Whenever you order they always seem to miss out some part of the delivery. happened a few times. will no longer use this branch in Timperley

My donner kebab was actually nice, it was the poor people who ordered pizza, whilst waiting for our food I watched the staff member making pizza without gloves on, bare hands. Disgusting. Tuna into cheese into peppers into olives. Awful!!!

been using them for many years menu pretty much the same. great kebabs cant knock them always five star

Love Pinocchio's, I usually get a supreme kebab with a burger and it definitely fills you up. Great food, nice meat used too. Pizzas are great from here, I especially like the deep pans!!!

We order from pinocchios often but when this showed up for £8 I was shocked so rang them to as why the portion was ridiculous compared to normal and was on the phone to possibly the rudest member of staff I had ever dealt with , telling me I ordered the wrong thing which I didn't he then backtracked and said it wasnt here yet which it was , he then informed me this was the right amount which if this is the case £8 is a joke to ask for this measly portion. Rude staff and appalling food wont be ordering again.

They hate customers. It’s evident that when you walk in you are an inconvenience. You speak English? You’re even more hated. Maybe it’s ok online but face to face, nope. They hate customers.

Just took delivery of 2 kebabs on Garlic Nan Bread. Both were gorgeous, plenty of Steak, Chicken and donner. Salad was fresh and garlic nan bread lovely. Thank you guys, food was great, delivery bang on time. Glenys and Brian

Usually great, but ordered recently, brown salad, tough meat n weird sauce, contacted them 3 times and they don't respond

Placed a order last night for delivery, my order was taken and I was told that it would be delivered within 45 minute. After 1 hr 10 minutes and still no food delivered I decided to call to check how long it would be, I understand that it’s Xmas eve so it could be longer than agreed . only to be told by the man answering the phone that they wouldn’t be bringing it as it was to far. ThIs I a lie as we are within there permitted radius and have ordered many times before without a problem, when I told the man this he then changed his story to we’ve only got one driver and he’s to busy to come to you. A phone call to us might have been a good idea instead of just leaving us expecting a delivery. You have now lost of custom on the quiet evenings when your looking for business as you can’t be bothered on the busy night

2 hours. Honestly 2 hours for a delivery to be told it's still not sent! I used to be a regular but the service and quality has slipped. I dare to think about the cleanliness

We placed an order. Was advised it would be delivered within 60 minutes. I rang after 90 minutes to be told is was out for delivery. I rang back 15 minutes later to be told it wasn’t out for delivery yet. Very poor service. Will not but from them again

You can rely on great dishes, staff and surroundings whenever you feel like treating yourself. We particularly enjoy eating here early afternoon between traditional lunch and dinner times, so we can take a little extra time enjoying the village scene.

Been her many times, often it’s been lovely, fresh, tasty, last few times it’s been awful, cold, hard, hardly any salad on the kebab, the Shish meat is that tough you could sole a shoe with it and it last a lifetime, I won’t come here anymore, and struggle to find a decent pizza or kebab shop locally, without having to travel towards curry mile

Kebab n chips. Perfect. Clean etc. Good taste. Pleasant staff. Clean takeaway. Chilli sauce isnt too spicy.

Forget the rest and visit Pinocchio for great Pizza, Kebabs and burgers. Always good food in my view the best in Timperley.

Waited 90 mins for an order placed when they opened at 5pm. When food arrived driver had forgotten the free bottle of drink saying he would return with it!!! Still no bottle sent email via their website and still no bottle. Very poor delivery service.....

had all sorts from here, pizza,kebab, burgers, usually the food is standard, chips are soggy, mainly had delivery, so sometimes the food is only just warm,and not so fresh, used to be good on a tue night after the pub, as the food tasted better when i was drunk

Ignore negative reviews, this is a great takeaway and offers great value. We live round the corner and granted, i have only ever had Pizza, the place is always busy so they must be doing something right. Enjoy

Nice restaurant, one think i will say is its quite loud, the staff are very loud, but the food was amazing and the service was great thanks.

Ordered a chicken kebab and chicken fillet burger- Ive never seen chicken quite like it! Full of gristle and fat! All swimming in fat and whatever the yellow stuff was! The whole lot went in the bin. Absolutely disgusting! Never again!
