Absolutely appalling behaviour, been waiting for breakfast meal for me and my family. And our order was never recieved and then had to go in a complain and everyone was completely clueless and someone tells us our food was given to someone else it is an absolute joke now my children are upset because they were waiting for there food and it wasn’t received.

I went through the drive through placed my order when I got home my sons mc spicy chicken burger was pink I called the restaurant netherhall rd the man I spoke to was rude and also I wasn’t given a receipt unacceptable

Ordered my kids dinner no burger or zero coke was delivered but took money straight out of my account spoke to monks test and said they carnt deliver cause got no drivers but if I ordered a new order they would deliver it monks rest have kids working for them and carnt fitful there orders especially when they are pending 0 stars for mcds Hamalton Leicester

Absolute waste of time ordered food took ages to come said collect it and it still wasn't ready she then changed the fries as they were cold then left the cold burger and said just waiting on the other burger so asked for refund after waiting 20 mins will never use again

This particular restaurant is getting worse I ordered quite a large order through Uber eats who have done nothing to compensate me… the fries uncooked cold the fizzy drinks flat burgers cold and rubbery couldn’t even be reheated it’s unacceptable.

Either on a Delivery Order or a Collection Order My Orders have been wrong Either items being missing or when asking not to add certain Ingredients they still get added This is showing that the Staff are lazy and wont listen to their Customers. There may be a reason customers dont want certain things on their food due to Allergy's Ect. The Head Office need to be made aware of this before they make some one very Ill. It also shows what kind of Management is running the place they dont care. They dont realise customers lose money from deliveries if Items have been missed out also Delivery charges will not be refunded either. Monks Rest You need to wake up and Retrain all your staff on how to serve Correctlt

I didn’t know until yesterday that the breakfast roll and sausage and egg muffin when bought in a regular meal is 10 pence more expensive than McDonald’s at birstall and Thurmanston. I thought that McDonald’s head office set the prices! I wouldn’t have minded too much if they had got the order right. I ended up with a mocha rather than a latte. I don’t know why they show you the order on the screen as the muppets in window two just hand the stuff through the window and never bother to check the order. Poor show.

I can’t believe how they can get so many Uber eats orders wrong. Most times missing items or drinks have fell over in the bag. To top it all, you then get an alert from Uber eats saying that the next mistake might be refused for a refund. It’s not Uber eats, it’s McDonald’s that can’t get the order right. How hard can it be.

Came in the store on Sunday to be welcomed by such an amazing gentleman. Was not the typical staff a tall Asian young man that stood out when he spoke from the rest You need more staff like this so well spoken and so greet full. times are hard and currently challenging and when greeted like this its like a breath of fresh air I recommend this branch over any in Leicester. Unfortunately I didn't grab his name but keep the excellent work up young man ..

Thought I'd have a McDonald's regrettably, so went to the drive thu. Fries were warm although the chicken sandwhich was hotter. Asked at the pick up for the receipt, as the bag was open and it wasn't on the outside, which is good practice & looks neat. The young man glared at me, so I looked in the bag, saw something white and said 'oh it's in the bag', which he didn't respond to, just continued to glare. When I got home the receipt wasn't in the bag, I had seen the sauce, which he had asked me if I wanted, which is positive. I didn't ring to make my thoughts known, because I've tried before and the phone wasn't answered. Please let the young man know a smile and a response may have prevented this review

Was spoken to very rudely by the lady taking the order in the drive through. Have used plenty of times before but never have I been asked "what" when the person on the other side could not hear me and then to be told "well I did say sorry" when I challenged the poor customer service. This branch has gone down hill over years. I'm sure it's a franchise and if I was the owner is be embarrassed if my front of house staff were like that. Will not be returning to this branch would happily travel further....

I visited this McDonalds on my lunch break expecting to be waiting in line during the lunch hour period. However I was happily met with swift service and great food! The staff were working hard to ensure every customer was served correctly and swiftly.

Great food and brilliant prices. A good variety of food, some great offers and good staff interaction.

The service provided by Talha and Praful was exceptional. They made the experience amazing. I recommend to keep Talha onboard at this destination chopsticks.
