McDonalds Victoria Centre in Nottingham

Muy mal servicio. Las papas fritas se cocinan en aceite whitch viejo que va en contra de las normas de higiene alimentaria. El cuarto de libra se sentía como si estuviera tirado junto y era de muy mal nivel. Mi esposa pidió un café blanco y consiguió agua con leche y sin café. Todo el personal parecía que no querían estar allí. Así que después de usar McDonald's durante muchos años, este tiene que ser el peor que he estado nunca. No puedo creer que pagué por esta comida y me ha postergado el uso de McDonald's en el futuro. Son solo otra empresa que quiere tu dinero y te dan un mal nivel de comida y servicio sabiendo que la mayoría de nosotros no podemos molestarnos en hacer una escena en la tienda. Tan Bien Hecho buscará en otra parte en el futuro.

Do not go here 15 minutes waiting for a diet coke at my table Informed a member of staff who told me I hadn't ordered at my table. Showed her the proof. Coke arrived a couple of minutes later with the excuse being a large backlog of customers Restaurant only half full Shocking Service!!!

Paper ran out in the machine. Given wrong order. Then when team of 7 managed to figure it out, big tasty was cold, had a pathetic bit of bacon on it and no cheese. Returned again. Just grim & tasteless. McDonald’s though innit 🤷‍♂️

Lianne is brilliant her customer service is outstanding give her a promotion she deserves it she's the only one who gives great service and it's always with a smile, a few times I've walked out for the simple reason you can not get served because the lack of staff or staff just ignore you.

The breakfast and service at this maccies is actually the best I've seen. Lianne greets everyone and welcomes with a big smile. Foid is hot and fresh best one in Nottingham by far

Went to the McDonald's in Victoria Cenre today the toilets were absolutely disgusting one toilet had poo smeared all over seat blocked with toilet paper two toilets out of order and the other one covered in urine needless to say I did not use toilets for goodness sake McDonald's you are a big enough company get your act together

The last 3 times we’ve been here have been a complete joke. The staff just stand around chatting. Tables don’t get cleared by anyone. Always an homeless guy sleeping in the toilet. Waiting for food takes for ever! And when calling out for food orders/numbers. It’s called once at a very very low “order 37……” ITS THE WORST!!!

Came here for early lunch as didn't have breakfast. Women at at door looked frazzled. Food took long time to come but worth it hot and tasty. People keeping it tidy

Says closes at 10pm, but could not gain entry after 9:30pm ! Misleading information on the door. Poor !

This place is massive plenty of seats both inside and out love the new ordering machines so easy and quick to order well worth a visit.

We went to McDonald’s with ten children to celebrate as part of my daughters 7th birthday after planet bounce. When we got there it was extremely busy, but a staff member called Linda was very helpful and kind. She waved us over to get enough seats for the kiddies to all sit together and then she said she would put all the order through the till for us. She was very pleasant and friendly! All the orders were correct too. She also said we could light the candle to sing happy birthday. Then she mentioned a discount available to use for the next time! She took the time to make the effort and gave us great customer service. She was very accommodating and said if we need anything to give her a shout. Thank you Linda :D

Busy December lunch time. Staff all working hard to be quick and hot which worked but a bit frantic and had to go back and swap an error

The McDonalds at the Victoria centre, is a bit hit & miss, its bright and has a fresh feel about it, but the service can be so slow, its only a McDonalds and Victoria centre has other places to eat that are easier to use.

Staff are usually hungover and don't care about the customers or the service they provide. Manners are in short supply. McDonalds on the whole can be a bit rubbish but this place tops the list for their worst restaurants.

I'm not understanding some of the, reviews for this place. We'd only called for one of the new Mcflurries, mars bar flavour, whilst they were still available. It all went OK for us, no problems

I was looking forward to a limited time Double Quarter Pounder. I was presented with a mess. Reminded me of the movie Falling Down with Michael Douglas. A little more effort needed with the presentation skills.

No staff, those that were there as miserable as sin, painful service, and loud music blearing out at 7.30 on a Sunday morning, WHY, it's not a nightclub????

Visited with my family, awfully expensive for starts. And what's the point in having a security guy that's all the time sat down and on his phone??!! With a miserable face too. Get rid!! Doesn't look good at all

Despite being clean and efficient, my visit was ruined by having to sit outside. A city centre branch within a busy shopping centre should offer far more seating

Had a few drinks in town, it was late so I popped in for a takeaway, upon entry I was greeted by one of the most sour faced security guards I’ve ever seen, he had a face like a slapped backside, ordered food was like going through passport control, all done by touch screen, absolutely no human contact, an equally sour faced girl bought out my food, looked at me vacant and shoved my food on the counter and scuttled back into back with not a word spoken, could tell she was obviously really happy in her work, hate hate hate this restaurant won’t be going back.

We visited for breakfast as we arrived early for a day's shopping in Nottingham. This is a very large modern McDonalds at the clock tower entrance of Victoria Centre.
