McDonald's in Sevenoaks

Parking and location are convenient and we liked to presence of mature cleaning staff and a clean establishment. Tables and floor were clean. The burgers however left everything to be desired. The lower bun had no sauce at all or filling. The patties were over cooked and dry. The upper cheese didn't cover the pattie as advertised and certainly didn't overhang outside the bun. Salad in the bun? What salad? A really poor example of restaurant food.

Not much to write home about. The server mucked up the order, not a big deal tbh it was soon rectified with a smile from him. The thing that got my back up was the fact the milkshake machine was out of order, the sauces were not working, no ice creams and to top it off there were paper towels to wipe your self on instead of toilet paper, oh and the paper towels were situated on the sanitary bin UGHHHH GROSS ! This applied to both toilets. Just to point out on my visit 3 days prior the milkshake and sauce machines were out of order…..are they waiting on a non existent repairman to arrive? Overall abit of a sham…..

Another missing item review. Used the drive thru as in a rush..Ordered 4 meals and a few extra hash browns. Muffins buried under hash browns and drinks handed over immediately so didn't have chance to dig and check the order. Get to our destination and find a double sausage and egg muffin missing.. seems to be a regular theme for this store in its reviews.. You would think they would employ staff with an ability to count to at least 4..

So having ordered my meal to take out and driving home 5 miles to eat it, the staff pushed a bag out of the window that a reasonable person would believe was what you had ordered. The staff do not check the order is correct, they do not read the order back - its all in the hands of the McD's gods. You get home and find the most expensive item £4.95) is missing. Initially angry, you look at the receipt to call them - but the receipt is illegible being printed on a faulty thermal printer. So you look for the store phone number and phone them - the phone rings and rings and there is no answer. You cant read the receipt to email them so you sit on webchat for 20mins trying to sort it. The result - £2.50 voucher and my £4.95 they stole. I can't get the cash they stole - I have to buy another meal. This is abject theft and deception. It's simple they provided a short order and have refused to pay me the money I am owed. A disgusting attempt at a resolution.

Went there for family takeout young girl was too quick when asking what I wanted she was talking over me when I was responding to what I wanted RUDE Also got my order wrong it comes on screen so how can you get it wrong MANAGER needs to take lead on this gapping far too much

Staff held up middle fingers when asked if they were open, when apparently they were closed, even though they advertise to be open 24 hours 7 days a week. You could have just said you were shut and been nice?

Not actually 24hours like website suggests. Don’t waste your time. I drove there at 10.30pm on a Thursday evening - not open at all!

I get fed up with Swanley McDonald's. Any other McDonald's I go to with a drive through is 24 hours but swanley is the exception. Being a key worker I'm still working and alot of night every time I go to this McDonald's past 10pm the drive through is always shut. I can't even get delivery as doesn't go to my area so the amount of waisted journeys for nothing is ridiculous. I would not recommend for key workers on night shifts. I see how people get annoyed with McDonald's and not all branches are the same as well as getting let down on a regular basis.

Worked there for a minimum of a month and had the WORST treatment; got blamed and a warning for having a panic attack on the way, ON THE WAY, to work. Got spoke to like a 2 year old. I know that, i tried my best but i’m sure i could of got better if they actually trained me. They did not take mental health into account and made it worse.

While for the most part the staff are lovely when I asked to speak to a manager regarding a food related issue I was informed that there main manager a chap named danny wootton would come speak to me with in the 2 mintue conversation he showed him self to be a complete tool spoke to his staff like crap and ignored my complaint to answer a phone call iv been to this store many times and spoken to the previous business manager matt who was always lovely and understanding but danny is what I'd like to call a complete waste of space the food quality and over all standard of the store has gone down hill especially considering there opening another store in swanley town centre I'll go there instead

I ordered chicken legend meal, bit it and water poured out the other end.. (chucked that in the bin) and then tried to drink my supposed to be DIET COKE and it tasted like a fruity gone off coke.. wtf mcdonalds?????

The atmosphere there is very pleasant, clean and friendly staff. You don’t have to wait long for your order. Parking can be a bit of a problem though as it gets very busy with large vans, but they don’t generally stay long.

Drive-thru service on a cold night. I was served by Terri, a lady that understands that customer service is not for every client! She used the courtesy formula “Do you mind if you wait for a couple of minutes dor your order?”. My reply was more like a joke... “What can I do?”, but her facial expression was full if disgust. When she handed the order I wanted to explain that and I mnkw it’s hard work there, it her face should not express this, as it felt rude and instead should be good customer service. Her reply was “Customer service is not for rude clients!” I felt sorry for stopping by😒

Breakfast drive they this morning. Good bubbly efficient service. Food was quick & correct. Only critique was the 2 sausage & egg muffins were a little dry.

Called in for a late night snack and had to use the toilets. They have the waterless urinals, apparently they save 100,000 litres of water a year. However they stink of urine. Not at all pleasant. The food was great.

Good service, has a drive in belive now open 24 hours only on the east bound lane of the A20 ie coast bound, at the end of they day there nearly all the same

Who designs the drive through at McDonalds? Surely no one who has ever driven a vehicle. Start with a tight right angle turn and add crash barriers both sides to give as limited clearance in the turn as possible. They were taking delivery at the time and their lorry wasn’t parked in the unloading bay but instead parked in front the middle of the car park.

We went here around 9am on bank holiday Monday. Whilst I appreciate this meant it would be busier than usual the wait time for food was beyond disappointing. We went through the drive through and only ordered 3 mcmuffins and a drink. We were told to park up and our food would be brought out (lots of other people had also been told this). We waited and waited with our baby becoming increasingly bored and upset, eventually I went inside after about 25mins and was told they're busy but it won't be long (there were 2 customers waiting inside). Whilst standing there I heard a staff member say 'has this order gone out, it was on the floor?' Low and behold it was our order. I was very disappointed that despite saying a few times we'd been waiting ages no one checked where our order was when clearly if they'd done that they'd have realised it was on the floor. I understand waiting when it's busy but if a customer has to wait 30mins for McDonald's take away something is clearly wrong.

With the restaurant next to my hotel being rammed the first night I was there, I felt like I needed to eat a dirty McDonalds, so I headed here. Standard McDonalds food, well prepared and provided very quickly.

I love McDonalds. I love the chicken, I love the beef, I love the fries, I love the breakfast. My only criticism is that it’s making me fat.

Tener, sin éxito, trató dos pubs para un almuerzo de cumpleaños en 83 rd Eynsford, vinimos a MacDonald's con 2 parientes ancianos sin saber qué esperar. Tuvimos un servicio fantástico, la comida deliciosa y fresca en realidad eran capaces de sentarse en una mesa! ! Un auténtico lujo para 4 nuevos clientes a Mcdonald's. Volveremos aquí a cualquier hora

No me gusta la comida un MacDonalds como la carne de las hamburguesas son como cartón, la comida no es buena calidad y usan un montón de productos químicos en la comida es por eso la comida es muy barata.

Been here a few times very friendly staff but they can't seem to do a plain burger with just cheese 3 out of four times not good was busy but could have done with a clean
