Been here lots of times and always found it to be good, but... On Monday lunchtime I sat at the drive though window for 8 minutes waiting, to no avail. When another vehicle came up behind me I decided to move to the service window, still no joy. Had a MacyD's instead..

Ordered the chicken fillet burger and the zinger burger…both meals were around the £7-£8 mark. Both burgers were Luke warm and tough. They must have been sat behind the counter a long time before served up. KFC are now a good few pounds more than McDonald’s but this KFC just doesn’t produce the quality. Several times they don’t get drive through orders right. Poor quality of food and extremely poor value for money. It’s no surprise that McDonald’s is always far busier than KFC. I highly suggest you avoid this place and get your chicken fix elsewhere.

This has got to be the worst kfc I’ve been to. We’ve given this branch 2 chances now the first was bad for its own reasons but the second tonight took the biscuit. I went to the drive thru and I was told I couldn’t have a burger unless I went inside to order because the buns were for inside the restaurant only? I went inside and then the wait began…… 30 minutes later I got my two meals and bites. The meals I know they don’t look like the advert pictures but this food wasn’t even a distant cousin. Next time I fancy a kfc I think I’ll be driving to Blackburn it’s probably going to be quicker anyway.

Honestly, the worst service I’ve ever experienced. First of all, the place had bins inside overflowing with rubbish. Tables with food left all over them. The staff were abysmal. Customers complaining to each other about how they’d been waiting 40 minutes. We waited 35 minutes for our food. Service so so slow. One pace. Snail. When the food arrived the batter was undercooked. Awful. I will never step foot in there again.

Where do I even start. I have no words; well I do and here they are. Two weeks later and I’m still enjoying that kfc. Me and the mrs snuck a cheeky trip to clitheroe to escape the boys temper tantrum’s at home and we got hungry and where better to go than kfc? I’ll be honest we waited 20 minutes from ordering till getting our food but every single second in those 20 minutes was more than worth it for the food we got. Maybe it tasted so extra tasty because it was a secret from the kids, maybe it was because I was over hungry from waiting but lord was it amazing. We both ordered the trilogy box meal and wow did they deliver exactly what they were meant to. Thick gravy, perfectly cooked chicken, toasted buns. Just unbelievable. Me and the wife have already planned out a way to annoy the kids to give us a reason to leave them at home and sneak off back to this kfc. A few times we’ve even thought about just going for no reason other than that we want that flavour explosion again. Just amazing. No pint included but absolutely no complaints and I would happily wait another 20 minutes for that phenomenal meal. 5/5. No complaints.

We ordered the gravy burger & the trilogy box with extra gravies & coleslaw. We went in to order and took the meal away to eat at home. We got home and there was no gravy burger in the box. We went back with the entire order and they said they had no fillets to do the gravy burger?so why advertise & charge you for it? Then my partner had to pick something else and returned home with our order to find they had not put any gravies or coleslaw in the bag even though we had been charged for them. There was no chance we were making a third visit for them to get our order correct so I tried to phone them. Three attempts later and still no answer. I have to say it’s extremely disappointing service tonight. Maybe extra training and attention to detail is required. The service tonight was very unprofessional and quite annoying even though the staff were polite.

Just been shopping and decided to get a KFC on are way home, we were not that hungry so the wife and I said we could share a bucket for 1 with some chicken gravy. And it was plentiful for us at lunchtime, we got 2 pieces of chicken, 2 chicken mini fillets and 2 spicy wings, fries and a drink. A young lady called Bethan service me, she was very polite and friendly, it was a finger licking delight. Enjoy

Since under new management there has been a huge improvement in the running of the store, nice and clean, friendly staff! Don't expect too much given the current corona situation, some people's comments are ridiculous. It's a hard time for all have a little patience.

We went to get a boneless banquet for one and a 3 piece meal, the waiting time was brilliant, the staff were lovely and the food was so fresh we had to wait for it to cool down. Best meal ever, will definitely be back.

Nice friendly staff quick service only a short wait nice and clean and our meal was very nice busy place around tea time .

Having waited at the drive through for 5 minutes and nobody takes our order we eventually went inside. A few people were waiting for orders so after checking that nobody was waiting to order we started queuing by the till. The lady eventually came and took a mans order who had gone to the front of the queue and we were barged in front of by another man who placed his order and was very rude to my partner and I as we waited. This was allowed to happen by kfc staff. She then walked away and left us waiting. At this point we gave up as we had an appointment to keep. Sorry kfc, you need more staff and a little more customer care. We ended up not having time to buy food and won’t be going back as we were left feeling quite upset by what we encountered.

Have been 3 times and it just keeps getting slower & slower last time one person in front of us. But still took 20 from ordering to sitting down. Won’t be calling again.

The place was immaculate, staff extremely helpful, chicken easily best KFC we've had in years ie didn't have that strange boiled KFC flavour that we come across here in Preston, chips crispy, not soggy, toilets spotless. Top notch.

In a handy spot for travellers just off the A59. The service was quick and food was hot and tasty. We arrived at the end of a busy day and some of the tables had not been cleaned. The only criticism.

Absolutely disgusting I’ve just got home to my chips are undercooked/ not cooked! And the chicken is absolutely freezing! They need to either sack every member of staff or the manager needs to sort his s**t out im fuming this is not the first time I’ve had an issue

Clean and tidy restaurant. Good food. Quick service, staff member looked/acted like she was a vending machine.!!!!

I appreciate that it's new but come on we've been 3 times giving them the benefit of the doubt. But 1st time got home and half was missing. Second time beans burned and chips stone cold. Third time wrong side orders and hot wings instead of chicken piece and my fillet burger was that tough you could bend the chicken in half and it wouldn't break!will be a while before we return!!

This time we were served pretty quickly and didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for the food. We sat inside the restaurant on this visit. Two tables were left uncleared the whole time we were there and no one came to empty the overflowing bin during the 25 minutes we were there in total. Overall a slight improvement on our last visit but still a way to go.

This is without doubt the worst kfc I’ve ever had, the festive meal is so bad. The chicken was cold, hot wing had no chicken just pure fat. They missed off the 2x large gravy. No popcorn chicken in both popcorn chicken snack boxes, binned the lot. For 25 quid the only consumable thing was the tango.. finally it would be useful if the staff knew what was in the box meals, absolute terrible.

We tried out this new KFC for the first time on a Saturday evening and we waited for 20 minutes for our meal, there was no leadership intact the manager in a blue shirt was making fries rather than directing the staff. Lots of customers stood about waiting for meals. Tried it out again the next day at lunch time through the drive through and from paying to collecting food it took 17 minutes. Come on KFC is this really the experience you want for your customers first visit? You’ll put people off from returning.
