots of strawberries which was the only thing they ate and throw all the waffles in the bin.

Food not delivered after waiting an hour. Was told driver might have delicered to wrong address and they cannot contact driver. No one tried to call either. Rubbish all round

Forgot the extra chips and phone was going to voicemail after repeatedly calling. Don't expect any aftercare if they forget something or mess your order up.

hardly any topping on my waffle even when i asked for extra so very plain, everytime i order it gets worse so probably wont order again

Used to really rate this place. Haven’t been for a while so thought we would order from here. £25 for a tiny milk shake (apparently they only do one size now) and cookie dough and ice cream. The milkshake wasn’t full either. Taste was nice but over all gutted as it is far to expensive for the small amount you get. What a shame

Ordered 2 galaxy waffles and only received one!! Just eat wont help because we collected they said we should have checked but shake had stapled the bag shut so naturally you dont open the bag until you get home. Tried to call shake and they must have turned their phones off so one waffle down and no refund and no other numbers to ring. Usually a regular customer here but we wont be returning now.

very bland and not much taste to the waffle or the topping. strawberries were not fresh either. the ice cream was really nice though.

Had the cheeseburger at box park. Soooo good. Basically tastes like maccies but better coz it’s bigger, has more cheese and also piping hot which makes it amazing!

Shake is awesome. Our order wasn’t delievered by Uber Eats, and when I called the shop they were apologetic and made the order again right away. I don’t live far so I think a member of staff actually walked to deliver the order themselves. Even if he didn’t walk, hand delivering it themselves so we actually got our order is amazing. Five stars every time.

I asked the courier to ring doorbell and leave the item at the door step and he didn’t listen I am very upset

food is cold. tried to ring restaurant to take food back an give me a refund. no answer. missing shakes. this was our go to take away but food quality was shocking, it went good again for a while but now it's shocking again. the driver was so so so rude. he hammered on my front door, ditched the food on my doorstwp nd sped off at high speeds on a 20mph road. am absolutely disgusted in the whole service and won't ever order a file shake from this rude place again!!!!

I don’t know what happened to this place. Always has been our go to for top desserts but today… the milk shake came half empty and warm, and instead of the waffles we bought we got 2 cookie dough instead that arrived rock hard and the ice creams melted… hope this is an isolated case as it’s a shame to see such a good place drop the ball like that.

Order was missing my milkshake and the food was barely warm even though delivery was on time, I had a bueno waffle and the bueno piece seemed stale but still edible this isn't the first issue I've had I ordered the other day and I was missing a can of lemon Fanta one of the strawberry milkshakes tasted like water and the burgers where cold

Used to be good but ordered today and am really disappointed. Had two burgers and spiral fries. The fries probably were the crumbles from the finishing pack and we couldn’t eat half of them. Burgers were okay… delivery was quick.

Good food. The curly fries have been changed to a smaller portion for the more money

Top quality burgers every single time. We don’t just live round the corner and the food is always hot too. Can’t fault this place. 10/10

milkshake had been dropped gave me a cold waffle with not a thought that it was obviously ordered to have together when i called to see how long a replacement would be the obviously young girl who I spoke too was oddly defensive and very rude best part of £20 for absolutely nothing just told go on the app for a refund, lovely experience

Food took 20 minutes to be driven from the store to our house and we live 3 minutes away. It was late and the food was vile, wasn’t worth the wait at all. I understand places get busy but don’t say food or on its way when it clearly isn’t. Not happy I’ve wasted my money at all

Always a five star experience from Shake. Food is absolutely delicious - burgers are insane and the tator tots are amazing. Delivery was super speedy by a lovely driver. The team can’t do enough to make sure you get outstanding service

Im not happy at all from the experience, ordered on 3rd December. Had to wait for 2 hours for food to be delivered with no communication from Shake and when I rang twice they said “we think your food is out for delivery” staff clearly have no clue what’s going on. When food did finally arrive there was then missing items as well. Was not happy and rang up and was told by business owner he will do a partial refund for everything that had happened. I waited 8 days with no contact or refund and called up last night to be told business owner couldn’t do refund and would sort something out for me and get back in touch another 24 hours later no one has been in touch still so they clearly don’t care about giving shocking service and constantly messing up orders. Ordered 3 times before 3rd in total and everytime had something wrong let it slide till now. Staff who don’t care and a business owner who doesn’t have a clue how his business works or how to work in it. Didn’t want to put review on however now fed up now of the service had feel robbed

Overall the food is great and tasty however what they are lacking is customer service. The phone number “doesn’t work for my area” which means I cannot contact for allergy information, order information or editing nor does their website work or anything to gain any contact to the restaurant. 2 out of the 3 times I’ve ordered, the food has been over 15 minutes late and with no tracking or contact. Delivery time today was over an hour and 15 minutes

Firstly, I ordered hours earlier for a specific time and they were still half an hour late. Chips were rock hard and burnt, cookie dough was black around the edges it was so burnt. The only reason they didn't get 1 star is because the burger and nuggets were decent (but still not worth the price IMO) I was really disappointed that I spent over £40 and half of the food was inedible.

Food was incredible,double cheeseburger was amazing and the cookies and waffles was out of this world.

This is the first time they were late. The food and shakes are always tip top so always worth the wait. Nothing is ever left.

Yet again cant fail mr chef 🌟5. You all need to try this best local burger around!! Amazing so fresh. Fries are great, have to have 2 portions. Still would like eggs and pepperoni !!!! No luck though. lol. But highly recommended. Excellent.

Music that puts you in the mood and makes you feel less guilty about eating sugar 😅 I recommend the milshakes, a killer The waffles on the other hand are not the same recipe as in France so I didn't really like the taste.

I am absolutely shocked with the level of customer service or should I say complete lack of it. I ordered a burger an chips an nuggets at 7pm it come at 8:58 I had tried calling over 50 times not once did they pick up the phone. When it did finally come I had a knock on my door, an opened it to the food bag on the floor an the man walking away, absolutely disgusting customer service, terrible. The food was cold, once warmed up wasn’t too bad but I will never ever use them again! Terrible!!!!!

Still not received my order which I order an hour and half ago for 2 milkshakes. Every time I try and phone they put the phone down and I am not even sure my order is coming. Please refund my money.

I just had to have another fix of fresh burger!! I cant eat pickle and they always swap this for lots of onion and I could always eat 2 of them!!! The chips are fab crinkle cut and I order 2 of them bc 1 box is just not enough. It’s definitely a 5🌟 in my eyes. You must give them a try and you will realise the quality of the burgers. Well done guys, great service!!

Firstly I must apologise for my last review. There was a glitch in the system and I was left starving!! These things happen to us all!! Soooo I rang and spoke to the very nice and helpful manager and then she rang me back. Well what can I say? They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to rectify the situation and they were also so kind to me. I love their burgers and you cant get anything like those around here. Nobody does crinkle chips either. So they have defo got this right. Highly recommended 5🌟 Go on just try them!!!
