McDonald's in Hambleton

Very Disappointing Got a meal for 4 people I asked him to just refill my cup a bit of coke He asked the manager and he refused. What a customer service!! Really ?

I wanted a simple order to chill and I wanted a 6 chicken nugget meal and I didn't get a nugget and I went back and they tried to get me to pay

Soooooo slow and drive through is always late to open, i think it depends on the manager. I’ve noticed it does improve when certain staff are there.

Ordered at 10:41 while I was doing some work. Waited patiently, 20 minutes later I ordered some food, it came around 5 minutes later when a rude lady served me and said it will be on its way, to which I said it’s been 25 minutes. she took the receipt. 10 minutes later (a total of 35 minutes waiting for 2 drinks) still nothing. I then go up and ask a man behind the counter who was very helpful but then he turned to said college who completely acted like they had no clue about it. Even though the lady took the receipt and clearly looked at it. Obviously trying to hide the fact it was an atcual order and make me look a fool rather than it being her mistake. No compensation offered and no apology off the lady who made a mistake and said she’d fix it to only find out 10 minutes later she had no recollection of it. Nothing against the store I come here often and it’s great. But not happy with today’s service. Would attach a photo of the receipt but since they took it 30 minutes later and then god knows did what with it as 10 minutes later they said they had no idea, I have no image to attach.

We visited on a Friday afternoon when the restaurant was rather busy, probably with people commuting as this is an ideal place to stop if travelling on the A1(M) through North Yorkshire. We ordered with the touch screen option and thankfully managed to get a seat. We were pleased that table service was available rather than having to stand and wait for the food. The food arrived promptly as you’d expect and was to the same level of quality that you’d normally get at a McDonalds restaurant.

Firstly can I just say Deborah needs to be sacked. When I approached the counter with my incorrect order and kindly informed Deborah that I had been given regular coke instead of Diet she snatched the drink out of my hand removed the lid brewed up a gozzy spat it into my drink reapplied the lid and pressed the diet bubble in on the top and handed me it back. This behaviour is unacceptable when I asked to speak to a manager she walked into the staff room then swiftly returned claiming to be the manager. After a heated argument she then proceeded to threaten me with the remarks “watch what happens when a see ya divvy c*nt al wipe the floor with ya”

My 2 friends and I visited this McDonald’s during the afternoon, we ordered 3 milkshakes (strawberry, banana and vanilla) , as we got back to the car to drink the milkshakes we noticed they tasted of gone off milk , we returned back to the shop and complained and they gave us 3 more milkshakes which again tasted of gone off milk the manager told us that the syrup was to high so they added new mixture to the machine and gave us 3 new milkshakes which tasted worse then the first first milkshakes we were given , even a member of staff told us the milkshake tasted off and wasn’t right , we then got a refund but noticed they were still serving milkshakes to other customers .

I found the staff to be friendly. The order was taken and arrived at my table within a few minutes and It was hot. The venue was clean and spotless toilets. (Dont know why people complain about this restaurant)

We stopped off for a quick bite to eat on our way up to Northumberland and found the venue to be clean and conducive for travellers in need of a rest stop and fast food. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was filling and warm. The menu offered a good range in addition to the expected burger and fries. There was plenty of parking and the establishment is situated in a good location. .

Food always served quick and hot. Also like the new thing where you carry a place number to your table,instead of worrying which zone is which.

Very poor service. Slowest MacDonald's I ever visited. Staff seemed disorganised. Concentration, if there was any, was on drive thru. 10 Mins to get a coffee and had to request a fresh one as the one offered was made at the beginning of our wait. Team needs a good shake up and training in what customer service is all about.

Leeming Bar services have a drive thru which was quick but clearly not as good as other McDonald's. I ordered cheseburger and black coffee with milk sachet. they forgot to give us the milk and on asking they give us one sachet but coffee was strong so needed more so didn't enjoy it. Also.no carton holder for coffee which burnt my leg. Cheeseburger was nice

This must be the worse McDonalds between Scotland and London, the staff are slow, 80% time they get the orders wrong, Miss food out of the bag, and have items unavailable, especially milk shake which is basically unavailable nearly every time I visit. When you see the sign for this place keep driving.

I felt I'd entered into some sort of Zombie state. The large obtrusive self service pod obstructed my passage to the till. O yes, the till, where I'd normally chat with a cheery Macdonalds employee. Alas not this time. I ordered and awaited my scrumptious meal. The lady that gave me my food was efficient but lacked grace . My food was typical Maccy D's fare, so I can't complain nor commend. It would be nice to have more human contact and to feel less like a Zombie.

I eat here often there is Salads,carrot sticks and fruit bags when i am Dieting,But i prefer to eat Signature Spicy Burger as i am a Vegetarian they swap it for a Veggie patties.It is a great tasting burger,the chips seem to be cooked longer and are much better.It is a bit hit and miss with the cleanliness of the tables and seats.The screens on the children's play area can be filthy!!! and need cleaning more often i understand this is not easy as they always eat food there and smear their ketchup all over the screens!!! Service is ok and any problems soon fixed.It has nice seating arrangements and the toilets have always been clean.

He llamado muchas veces aquí pero hoy fue un poco más de una decepción de lo normal. Tuvimos que cambiar la orden de bebidas, no tenían batidos y era como 20 preguntas para obtener respuestas del joven en lo que en realidad tenía disponibles, entonces tuve que volver 1 burger ya que estaba muy fría, uno era como cálido. Había pedido un té con leche que llegó sin leche, así que tuve que pedir que. Toda la visita fue bastante un caos realmente.

No sé si llegamos en un mal día, pero un montón de personal y el restaurante no estaba demasiado lleno. Sin embargo, consiguieron los pedidos mal para nosotros y 2 clientes delante de nosotros. La comida estaba bien, la calidad habitual.

Go to this McDonalds regular and it is usually good always hot and fresh.You are never waiting long it is always clean.The children are a bit of a nuisance running about where hot food is its a pity parents don't tell them .Anyway what went wrong on this visit parts of the BBQ burger missing that was the cheese probably thought I would not notice as the BBQ was that thick there was that on as soon as you started to eat it it squelched all over what a mess!Hope this was a one of mistake

convenient location, decent size, helpful staff and quite clean. large car park and a drive thru as well. just a normal macdonalds really

So when we visited the restaurant this afternoon I'm the type of person if it looks dirty outside I'm not entering the building but It had its little bit off litter issue but nothing that cant be fixed by people actually getting out of their car to put the rubbish in the actually bin and not just thrown on the floor.

Some absolute morons must work there, I don't go often, but when I do, my order is nearly always messed up, I can understand the odd mess-up in the new dual lane drive thrus, but this one is still a single lane!

I know it's only a macdonalds but good grief if it's not even hot....we were ravenous so ate it. What a run down service area, not sure what we were thinking!

He estado en este restaurante en un par de ocasiones y nos dieron el mismo nivel de servicio, muy lento. Me pareció muy extraño que en dos visitas, los niveles de dotación no toleran bien con los visitantes que vengan a la cercana autopista A1
