King Taco in Liverpool

Waited over 1 hour 45 turned up cold crap given numerous excuses got a bottle of coke as compensation never again. Obviously run by clowns

My son ordered takeaway on 4th April 2023 when the delivery driver arrived at 9 pm he nearly put my front door through I was in bed as I start work very early I shouted who is bashing on my door like that he bashed again , my other son opened the door and told him this is not acceptable to bash that load the delivery driver then spat at my son, I phoned the restaurant straight away and said the manager would call me back, I asked for the name of the driver and said I would report him to the police he responded by telling me the driver was a nice man obviously not as he had just spat at my son he told me he would get him to come and apologise I told him not to bother Iam absolutely disgusted in how this was handled and cannot understand how the manager thinks this is acceptable. I want to make a complaint in writing but struggling to find out how the least I can do is warn you all spitting at someone is vile and not acceptable this delivery driver should of been sacked on the spot.

Ordered food earlier, it took a while to arrive and what came looked like my dog had thrown up on the plate, and I couldn’t even cut through it. I was told on the phone that I was not allowed a refund because ‘the manager wasn’t in’. Absolutely disgusting, and will not be revisiting. 0/10.

Ordered chicken kebab with large fries for pick up order was ready in 12 minutes absolutely delicious super hot and fresh this place deserves 5 stars

We always order from here and it’s always delivered fast fresh and super hot tonight’s delivery was absolutely delicious had to call them and thank them. “ stay clear from Pisa pizza in swan side it’s awful and expensive.

Ordered this evening waited nearly 2 hours when order arrived pizza was missing the 2 extra ingredients we asked for. It wa look warm because they where waiting on a delivery driver. No free garlic bread as oder was over 20 pounds.. overall a bad experience, disappointing. And not value for money

We regularly order food for home delivery it’s always delivered fast fresh and hot . We couldn’t recommend what to order as everything is delicious we’ve tried almost all on the menu and I think these deserve good rating they work hard

Hands down the worst place I have ever ordered food from, my order was wrong, the veg looked off and the smell of the meat was disgusting. Do not order from here, everything I ordered went in the bin, massive waste of money.

I’ve been ordering from here for many years and think it deserves 5***** the food is always delivered quickly and freshly super hot and the delivery man is always polite I always order a chicken kebab which is one of the best in Liverpool believe me I’ve eaten chicken kebabs everywhere

Just rang to repeat an order from last week only to be told we can't deliver that far even though it the same address... total joke... no customer service

NO RATING-Finally sat down after 15mins of delivery to have tea only ordered a taco and chicken strips was saturated in grease have to seive it to drain it the taco crisp were stale yeno a stale crisp texture to a taco crisp texture rang up was told i ordered a hour ago regardlrss was delivered 15mins ago. He had no complaint all day well im complaining and told him you can leave a crisp packet open for an hour an it wouldnt of gone off that quick. Was arrogant and wasnt bothered i said im leaving bad review or that im not coming back. Gave driver a tenner knocked back after a few mins said i was missing the 40p gave him £10 for a £9.40 meal so gave him another 50p. Any one who give good review definitely must work there or in what share the place has. DEFINITE NO GO STAY CLEAR

Would give a lower star if I could just for the attitude. Missing wrap called to report it they said its 100% in there told them it wasn't and told them to check i spent £23 and the wrap was a fiver. He wasn't having it that it could be in the drivers car was just abruptly saying I didn't understand what a Mexican wrap was and it was in foil told them it wasn't and I have got everything else. He got argumentative so I said I'm not arguing just want my food he said if he comes back he will re charge me. Disgusting customer service. My fiance had to get on the phone and tell him to calm down and not speak to me the way he was as he was that rude and disgusting towards me. £5.50 wrap!!! Got on to just eat and will be spreading my experience to anyone who goes there. Said he was callrd Sam I know it will be a blag name. Never ever been spoken to so vile in my life!!!!

Food tasted little strange all 5 ended up severally sick greasy horrible food would not recommend at all

Me and my partner ordered a takeaway from here we ordered at 6.45 and the food came at 9, so over 2 hours wait for food after them telling us would be 8.05 so by this point were starving we open the bag one of the containers is op

Just ordered a delivery from here. Had a flyer through the door and was pleased to see what looked like a decent Mexican takeaway so near me. I ordered a quesadilla and a veggie burrito. First of all the food took over two hours to arrive. When it did arrive it was very disappointing. The quesadilla consisted of a flour wrap with a sprinkling of very bland cheese, some jalapeños and some chopped pepper, briefly fried. Technically a quesadilla, but far from adequate.

After ordering Friday just gone. They didn't deliver the drinks we had ordered and paid for. After phoning them straight away, they refused to redeliver the drinks. I had to complain to Justeat who got me a refund. Extremely blasé attitude from Taco King staff.

Lovely clean take away serving the best mixed fajitas (chicken and real steak) I have EVER tasted for only £8!.
