Terrible place extremely rude and aggressive staff, especially the manager or chief bottle washer as I think he was, who don't appear to want to actually serve customers so not sure why they are working in the catering/customer services, mind you with their disgusting attitudes they wouldn't be able to get jobs anywhere else! I think they have trouble hearing customers, or are just plain ignorant, as when we ordered two cokes we ended up with toast, I kid you not, even though we had already ordered two hot sandwiches! Best to avoid this place at all costs hopefully customers will avoid the place and they'll go out of business, they deserve to. There are plenty of other nice places, with pleasant staff who want to serve customers not just take your money, to eat in Wednesbury.

Don't bother going all the staff do is laugh about you behind your back or humiliate customers they may as well call it Karen,s Dinner because that's how they act they don't care about people's feelings.

The staff are rude and take the Mickey out of customers in front of other customers. I definitely won't be going there again

We have been coming to this place for a long time and the food is always on point and the staff friendly. Don't even have to order when we walk in, they know what we want.

The staff is friendly and very polite. They always go the extra mile. The food is to a reasonable side especially for children, the prices are very reasonable. Not a fault at all.

Great place to dine in town, friendly staff and quality food, good value for your money would definitely recommend the pork and stuffing sandwiches.

From J Boy of Derby Had a good roast chicken lunch with roast and mash potatoes and vegetables plus a jam roly poly with beautiful custard and a mug of tee all for £5 excellent value for money. Food was piping hot served to your table, place and tables spotlessly clean. Outside seating available plus newspapers and a TV Extensive menu to choose from.

Food quality is good here its just a shame that the staff let it down. The woman with the purple hair looks at you and speaks to you like you're a piece of dirt on the floor. I walked in today...before I had said anything she rudely shouted ' WERE WAITING ON CHIPS' so I thought oh no I only have 15 mins left on my lunch break from work so I politely asked how long roughly the chips would take... to her reply she threw her arms in the air, huffed and puffed, looked at her colleague next to her and then me and said WELL HOW LONGS A PIECE OF STRING and then shuck her head!!! Disgusting service. Dont know how she's managed to get a job in customer service. Vile woman

We use the chip tub every week, we find the staff to be pleasant and always busy, they don't really have time for one to one niceties, but always say hello and goodbye, I really look forward to my chicken curry, rice and chips.

Very rude staff me and my friend visited today and had bacon egg and sausage wrap. The egg was snotty and the sausage tasted weird. Both me and my friend now have bad belly and being sick. Will never use again. Disgusting place

Went in for lunch and asked for chips and curry sauce. as i waited for the sauce the lady looked at me and said "are we done here" then advised she put the curry on my chips which i didnt want as i did ask for it seperate. as i was walking down the curry sauce went all over me as the box with my chips had leaked and stained my clothes. poor service. will not return

My wife and I only went in for chips and ended up having a meal each. The place has got a level 5 for cleanliness and the staff were friendly, Very good choice of food available piping hot. Noticed that the tables were cleared and cleaned straight away. Didn't have to wait long and the meals were delivered to the table. TV on and a selection of newspapers. Great value for money.

greeted warmly .ordered a bacon and sausage sandwich to take out . served quickly . sandwich was well cooked and stil warm when i got home . will use again

Came here as I used to love the chips from here. Was not greated with a smile just what we have there is all we have in a snotty voice I asked if they had any cold sandwiches to wich I had the reply did you not get what is there is all we have and pointed at a sausage I was appalled by the rudness and walked out would not go back here again

Service with a smile nothing too much trouble. Craking breakfast for four pound fifty. Selection of papers tv and. The food is brill too wheelchairs welcome. Plus they do great black coffee.

Although this is listed as a sit in fish and chip shop that is not all this cafe does. It's good British food at a very low cost. The bacon sandwiches have 4 rashers of back bacon in thick tasty bread for only £1, hot pork sandwiches with stuffing, gravy and crackling for £2 and their is loads of meat on it as well as a full chippy menu and breakfasts, roast dinners and loads of specials. The roasts are carved in front of the customer, after rodering at the counter the staff bring the food to your table and the place is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is tasty and great value for money. It definitely is the best place to eat in Wednesbury.
