New Ash Green Pizzalands in Sevenoaks

Ordered food two hours ago literally turned the driver away! Called shop 4 times and was rudely told food would be any minute! Ask for refund was told boss will call me! Will be calling bank tomorrow if no call received! Shame as have used this place before and never had an issue!

Disgusting!!! Burn shish kebab when I complained the manager told me I should of brought the burnt one back to show him and he wouldn’t give me another one! Don’t waste your time they’re vile people!!

Ok we make allowances for the Covid situation BUT I still expect the right food. I placed an order and the phone was answered and I was asked to wait a minute and the operator then swore about another caller so obviously several phones on the go. I placed my order and 3 times i made clear my kebab order. I was told about 30 minutes. After an hour I called and was told it would be there shortly and 10 minutes later it arrived. The order arrived and we had cold garlic bread, cold chips no dressing with our kebab meat. Basically we were hungry, went out of our way to source a local supplier and support local business... wrong call. On a call to complain i was told I had ordered wrongly ... customer service NIL !

Have home deliveries on numerous occasions and always find their food excellent. Pizzas are fabulous and the Kebabs are the absolute best.If you like chilli sauce on your Kebab then theirs is the best. Home deliveries on Friday and Saturday nights will be slow but that is to be expected, on those occasions it would be wise to collect.

I come here quite often, I’d recommend their pizzas and kebabs. The ribs are really pricy and don’t often contain much meat on them, and that’s my only complaint. Staff are always very friendly and the service feels personal.

We have been staying in the area for a few weeks and decided to give this a try. My husband not being a fan of pizza was very impressed. The pizzas where freshly made, hot, very tasty and great value for money. We drove to pick them up as we were unsure if they would deliver, so can’t comment on delivery. Would definitely recommend trying the pizzas.

We ordered online from this takeaway as we received flyer through our door. The website was very sophisticated and promised a great service. Once the order was placed a countdown clock started. As it was Friday night I knew the wait times might be longer than normal and my order was scheduled to arrive in one hour and 15 minutes. This time came and went and the ‘tracker’ was still showing as being at the confirmed stage. I called the restaurant after unsuccessfully trying webchat - Andy- was too busy to chat? They said the order would arrive and 15 minutes later it did as the driver did not follow my specific directions and went the wrong way. The food packaging was wet and liquid leaked all over the kitchen. The chips were soggy and lukewarm although there were lots of them. I don’t know how you fry soggy chips? The kebab was a large piece of chicken sliced to put in the box, there was no vegetable pieces like a normal kebab - I ate a pita and two cubes of chicken then threw it away. Don’t make the mistake of ordering from this establishment as a easy option for your dinner, go to Longfield and buy and kebab from there shop there! I have asked for a refund.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! Waited for an hour and a half for the food to come cold and burnt, along with a soggy mess of a kebab. Then had to argue and collect the refund!!

Fantastic food and kebab only let down by their ultra slow delivery service. Ring then after hour and half to be told it’s just cooking now. Bad form. Sort your service out.

This place is disgusting and should be shut down. They were recently scored 1 out of 5 on their good hygiene and I’m shocked that they’re allowed to remain open

Nice Food but poor portions had large kebab looked more like small was disgusted with the portion size but other than that nice food

I'm not exactly a kebab connoisseur, however, I do enjoy a cheeky shish or kofte every other month or so. If you like kebabs, this is definitely a place you should pop down to and, even if you're not partial to a doner kebab, give it a go. There are other options to go for (like Pizza clearly). You can order in advance online or on the phone and they do deliver. Their food is well cooked (I've never had anything undercooked from here) and their grilled chicken is excellent. The lamb shish is tender and their shish well spiced. If you're someone who likes value, you'll like the portion sizes.

Had a chefs mixed grill and chicken kebab and chips it was delicious well cooked and huge portions can 100% recommend these guys was lovely.

We use these guys instead of the kebab shop that is local to our village (West Kingsdown) Despite being a 30 minute round trip to deliver to us, the food is always a good quality. The food is always at a good temperature. These guys give huge servings, try the mega burgers, they are well worth the money! Be aware that a large chips will feed 2 people with extra to spare. We usually have enough food to completely fill 2 people, with lots of leftovers for our cats and our rats! Even the animals love the food!

We ordered kebab and pizza. The pizza was undercooked and greasy. The kebab was was very greasy avoid at all cost

Ordered 2 kebabs and pizza, kebabs were full of grease, pizza wasn't cooked, asked for knife and folks didn't bring any, food wasn't nice and was very disappointed in what we received. I would not recommend.

We went here as a bit disappointed with our last kebab from another local shop. Really pleased we ordered here the pizza was delicious and the kebab perfectly cooked with probably the best side salad! 😍

Decidimos probar el Pizzalands para llevar a nuestro hijo había utilizado hace unas pocas semanas. Al haber elegido un kebab en esta ocasión junto con la parte obligatoria de patatas fritas esperamos a que llegara nuestra comida. 20 minutos más tarde, debidamente aparezca encantador y caliente y nada faltaba. La comida era muy buena y para ser sincero aunque personalmente sólo pedimos un Doner , fue uno de los mejores que he comido, la mujer tenía Hay de pollo y esto también fue abundante y muy sabroso. Recomendamos encarecidamente esta para llevar y lo nuevo ...

Consistently good. Delivered when they say piping hot . Very polite on the the phones and great food very tasty and nicely served
